How Good A Customer Are You?? |
hmmm, so we have been discussing so much about the services rendered to us as the customers, from exact change to security expectations to attitudes of the personnel.. i guess it is also fair for us to talk about ourselves being the customers, whether we have been nice or fussy in the eyes of other people around.. time to confess, folks!! and if you are or have been doing what are listed or suggested by other readers here, better think twice about it, haha.. have a great festive weekend ahead everyone!! :) |

CHOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHehehehehehe!!!! True, how very true!!!! Sometimes we do need to look at ourselves. As we give so shall we receive. As we treat others, so will they treat us.
DeleteI was at the petrol station that day. The pump attendant looked so unhappy. I told her to fill it up...and when she was done, she said, "Lima puluh tiga!" I have her RM50 plus a RM5 note and said, "Yang lebih, kasi you!" Immediately her face lighted up with a smile and she said thank you.
DeleteMany take these people for granted...and will demand for instant and good service and grumble and complain about these people. Imagine standing here the whole day in the heat, pumping petrol smelling the fumes...and I am sure they are not paid well, probably by the hour. What is RM1 or RM2...especially when it can help to make someone's day?
I've given up on queue jumpers - used to tell them off and if looks could kill, I would have been dead long ago - as if I was the bad guy, they were not in the wrong. Never mind...I've got all the time in the world, not in any hurry to go anywhere just yet. If they "kua khee see" (rushing to their death), be my guest...go right ahead.
Delete"...one whole family queuing up at the express check out lane, splitting their 30 items into several bills of less than 10 items..." People talking about working smart, not working hard. This is along that same line. Playing the game, not breaking or bending the rules but beating them at their own game. Next time, bring your own family...or borrow others' kids. Hehehehehehehe!!!!!
Delete"...undecisive people who cannot make up their mind, asking tons of questions and holding up the line.. please decide first before even queuing up lah!!..." Typically Malaysian. I can't stand those too...and those who take their sweet time....fishing out the notes and the coins one by one when there is a long long queue waiting. Or there may be a group of young kids, talking, laughing like there's no tomorrow, fooling around in the front of the queue...taking their sweet time to pay and holding everybody up. I do wish people can be more considerate...but I guess they think it's their right! I'm first in line, I take my time...you all can wait. Seems like that's the attitude of the generation today - never think of others, just themselves.
DeletePeople these days seem to think that money is everything. They have the money, you must wait of them hand and foot - they expect the best, no less. I had a call from a mother asking if I would give private tuition to her kid and I said I was not interested. She retorted, "What? I pay you money, you don't want kah?" I could have told her that she would not be able to afford me...or worse, she could take her money and shove it up her you-know-where...but no, I would not stoop to that degrading level of the likes of her. I just said, no, thank you and hung up.
Delete*...wait on them..."
DeleteSTP - not really , money not everything. If the shop business is good especially makan place , they don't bother to layan you. I remember there was this famous beef kway teow in jalan imbi. The boss was so arrogant that he even said we ordered too much already and ask us why we still want. He gave us a cb face ...
Deletegood morning STP.
Deleteuiks so long story but noboday sambung ah....what happen?
yea... sometimes if the shop too famous already they become arrogant liao, Chris.
There's a pan mee shop here too.. The seller said "You can wait, you wait, cannot wait, I don't mind, 45 minutes"...
DeleteI will not bother to go back and eat again. I just cannot understand how people can tolerate this kind of attitude and put up with this kind of nonsense.
DeleteLike the nyonya restaurant in Malacca - had to go in and write your name on the list and then go out and queue in the sun, wait to be called. Lots of empty tables inside but no, they would not allow you to sit and wait inside. Out you go!!!
I would have gone elsewhere but my friend said never mind, since we were already there, just wait. Food was the best at one time - not anymore... Maybe the old folks have retired or died. Will never go back there again.
Never mind seller/vendor or customer. Never mind how good you are. Never mind how rich you are. You just have to learn to treat others with a bit of respect. Pandai pandai tupai melompat...
My friend just shared on Facebook day before yesterday - went to Penang, went to this old man's stall for his char kway teow...waited for 45 minutes and when served, THERE WAS A FLY in the char kway teow. I would have taken the photograph and send to the newspaper...and to the Ministry of Health. Being among the best is one thing - cannot be at the others' expense in any way.
