16.08.2007 | 低脂低糖低卡

早排去超級市場諗住買包芝士嚟夾麵包食, 結果紜紜牌子中有一個唔熟悉嘅牌子, 包裝紙上大大隻字寫明Super Slim Cheese.. 於是就諗都唔駛諗一於買佢啦, 因為個名都已經畀到我呢個消費者一支強心針.. 過後喺間超市入邊行行吓, 發覺其實低脂低糖低卡系列嘅產品已經變成現時社會潮流必要嘅貨品喇.. 咩低脂芝士, 低脂牛奶, 低糖飲品, 低卡麵包, 更過份就係跟晒風唔眨眼嘅低糖糖果, 低脂薯片(oh, 真係唔該晒呀).. 認真諗一諗, 通通都係呃消費稅嘅marketing技倆嚟啫.. 唔通真係會低到太平洋底咩?? 一個唔覺意以為低脂低糖低卡, 反而冇晒戒心變相食得仲多添啦, 冇啦啦攝取更多脂更多糖更多卡, 到時就弄巧反拙啦~~

[To: SK] 要時時警惕自己, 雖然低脂薯片係低脂, 但係低脂薯片勁好味(係呀係呀, 好鬼掛住包Ruffles Natural Sea Salted Reduced Fat Crinkle Cut Potato Chips啊!! 真係好鬼好味架啫) 都係會肥死人架噃.. 哪哪哪, 所以慳慳哋每次食五片當係獎勵自己一日嚟嘅勞碌就好喇, 千其唔好成包落肚當一餐咁激呀..
