A Flashback of 2015 by Month: Part 2 of 2
it felt like time passed even more swiftly than winking my eyes, it's already the very last day of year 2015!! end of every year, i will do a summary for my blog by picking one most "have-the-feel" post from each month (could also contain trivial stuffs), and then consolidate them into this concluding post split into part one and part two published on two different days.. well, i better not type more but indeed let's see how much you can still remember about the following posts i have hand-picked?? hahaha.. this post is the last one for year 2015, before i sign off, wishing all my readers a HAPPY NEW YEAR, we shall meet again in 2016!! :)

  1. Dear SK, good morning and happy Wednesday, yeah! Another two days to New Year 2016. I am sure SK has a very fruitful year in 2015, I must read this post of him for what he has the most feel from July till December 2015.

    1. July: Well, don’t mention. Actually the giver is happier than the receiver if he/she knows that the receiver appreciates and likes the gift. No need to be paiseh! Just accept it and say thank you, that it is good enough. No need to do anything extra.

    2. August: I remember this post that you still didn’t reveal the name of this place that you went for business. Is it in Perak? Or Is it in Selangor? Anyway, the scenery looks so relaxing to me, I am sure SK doesn’t mind to have such short business trip away from the city.

    3. September: this electric steamer is indeed convenient. SK and colleagues are making full use of it. The company is kind to invest in such kitchenware so that the staffs do no need to go out of office for lunch. The staffs can save time travelling and also can save cost eating out. It is a win-win solution for the company and employees. Besides, the employees are eating healthy DIY lunch.

    4. October: SK, did you write a feedback memo to this gym? It is good to suggest to the gym, what is the right procedure to follow when such situation happens again in future. I didn’t think the gym had done right on this matter.

    5. November: Nice business trip to Bangkok again. The last time I went to Bangkok, it was 10 years ago. I know Bangkok is very different now. I wish to go there again if it is possible. I want to go there for shopping.

    6. December: Everything is increasing, the price hike of road tolls, the petrol, the fares of rail transport, and the price of all kinds of things. Only salary is not increasing. After going to Japan and Singapore, I learned that our currency is putting us into deep deep shit. Sad!

Oh..that place, I got it all wrong in my comments. I thought it's somewhere very north around Kedah and then, mentioned Sekinchan, since you said it's paddy fields all around, but it turn up to be Ipoh. Eh... I still don't know the actual place yet, let me go to your post and check it out. You did spent a few days there and it seems brought a lot of memories to you, eh?

  5. September

Ahhh... you brought your office cooking to another level with a new steamer cooker. How nice, and you have more varieties of dishes to cook, as shown in your blog. Most importantly, it's more healthier and a change to your home cooked meals in the office. There are more varieties!

  6. Oi, belum lah. You schedule this post on 30-Dec, today is the second last day, not the last day of 2015...

You see lah, January 2016 will be another hike: PLUS Highway toll hike. Probably not affecting you much la, but I am screwed. What a great way to start 2016! I love PM! I love #2kerja!

I remember this post vividly! The gym management and that fella are too much by checking each and every lockers to identify that person's belonging!! A lot of comments and suggestions have been mentioned in your post too. so, what's the conclusion? Did you make a complain to the management or quit the gym membership?

You certainly love Bangkok and you always likes extend your stay for a short getaway. That was a wise decision provided all work are finished...muahahha... I recalled you love shopping and eating around that lovely city and also show us the pixs of a stadium around your hotel. (Nope, I didn't click on your link but I remember what I posted...muahahahah)

And, you got yourself a new plush toy too where everybody though its Fing Fing, including me!

  9. December

yeah yeah, that ridiculous fare hike! I don't know what to say but I think I have put in a few comments. Even in SG, the hike was done gradually and minimally, unlike this one. They probably are in debts or desperate to recover cost faster.

  11. # JULY – Your birthday was in June but you thanked all the well wishers in July instead. That is funny dei. I strained my eyes so hard to look at the many Doraemon photos and wondered whether Anay gave you any presents?? You are so popular with everyone from young to old across the oceans from KL to Hong Kong until India.

Wow! Anay is so proud of Thambee being loved by all the human and spiritual beings on the planet earth! You should continue to be thoughtful, helpful and nice to everyone so that you will continue to receive good blessings in 2016!!

    1. #JULY - SK compiled all the gifts and slowly thanked everyone. I can see that all are Doraemon thingy dei. Surely everyone knows SK loves Doraemon. You know what, whenever I heard the song "ang ang..." or I saw Doraemon figurines from toy shops - alwiz remind me of SK. Must be missing him alot.
      LoL.

  12. # AUGUST – I clicked your link to the padi field blog post and read line by line. How come this lazy Thambee never bothered to reply comments and tell us whether it was in Sekinchan, Tambun, Kedah or Chennai's paddy fields??? Tsk! Tsk! That padang often reminded me of the singer Ah Niu who sang and played guitar in his hometown where he ran across the paddy fields like a happy child. Since his debut, the craze started with youngsters heading there to selfie, wefie and even took many wedding photos!