DeleteLast time there was a small cockroach swimming in my iced plain water.. in a fast food restaurant.. i pointed it out to the waiter... no apologies, just took it off the table and replaced with a new glass of water.. oh, wonder if they wash the glass... I doubt! Anyway, I didn't drink from that glass...
DeleteAnother time was few years back before I started blogging.. I was at a well known dim sum restaurant in Ipoh... one bowl of porridge came and we asked for extra empty bowl.. and when we accidentally turned the bowl upside down, the whole "group of maggots" were all there!!!!
DeleteWe screamed and stood up... the waitress quickly took table cloth and swiped off the maggots on the table.. no apologies... no compensation.. we still got to pay for the food we have taken... oh gosh!! That time no canggih handphone to take picture... so no proof to complain... sigh...
Good Morning King of Kampua Chops & all bloggers.
DeleteWe all have met rude and arrogant beings everywhere including the blogs and facebooks! Simple maths, there are more poor people than rich ones on earth. There are more bad guys than good ones too. Wherever we go, we will bump into these rotten maggots that need serious help. That's why I am so garang sometimes when I have to troubleshoot all the time at work.
When I have the mood outside, I would not hesitate to tell rude and bad mannered people off. I think I do that more often in China which is sadly the craziest place on earth.
Sometimes we also got to be prihatin to other people. Maybe they are really in a hurry so if we are not in a hurry just let them q in front. Does not really hurt us.
DeleteAbout dirty things, the waiters are just workers earning a salary so I do not expect them to apologize. The owner should be the ones apologizing.
Good day all!
DeleteWah STP gets first chop recently! Such an early bird huh.. ;)
Claire, huh?? Maggots?? Seriously? Ewww, that was so disgusting!! If for me sure ask for compensation!!
I wonder which famous dim sum restaurant is that, hmm....
Yes, maggots! whitish worms.. cluster of them... that time no blogging yet.. and no handphone camera.. yes, famous dim sum in town...
DeleteMun,
DeleteThat I totally agree with you!
Pity that nowadays owners seem not to be invested in spending time at their outlets. :(
For the point 1, as a customer, they always have a thought that they've customer so they're right no matter what, so as a sever, you got to serve them also, even though you know they're intended to do so! =[
ReplyDelete#2 Yah right! Especially when they're in group, they'll discuses and comment this and that..looks like so proud for them...but actually it's embarrassing!
Delete#3 Is like la, is like you've stepped on their tail...not only throwing coins back but showing black face, even the mood of the day is good but after seeing them the whole day mood will be down...
Delete#1 Okay! For this one is like queuing to buy movie ticket, don't know why these customers never have their wallet or money well prepare and they have to wait until is their turn, knows the price already then only slowly take out the wallet look for money...some even can't find their wallet..seriously?
DeleteAlso argh they never decide what movie what to watch first, they goes to counter then ask the staff this and that(you expect all staff must have already the movie meh?)
Done with the movie, then they have to find seats right? Then they're like "looking for wife or husband" like that, takes forever to pick the seat...aiyo!! Really want to squeeze their neck, especially when people are rushing time to get the movie ticket to enter the theater...
#2 This one I have never met before, but this can be so call a "smart way" for them?
Delete#3 Of coz, bet no one would like queue-jumpers...people take their time queue polite but some people just being so selfish!! This reminds me while driving some people just never follow the rules, love to cut into the line thought they're very good in driving...but have they ever think about those who have been queuing for very long behind who doesn't have very good skill to drive like cutting here and there...so this's just like you very "sing mok" to cut line then you get to destination very fast...then how about those don't? If everyone also cut line, cut here and there...so who wants to follow rule to queue in the end?
Deletefor point one...if you are the boss then can always say "pi dah!" to the arrogant customer. LOL. Sometimes customer are too demanding. Like peribahasa says Bagi betis nak peha pulak.
Deleteyes, sometimes customers can be very arrogant. Once a customer threatened to shop next door when I refused to give him more discount. So I said, 'Go ahead!' But eventually he came back too..
DeleteMorning morning.. Wah, I'm just 30 minutes away, and already so many comments ahh.. Long long one somemore.. Today is Friday la, chillax.. Haha..
ReplyDeleteYah la, but I'm chaoing already, come back during holiday...as I don't want to come back to work on holiday! XD
DeleteKuat Morning to Sheta and Louiz, yeah today is Friday...
