| 你對fusion菜有幾鐘意?? 我認識某些朋友, 口味永遠局限於佢哋一貫食開嘅嘢, 對未食過嘅嘢存在很深的偏見, 所以從來唔願意嘗試新味道.. 我覺得獨沽一味, 似乎有點浪費一嘗天下美食嘅機會, 雖然我唔係食家, 但係都接受新嘗試(除咗啲野味昆蟲例外!!)嘅.. 週末同朋友聚會, 食咗呢個所謂嘅北京烤鴨pizza, 因為特價所以試佢一試囉, 其實得都幾OK喎.. 不過當呢隻北京鴨遇上意大利薄餅, 老實講係有點黯然失色, 食pizza嘅感覺多過食烤鴨.. 囧 @#$%^&* 講緊咩呀我?? 分明就係實實在在食緊pizza嘛, 想點先?? 係唔係玩嘢呀?? :D |
| how do you like fusion food?? i came across people who are so used to eating what they used to eat, so prejudice towards things they have never tried before and therefore will never try out new things at all.. i find that playing safe (no pun intended) is kind of boring, seems like they have missed so many chances for nice food in this world, though i'm not any gastronome, i gladly try new things (except eating those exotic wild animals and insects!!).. had a little gathering with friends during the weekend and we had this peking duck pizza, because it's on promotion so we tried and found it tasted quite good actually.. but when peking duck meets the naples pizza, seems like it has lost its signature charm, i feel like eating pizza more than eating peking duck.. blardy hell @#$%^&* what am i talking about?? i was eating a real pizza right?? what was i thinking?? trying to make a joke?? :D |

I had that in Penang - ayam goreng belacan. Fried chicken marinated with belacan... Nothing great - just like fried chicken...not much belacan taste or smell. Must use Sarawak's Bintulu belacan baru best lah!!!
