突然間諗起呢個麥當勞同漢堡王之外嘅土產漢堡包, 完完全全出自本土, 絕對原汁原味.. 佢有個響噹噹嘅名叫做Ramly Burger, 絕對係無人不知曉架, 油膩膩就係佢嘅特色喇(但係弊就弊在, 如果佢唔油膩就一啲都唔好味).. 呢種街邊漢堡, 完全係冇國際連鎖店啲quality control架喇, 係要睇個老闆當時個心情同手勢.. 落晒柯打之後, 企喺旁邊睇佢現場製作..
首先喺鐵板上勁落白蘭他margerine起鍋, 煎熟舊肉餅, 跟住單手開蛋, 順時鐘掃三圈整出個蛋皮, 跟住落啲喼汁再勁撒胡椒粉(係啊, 唔駛錢架), 最後將舊肉餅放中間用蛋皮包住.. 將個蛋皮肉餅反轉封底之時, 即刻揮刀將個麵包切半, 裡面搽兩羹白蘭他後, 擺喺鐵板上再煎佢個金黃色.. 跟住將一舊油膩膩蛋皮肉餅擺上油膩膩麵包底面, 豪爽唧三圈辣椒醬, 再放生菜, 洋蔥絲, 番茄同青瓜各一片(注意啲青瓜仲要表面挑花懶高貴咁架), 再嚟重複豪爽唧三圈辣椒醬.. 本來攪成呢個地步, 個漢堡包已經係very loaded架喇, 但係與時並進嘅今日, 好不知所謂哋fusion一下, 再劈羹mayonaise上去後加多層芝士, 最後終於大功告成可以夾埋另外一半麵包喇..
the result is 足足成個老麥巨無霸嘅高度, 都只不過係承惠三蚊!! 呢仲街坊漢堡包, 果然原汁原味誠意十足, 一啖咬落去嗰種感覺(哪哪哪, 小心啲辣椒醬撈埋啲半溶mayonaise撈埋啲油脂一齊必晒出嚟呀), 真係啖啖感動啖啖溫馨架~~ 呢個時候, 忽然餓了..
actually i m burger supporter.. haha.. mcd.. kfc.. burgerking.. ramly burger.. yummy yummy.. oh ya.. carl's junior is back .. saw it in 1U.. wow.. quite expensive leh.. RM20++ for 1 set.. emm..haven't try it yet.. wanna go?

ReplyDeletecharl's junior beef patty is special one.. but come to malaysia already halal beef. taste different liao... here in Singapore is about SD12 per meal...but 2 can share 1 cos very big size.