DeleteOn your first point:
Delete#1 – We are all human.. Working only..Don’t be too serious la.. We tend to be rude to promoters/sellers, but please reflect on ourselves first lor.. Do unto others what others would do unto you..
#2 – Erm, fussy customers? SK, you fussy or not? Hahaha.. Like changing many times in the fitting room or ask this ask that before ordering something? Well, again, we are all humans, sometimes, don’t be too fussy la.. People working only, you ask them so much, they might not be able to answer also.. Especially those foreign workers operating franchise stalls..
Delete#3 – This one, honestly, I’ve never seen, never did before.. I won’t throw money at sellers la.. But if I’m the seller, I might just say “Come, throw more to me”.. Hahahahahaha..
DeleteMany many years ago, when my elder sister was still in Form 5 (Now, she’s 37), she had a quarrel with dad.. She got mad and said “Next time, when I start to work and earn my own money, “ngor yung ngan ji deng sei lei” (Direct translation: I use money throw die you).. My dad said “hou akk, deng lah”.. (Direct translation: good ahh, come, throw here)..
Hahahaha – LOL !
Morning princess dear dear !
DeleteNow on your second point:
Delete#1 – I agree and sokong with this point.. Especially when I’m q-ing up at fast food outlets, and the “potato” in front of me, ask 3 ask 4, seems like dunno what he wants.. I’ll make a piss-off face, but too bad, he can’t see my face coz he doesn’t have eyes at the back of his head.. Haha..
#2 – Ooohh, this one, biasa la, in hypermarkets.. Erm, let me confess, sometimes, I do this too.. Me and hubby, each take 5-6 items, and q up separately, so that we can pay at the express lane, hahahaha.. But that’s if the kids don’t tag along la.. If we have kids, susah lor.. I’ve seen people with more than 15 items q-ing up at express lane also, the cashier accepts also wor, no say anything.. Hmmmmppphhh…
Delete#3 – Hmm, to be honest, I seldom come across with q jumpers.. I mean, if she jumps the q, I bet she will be malu and paiseh also ma, coz sure other people will sound her, kan? Unless other people keep quiet, then different story la..
DeleteMorning Xiao Ying, Angeline and Prince Chris...
DeleteAngeline - no new post?
Actually I think it is not that bad to spread the items among family members to get to the fast lane. As long as the cashier process the purchases efficiently and no hold up occurs, it is fine.
DeleteThe queue up separately thing, I also got do like that sometimes. Hubby and I stand at different queue then see which queue comes first, then we'll move to that, hehehe! Save time ma! :p
DeleteWe don't have a clear line for the customers to queue up so sometimes items got mixed up. Very troublesome.
DeleteGood Morning! I like today's topic just as much as I did the previous three. Yes, we as customers also need to look at ourselves. Can't be complaining about the service staff without contemplating our own attitudes and behaviour right?
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I hate those indecisive people! They take ages to decide what they want to order and worse, if their family members/friend/tag alongs in the queue with them also behave like that. I really cannot tahan lah!
So please, stand aside and make up your mind first before getting into the queue. Or if you are already in a queue, while waiting your turn, start making your decision!
Have you been to the supermarket and seen people crowding at the produce aisle and all they do is stare and stare at the goods? They can't decide what to buy and they hog the whole area without thinking that there are others who want to buy also.
DeleteAnd worse, I have seen people picking up and tossing the vegetables/fruits around and making a mess (also ruin the fruits and vegetables in the process) and then they walk away without buying anything! And the poor supermarket staff has to rearrange everything all over again.
And at the cashier, some people don't have the sense to get ready their loyalty card (you know the Tesco Clubcard or J-Card) and only start digging into their handbag or wallet and holding everybody up while they are at it.
DeleteAnd what makes me even more geram are those that don't move away after they have paid and packed their goods. I mean, seriously if you want to check you receipt, move away first so that the next customer can pack their things. Once I had to say "EXCUSE ME!!!" before this moron slowly took her time to move away.
Phong - oh ...I always keep mine in my wallet , so no problem. Hahha. .. just easily take it out.
DeleteGood for your, Chris! Me, I always take out my card and credit card and hold it in my hand just before I get to the cashier.
DeletePH, 'And worse, I have seen people picking up and tossing the vegetables/fruits around and making a mess (also ruin the fruits and vegetables in the process) and then they walk away without buying anything! And the poor supermarket staff has to rearrange everything all over again.', yes! That's so terrible la! Make a mess already then end up not buying anything, left the messy nasty stuff to other people, aiyoyo!
