[Volume 7 Issue 7, #1466]
let's not talk about how much i dislike telemarketing calls, but i found a common problem with a few calls i received recently.. to me a professional telemarketer should know a few languages (especially in malaysia), but the recent calls i received, the telemarketer firstly did not test in what language the customer prefers, secondly regardless in what language the customer used to respond, they still carry on with the language they know best and then read out their scripts like nobody business!! wow, hello??!! chinese not necessarily know chinese, malaysian not necessarily know bahasa malaysia.. even i roughly know what you want to tell, i find it a problem to use your language to reject sometimes~~ @_@"
