A Post I Am Still Thinking for A Suitable Title
on an usual public holiday or weekend, i will not be staying at home but flee out and not be back home until night time.. it was a public holiday yesterday, but due to some reasons (we all Malaysian know) i stayed at home for the whole day, even my sister teased me by saying that she felt rather unusual to see me at home in the day, haha!! and when i am staying at home, i also become a lazy and unproductive person.. i'll only wake up late morning and then have brunch, surf internet a while and then take a nap for a couple of hours.. and then maybe play with the phone, time for dinner and watch TV, then finally surf internet again until bed time.. that is why i actually prefer not to stay at home, as i feel like i am wasting time, hahaha!! but for once in a blue moon, i guess this is quite alright huh?? just like for once in a blue moon, i am writing dry and dull post like this because a lazy mind cannot think of an interesting topic, it's totally fine too, right?? muahahahaha.. thank you for reading and you don't have to force yourself to comment.. :p

    2. I am very different from you. When it comes to public holiday or weekend, I look forwards to staying at home. I have plenty of things to do at home - clean the house, gardening, cooking, baking, surf internet etc. Not boring at all to me.

    3. So yesterday must have been a real torture to you huh? Feel restless right, being stuck at home? For people like you, you need to go out with friends and see places and make some noise. I know a few people like that. They cannot understand how I can tahan to stay at home. They will die if they have to be stuck at home hah..hah...

    4. Me, Phong Hong, just one day Public Holiday, I had so many things to do, I rarely feel boring. This morning is a rainy day, I felt so reluctant to return to work. Can't wait for next week, another public holiday on Thursday.

    6. Same here, when I stay at home, I will clean the house, surf internet, listen to radio station, blogging, blog-hopping, plenty of things to do, but yet I won't stay at home all the time, sometimes I will go out to see see look look, do window shopping so I won't lose touch with the world

    7. it's a very mundane post written when i cannot think of anything to write about, and hence the title, hahaha.. maybe i stayed too long at home and feel no energy at all, hahaha.. :D

    8. What a sad thing to hear that some bloggers have been experiencing the mental block where they could not find a topic or title to blog!
Now it has happened to Thambee too! I think Thambee needs to go out and explore KL areas to find topics! Just a stroll along the back lanes of Petaling Street would inspire you to see exotic shops, traditional food and even homeless beggars or stalkers!

  2. The words are not the key points, better focus on the picture for this post hehehe! I was a bit more productive, I learnt a great deal about Photoshop skills and video editing skills by studying failed examples.

  3. Dear SK, you Malaysia day celebration is so nice. So relax, free and easy. I love that, I love doing nothing but just laze at home like what you did yesterday. I was not that free le! As usual, I am a busy mama. I woke up rather early.

7am, woke up, I changed and got myself ready before I woke up April.
8am, I took April to club for inter-club Ping Pong games.
9am, I went back to check on Jin Jin and May.
10am, we went together to cheer for April.
    1pm, we went for lunch.
2pm, we were baking coffee huat kuih at home.
3pm, coffee huat kuih was ready to serve for tea time snack.
    4pm, we went to nap.
6pm, we went for dinner at PIL's house.
7pm, we went AEON for grocery shopping.
9pm, we went back home. The girls did work books and revision, I marked their work book and corrected their mistake. (evil mom mode on)
10pm, got them ready to bed.
11pm, I finally had my own ME time to surf net and browse at FB to see what had happened in Petaling Street .

I saw that picture in this post on FB too. I even listened to some Sohai being interviewed in English, but replying "protect,..... protect,...ar, ar, ar come here to have protect,... i don't know why I am here, I am here to have protect...." Sound so retarded, I see also TL.

    5. Yes, I heard that from a video in FB too. I heard some people shouting for " Tambah wang, tambah wang,......belum dapat makanan lagi......" Over here in my place, we just led a very normal life, we still went to mall and went out everywhere as of normal only.

Malay, Chinese and India still carry on life normal in my town. Not affected by the Red.

    6. haha, you just thought of stickers when you saw those yellow and red dots?? yeah, maybe that make sense because i was using those dots to decorate the photo.. actually not just decorate but they also bring meaning lah, hehehe..

yalor, public holiday better not stay at home lah, else i will be so unproductive and feeling like so lethargic at home.. i need fresh air and sunlight to be more energetic!! i am born in summer~~ :D

  6. muahahahaha...so, you had a lazy day yesterday huh? OK la, that's good , at least you can relax and wind down. Sometimes, being alone and doing nothing is good to release stress but of course, don't overdo.