DeleteOh ....to be very very frank , I'm a very good customer. I know what I want to buy most of the time or have an idea of what I want. And , I usually do research first before I buy. This helps to shorten the time at the shop. Sometimes , I'm more well informed of the sales assistant , no joke. HAHA. ...
ReplyDeleteMorning morning prince charming.. What are you up to this coming holidays?
DeletePrincess - bring family to zoo .... see pandas.
DeleteChrisAu, I just came back from zoo negara on Tuesday! The pandas are so lazy leh! Asyik tidur je.... But they are so 'hou meng' lo! Air cond all round, with bamboo sticks, water and everything!
Deleteyes, some customers are nice people. They don't trouble so much and sometimes they help us in arranging the items on the counter too.
DeleteOne problem is if the sales assistant is too pretty. It will be very difficult not to buy from her especially if I also wanted that product but still deciding. Lol
ReplyDeleteHaha, if every customer also like ChrisAu, then their business must be very good lo!
DeleteI usually will ask the shop assistant if they have this or that product rather than wasting time searching unless I'm in the mood to window shop. But most of the time , I will just save time , get the product and go , probably go for my coffee or dinner. How nice to spend more time on a nice kopi or bento.
ReplyDeleteUsually i will walk a round to see if i could find the product i want, if can't find, i will ask the shop assistant for help...
Deletemost of my customers like to ask us the whereabouts of certain items. Sometimes when we are free, we usually help them to get those items for them.
DeleteOf course , there are situations where I needed to go for price check in the shops. Usually this applies to malls like imbi plaza or sim lim square in sg. You have to ask around the price to get a good bargain instead of being cheated by the seller. Research do help too.
ReplyDeleteThere were many times I walked away from the shop although services were good as they do not have what I want. Anyway , I thanked them for their assistance.
ReplyDelete*thumbs up* Chris.
DeleteAlways be nice to people and teach our kids the same too. :)
I can nasty too especially if the service is lousy and didn't deliver as promise. I just scolded a phone company for failing their promise to deliver the phone as indicated in their website. It delay by 2 days.
ReplyDeleteSame here, I consider myself as someone who is very particular about service and attitude.
DeleteLike the recent post I wrote about shopping online... If delay never mind, at least must take the initiative to inform your customer, and don't make up story, no stock just say no stock, no need talk nonsense, be honest la!
Service is very important. Customers will come back when we are nice even though our price could be higher than next door.
DeleteGood morning SK and all.
ReplyDeleteYay Friday to a long weekend.
Guess this coming weekend service will either be good or bad lor.
Good coz everyone will be on holiday mood....so much happier enviroment but the can be stressful too for travellers.
Bad...well...those who have to work during the holiday wont be too happy gua.
Holiday time some places are so crowded and won't be so pleasant. Better stay home masak-masak and do gardening.
DeleteGood day Small Kucing!
DeleteYes, this coming long holidays sure can see all sorts of attitudes... Sure will be crowded everywhere especially at those eateries.
So like PH said, best is to stay at home, haha!
yes, holidays coincides with the end of the month. So you can imagine how busy most shops are.
DeleteI can't stand people when it's their turn, and they can't decided on what they want, take up time. If it's me, i will stand a side till i decided on what i want before i join in the Q...
ReplyDeleteYes, truly agree! Like SK said, decide first then only go queue up, be considerate to others!
DeleteTrue, make up your mind before you queue up. That saves time too.
Delete我非常肯定我絕對唔會喺以上所指嘅顧客,因爲我爲人善解人意,菩薩心腸。
ReplyDeleteGood morning to SK and all bloggers, there are many bad behavior consumers. Especially some people they think they are very rich. Always LCLY when buying things. They love to speak London and to show that they know English very well. In fact, they can use Malay, Hokkien, Cantonese and Mandarin when dealing with local people.
ReplyDeleteOf course, I also hate 打尖的人. Small kids also know must line up la!
Actually, if we want to demand for good service, we must have right attitude and humble thought being a consumer. We want to be treated fair, we must treat people fair too.
DeleteVery well said Yannie!
DeleteWe all sure don't like LCLY people, especially those who thinks '有钱大晒' one.
Good evening Yannie,
DeleteHappy holidays to you and your family!
Yes, I hate those on the list too.
ReplyDeletelina, short comment?