I have this brilliant idea now and someday I will ask Thambee to go to this paddy fields to pose for photography shoots where we both are dressed as the ugliest scare crows! Muahahahaha

    1. Sekinchan is in Selangor right? Nice place to visit. We have dealers around that area as I always seen the name of Sekinchan, Sabak Bernam & Tanjung Karang printed in the transporter invoices. Will make a trip there one day.

    2. But hor, when SK will visit Taiping? and visit many of us here....

  13. # SEPTEMBER – After your stint with microwave and oven toaster, you guys are using steamer now. You managed to cook and steam all your food but you have not made kuehs?? Ask Meow for the banana muffins recipe and see how easy to make them. I tried before and they tasted so marvellous and heavenly. Try lah Thambee!

You can do many other things like making Huat Kueh with the steamer and I am sure all the Gods in your altar would be happy to see you offer them.
I wonder what would be your next pantry's gadget after microwave, oven toaster and steamer??

I have guessed that you would buy the air-fryer which is now a craze and the prices have already tumbled down from RM1,800 to a mere RM300 & below!! Hurry get one! It is even more healthy as you can 'fry' anything without oil such as chicken and potatoes. They taste good and healthy too when coated with just herb sprinkles and honey!

    1. #SEP - SK and staffs in the office are so blessed right, so convenient for everyone. Probably many of them always work after normal working hours. Nowadays, many people bring their own food to work. Convenient and sometimes really lazy to go out to eat unless any special occassion. But now no more... maybe early next year 2016 - SK and his gang definitely will cook a feast celebrating pre-CNY with the rest in the office.

  14. # OCTOBER – I still remember this horrible and shocking post where the gym personnel intruded the members' lockers to search for the silly member who overlooked which was his own locker with the lost key tag. That is the failure of that gym you went to. I quit from that place as they have the worst sales team and services otherwise I would have stayed on to dance in Zumba & Bollywood classes with SK Thambee.

The current gym that I have finally landed has no frills and so CHEAP to make me grin with smiles. They have 2500 branches worldwide and we could just use the same rubber wrist-band key tag for all the different gyms!!! We could also use our own personalized computer tag to enter all the 2500 gyms without any need to get written permits like that primitive FF which only issues like 2-3 visits per trip in overseas locations. Blergh!! Best of all, this Anytime Gym opens 24/7. Anay smiles happier these days!

    1. #OCT - From the photo I really have no idea what's going on. I need to click the link to read. Taiping gym don't have so canggih security system leh. Even provide locker many of them refuse to use also. Usually I just "campak" my bag at a corner that can be seen easily while zumba-ing, but of course nothing valuable inside just a towel, a bottle of water, car key and a wristlet - a few ringgits and coins.

  15. # NOVEMBER – You always made me jealous with your trips! Anay feels hormone-agitated when someone goes to have fun in his homeland Penang or his sowing land in Thailand. Muahahaha... That's because I miss those places so badly and wished to have the chance to be there again and again to relax besides enjoying the yummiest food.

I really learnt from that Bangkok trip's post to book this same hotel for my future trips as the location is really superb! It would be either this hotel or Emporium Suite again next time. So long as the hotel must be along Sukhumvit Road or Phatumwan area. It is really so happening places! I made a check earlier on the hotel you stayed and Phatumwan's Rama IV and Pahaya Thai Roads are so near to everywhere like Chulalongkorn University, MBK, Gaysorn and the posh shopping centres like CentralWorld and Siam Paragon.

I never get to enjoy like you for getting an office-all-paid-trip and then extend like that. So lucky Thambee! Recently, I only started to take advantage of Letchumy's office trip overseas but buying my own air ticket and stay at her hotel for free with complimentary breakfasts too. That was a big bonus for me!

    1. #Nov-SK business trip to Bangkok. TM don't jealous la, you can go with your wifey to Bangkok anytime. I like to read bloggers travelogue. Nowadays many of us like to go on our own, so must do research and survey. Some bloggers really give the right information that we would like to know.

Mine business trip only in Malaysia. Every year twice at Shah Alam only, that's all.

  16. # DECEMBER – This was your saddest post and everyone in our country is suffering from the mistakes and incompetence of the worst ruling parties ever since Merdeka! Now their latest craps and lies have added on that everyone should get 2 jobs to survive. When that bigot heard the rakyat's screams and curses, he changed his words that 2 jobs means fulltime job & online business! WTF! WTF!!! How many people would know how to do online business, let alone learn to blog and comments? I wanted to puke into that bigot's face for his stupidity. What is happening to our gomen now?

You shared the rising costs of the train tickets and that was sickening to see how they inflicted more nerve wrecking sufferings to the daily commuters. I am also suffering with all the horrendous hikes of the toll tickets! I wish I could start riding bicycle everywhere! It is cheaper, healthier but more dangerous of course.

    4. OCT : I was quite horrified that privacy and security issues were not observed at this gym. I guess after witnessing this, we sort of feel unsafe to keep our things in the gym locker in case something like that ever happens .
