wow, look at what fing-fing is doing?? he is doing a perfect split!! i have never done a split in my life, the most i can do is open at 60° and that's the maximum.. and now that i get older, don't even talk about split, even touching my forehead on the knees is a challenge (because of the big tummy), but thank god i can still bend and touch my toes with my fingers.. few years back i've been doing some yoga, the joints and muscles feel more flexible then and i felt healthier and more energized.. would it indeed be appropriate that i consider myself going back to do some yoga now??

Good morning, SK!! I don't usually come in so early on Sunday (normally don't online at all~), but today I'm super free at this hour.

Feel like checking fing fing out!

    2. Okay, it's not about fing fing. I'm a sucker for this blog. SK has make it so addictive that I have to come in every hour to fix my addiction.

There... I feel so relieve to express it out!

But of course, I love taking a peep at cute chimpanzee to release stress.

    1. I recall I can't reach my toes when I was pregnant (7 months and above). With the huge tummy I feel like a penguin! And I waddled from one place to another.

      Delete
    2. Same goes here during pregnancy. ut surprisingly some people in the west, pregnant so heavy and yet still can go for yoga.

      Delete
    3. I wanted to continue my yoga class during my pregnancy. People say yoga can help in smooth delivery.

Too bad, none of the yoga teachers in my area here are willing to do that, scare of the risk of miscarriage of their students.

      Delete
    4. alternative to yoga, my god sis go for swimming when she was pregnant. Helps for delivery too

  5. ...and I can't use a squat toilet either. I would topple over. I'm sure you're in a lot better shape than I am!

As for me I will always choose to squat the toilet...
Those ppl uncivilise and they urine on the top of the bowl....

      Delete
    3. STP, now in shopping complex also have squatting type of toilet that hae handle bar at the side mah. Can still pull up. No need to know yoga or acrobatic move to do that.

      Delete
    4. Cannot resist masuk this poo poo comment too!

I still OK to squat in squat toilets... but lutut creaky already lah! kakaka

I prefer sitting down but for public loo, I choose squatting in squat toilet rather than hovering over a dirty toilet bowl!

Squat no need to do any splits. Thank goodness for that! kakaka

      Delete
    5. LOL, Lina

lutut creaky some have the handle bar to pull yourself up mah :p

Me too prefer squatting one for public toilet cos usually the sitting ones are very dirty.

But squating one also have to do acrobatic act coz some are wet . Maybe need to learn Yoga to contort the body to use public toilet LOL

      Delete
    6. I can't help but to join in this poo poo corner, lol!

I always prefer squat toilets. At least my bum bum doesn't need to come in contact with the dirty seat~

If I had no choice but to use the western toilet, I'll practise my yoga pose - sitting without chair pose! Must poo poo fast, otherwise I'll get leg cramp!!

      Delete
    7. or China Kungfu stance. Poo poo without bum bu touching the toilet . LOL

If those Yoga teacher, Kungfu teacher know how ladies "practice" the art, they ill pengsan liao

The stage manager went up to her and she whispered to him, "Please...can you rock my body a little so that will break the vacuum...."

    12. I agree, to do split must start from young.... Or maybe no, practise it everyday :p

I can't do a perfect split.... 120 degree one, consider ka? If one day I really perfected my split I would need someone to help me out - not to break the vacuum, but I kejang already in that pose, lol!!

They don't wear tights la, so weird and obscene and attract attention. Usually they will wear shorts, reaching their knees one. Some wear long pants.

Somehow I got this feeling that the male students are there to see the sexy yoga teacher. She's usually in her bra top and long pants and she's hot!

      Delete
    5. SP, you must ask fui fui to teach you a few poses of yoga, so that you are as flexible as her. Your legs cannot split on the floor, but must at least split on the sky. Means, you sleep that time, put you legs high up and split wide open.

    3. Doing yoga is very relaxing, I almost doze off every time at the end of my class.

However, I don't opt for yoga when my mind is congested with plans. The slow motion of each pose is killing me, and I will be thinking, "When will it end? I need to rush to somewhere", :p