DeleteMust be busy preparing for Raya already! ;))
I try not to be judgemental and hate others. I must say I do layout my coins on the table to pay so that it can be easily seen that the amount of coins are the correct sum. Of course I put them on the table nicely and gently.
ReplyDeleteI always put my customers' chance on their hands. Never once I put on the table.
DeleteI don't like strangers touching my hands.
DeleteI find nowadays even older people have a lot of angst and frustration. Best to forget and forgive and move on. So to all the rude people be them either customers or shop owners or promoters, I hope that I will not be like you all and I hope not to run into you all.
ReplyDeleteElderly people is like that.. So sometimes also just 'open one eye close one eye', hehe!
DeleteI wonder will I be like that when I am old? :p
In a chapfan queue if someone is taking a long time to take from a dish and there is a long queue at the back but no one in front, it is perfectly fine to walk to the front of the person holding up the queue to take from the dishes in front.
ReplyDeleteTo my understanding, buying chapfan no need to queue or wait one, can just go and take any dish you want, and whoever finish first go and pay first ;))
DeleteOk. My response on the items:
ReplyDelete1. No one should be rude and arrogant.
2. Ok to be fussy but please do not shout.
3. No one should throw anything but only to lay out the coins nicely on the table.
4. Customers have a right to ask many questions. Mgmt should make sure there are enough staff to serve them and everyone.
5. Ok to split items and use express payment lane. Why would you be angry at them? They are not harming you. They genuinely have that many people to do the job.
6. Some people have a right to jump q. Like someone who is very sick can jump q to get trearment first.
mun, well I understand sometimes we need to give way to other people in certain circumstances, like very ill people, or those on emergency cases.
DeleteI agree with you, mun. Rude and arrogant are acceptable. Raising voice is bad manner. No matter how rich, how educated and how good looking you are, good manner and humble are important.
DeleteGood day everybody!!
ReplyDeleteWah SK, so with first post comes the 4th post today!! Haha, now who says you got no topics to blog about huh? ;)
Yes, it's fair enough to talk about us being the customers. Of course as a customer we would like to be treated good and with respect but at the same time, we need to do the same to the others as well.
1. Of course! Nobody likes rude and arrogant people! Some customers have this kinda thinking, since I am the one who pay of course you have to serve me right! Well it's not wrong to think like that but it depends on situation also.
2. Yes, especially elderly, hehe! Sorry no offend but in most cases I've seen, usually elderly people are the fussy ones, or those 'fu tai' (rich tai tai), they can be very 'yim chim' with their requests, some even more 'kek sei' is those who seems to not understand a word of the promoter! I've seen a case that an old lady request for extra something but the promoter had been explaning so many times that it's against the rule, then the old lady seems to get angry and terus walked out of the shop while mumbling to herself..
3. Hmm, this is very rude but as far as I concern, I din't encounter this situation (touchwood la). Even if the notes/coins dropped it was also just unintentionally, and the cashier would apologize, I din't mind to pick it up myself since his/her attitude is ok, at least she apologized.
And for part II:
ReplyDelete1. So true!!! Especially when buying movie tickets!! I notice got a type of people always do like this one (Don't wanna reveal exactly what type), even if just 2 people (a couple obviously) they need more than 3-4 minutes to finish buying the ticket. I observed and they seems having problems choosing the seats. Come on!! Is it so difficult to chose your seats?? If you really want very nice VIP view then go to Gold Class la! (Ok in my hometown there's no Gold Class or whatsoever :p)
I really don't understand what took them so long to choose a seat >.<
If for me, I will take my own sweet time to chose the seat only if there's no people queuing at my back. Else, I usually get it done within 2 minutes.
And like you said, please decide first before queuing up!
Same thing applies to depositing money at the deposit machine in banks. You know some machines are very sensitive so it'll take a longer time for us to successfully depositing all the notes. But some people will keep on trying and trying til all the notes are accepted, regardless of the queue at the back.
For me, if try 2-3 times still cannot, I'll leave, what to do? Feel paiseh leh since everyone at the back is waiting, unless if there's no people already la then I'll continue to try.
I just wonder why some people won't feel paiseh one....
2. This is funny! Really got people do like that? Hmm, I think I have not seen much cases like this...
Delete3. This kinda of people memang very 欠打! Worse is they act macam nothing after cut queue, geram lo!!