I do that most of the time during weekends and that's one thing I dreaded too much free time. When you woke up late, you will feel lazy and don't intend to do anything except just lazed around watching tv, surfing and nap again. I intend to wake up earlier on weekends , and not sleep until almost lunch...muahahahaha...

  7. Yeah, many of my friends also stayed at home yesterday. What a waste of holidays as well as waste of time of what happened. Might as well don't have a holiday so that everyone can work and increase productivity. In fact, there are far too many holidays in Malaysia. I am sure investors prefer lesser holidays with more output.

Good for you, I had a busy day yesterday in work and thought of running after work but it's too late. Thus, I gotta spend time at the gym after work for some endorphins intake...muahhahaa... Anyway, working day makes me alive !

  8. Well , you can run around your home compound if you like too, which could make you sleep better as well as makes you feel better. I always believe in exercise which could makes feel good rather than doing nothing, which sap your energy and makes you even more tired.

i got friends who just rest and eat during non-working days as well as nap. It's good to relax but I find that it's better to exercise a bit to shed away the extra they put on.

  10. When I didn't go back to JB on a public holiday , I will usually go for a workout follow by shopping around the malls and have my meals there. Once everything done, I will too stay in my bed surfing or watching movies on the net.

Sometimes I complaint I don;t have much personal time after work but then, during public holidays, I found myself having too much time and dunno what to do when I am done with those stuffs that I wanna do. hahaha..

Anyway, for you no choice la...it's better to avoid than sorry else I am sure you have a good holiday.

No one realised I was missing yesterday?? ... No one missed me??!!! So sad!

Anay was so busy yesterday like a bee in fullest swing of actions on Wednesday and Thursday. I had to run around to get ready for the temple monks to conduct prayers for my late mother in the temple. I was a bit worried when driving around the Petaling Jaya area but got assured that it was safe and quiet on the city's outskirt areas. So I bravely drove to buy all the food offerings for the prayers. Phew!

I kept looking at FB and Group Watsaps of friends reporting the rally in the city. They were always faster and more reliable than media tabloids. These days I cannot trust the newspapers anymore because they are biased.

The karma will ripen for the cause & effects to take place. Next Tuesday, that Kheer Toyol will be sentenced after appeals overturned. I believe that Jibbee will see the most red blood sunset soon. Stay tuned.

Our country has been going through stages of protests with public outcry venting out their anger. I remember how your folks gathered in millions to drive the dictators out from the Malacanang Palace. I missed the chance to visit this palace during my recent visit as visitors need to apply a week in advance for permit. I find that ridiculous as the visit to White House does not need a week's notice in advance.

  26. Good morning SK

Usually weekend I would either stay in and do gardening or go out to bring son around after a hard week of studying but that particular weekend, i can remember what I did la. both stayed home and also gone out makan with my friends.

That weekend , the first thing i check was Facebook when I woke up. Ya ...practoically whole day checking Facebook seeing friends enjoying themselves watching TV at home or doing gardening. Guess nobody go downtown for shopping lah.

Heard that for the first time in many years, whole Petaling Street shops was closed wor. Only one stall open shop. Guess everyone decided to self declare a holiday on that particular weekend kot

Probably they have enough of business already due to the cleaning up activities two weeks ago. Business were positively blooming then,

I would tembak and say Red dots are more than the yellow dots la. This must be a trick question. Maybe in next post you will reveal that when we click at the red dots it will magically transformed into 1.0Millions dots so red dots are definitely more than the yellow dots? Betul tak? So any prize for those who guessed or counted correctly.....I hope I counted correctly la coz my maths really kantoi punya 1+1 =11 punya le

Oh so you are not those homey person! But not surprise la cause you are still single, can go here go there with friends, you got so much freedom now so just enjoy la!
If married already, especially after having kids, you'll think otherwise. Cause weekdays already work til late night, when got holidays or during weekends you'll just want to stay home spend time with the kids. Of course once a while still need to bring family go out walk walk la but cannot be too often lo, where got so much money right?

Anyway that public holiday you mentioned, actually not a holiday for me also la. Hubby working, so it's just another ordinary day for us. Actually I got no holidays one, 'work' like a slave 365 days, LOL! May be once a while, curi curi spend few hours go out alone, do the things I want, but better than none also la!

Yes, it's absolutely alright for you to laze around doing nothing once a while. Too hectic also no good, at least when you laze around, you don't need to think/move so much, 省了很多力气 :p
Now that you mentioned, I also wish I can get a day off to laze around like what you did, wake up late, surf net, take nap, watch TV, play with the phones.... Hehe, but only in my dream, haih~