Speaking about this, I encountered an experience at post office one day, to send something. The queue was kinda long and I was at the 2nd one, suddenly a woman walked straight to the front and asked for stamps. Luckily the staff is smart, he told the woman to queue please. Then the woman answered, 'I hanya nak 2 stem je, bagi saya dulu la!' The staff replied 'semua orang pun beratur jugak, kalau nak cepat you tanya mereka tengok boleh bagi cut queue tak?'
Then that woman came towards me and asked if I can let her go first. I directly say 'sorry no'. Not that I am bad but please, it doesn't matter what transactions you are doing but everyone needs to queue and wait for their turns! I also waited there quite long already wert!
Actually I think when it comes to servicing, for both parties, one key thing is, BE CONSIDERATE!!
DeleteTrue, be considerate is one of the most important characteristics of customers and the service provider.
DeleteToday Friday, I bet everyone is on holiday mood already!!
ReplyDeleteHere I wanna wish SK and everyone a happy holiday! (Though I already wish that in my post today, hehe!)
Happy holiday to you Hayley and your family! And everyone here. :)
DeleteI rarely have time to be annoying in shops, unless it is when accompanying girls for shopping. If I need to buy stuff, I usually will go online to zoom in what I want, then when I go to the shop, I will just request for the specific item.
ReplyDeleteIf the salesgirl try to promote other options, I will tell her "No need to waste your time, dear. I know what I want, just get that for me please.", if she insist on blabbering, then I will tell her: "If you don't mind wasting your time, then don't waste my time please."
Shit.. that sounds quite rude, doesn't it?
Like the saying goes 'one type of rice feed more than 100 types of people' and have certainly seen the good, bad & ugly side of customers & or workers day in and day out.
ReplyDeleteCanto saying 'yen tak chow yen hm yen tak chow waaaaa...'. *can tolerate will try to tolerate*. Usually will keep cool at most of the times until unless 'bay tahan' then...
ReplyDeletetrue, patience is very important in customer service. Most of the time, I have to tolerate bad tempered customers.
DeleteCorrect, this is what I want to say all the time. I always tell myself what are we? and who are they? always asked ourself why we act this way? is that so serious meh?...
DeletePhong Hong sometimes, "yan mou hor yan"....one lol
We who serve customers definitely dislike them to throw their cash to us. But we usually wouldn't make a sound but just quietly pick them up.
ReplyDeleteWe always try our best to be courteous but some customers could be rather rude. They like to criticise and made bad comments just about anything from pricing to packaging.
ReplyDeleteSome customers think that they are like VIP and we need to serve them first. Some don't even know how to queue up.
ReplyDeleteCustomers knew that it's "no Plastic Bag day" every Saturday and yet they demand plastics! Some customers can be such a nuisance!
ReplyDeleteWell... not all customers are like that (rude)...good customers needs to be respected and given quality or good services...
ReplyDelete-May- at: http://www.artworksofmine.com/
http://capturingthyinterest.blogspot.com/
I'm not consider as a good customer, btw midnight visit u d~
ReplyDeleteOh man.. seriously, the throwing of notes on tables. Really, really rude! I despise that, totally!
ReplyDeleteSo rude, right?
Deletewell ... from ur blog i can learn more cantonese word :P
ReplyDelete打尖(插对:P) haha
It depends on which side you are on actually. :)
ReplyDeleteIf I were the customers, of course I would be always right, RIGHT? LOL :D
ReplyDeleteIf I were the customer service officer...of course I would not want to be at the receiving ends...all the time...
ReplyDeleteHahaha good morning everyone... looks no one is coming here and SK is happy holidaying in Hokkaido... How I iwsh to follow him there... lol..Dream on.
ReplyDeleteSomething related to my previous comment, when we see ourself as the customer...How good I am? I've been as a promoter before, and of course being the potential customer (always will be)...hahaha. For me everything is a win win situation...
DeleteIf you're intented to get something from a shop then walk in.
If you're not interested then don't go in... unless your partner or your friend asked or you accompanied them...
If you feel like you are looking for something, then get help from the promoter...Whether the promoter is a newbie or experienced that is another issue.
There are many factors actually... some shops are common, because we everytime go there... some are new and then we must help from the promoter...
For myself, I feel I'm consider the good one and the understanding one... last time I will complained but now no more... just a small issue.
Some customers are really rude too, and don't just complain the salesperson... correct or not?
DeleteWe are customers and yes customers are always right but unfortunately, customers are too stubborn and keep saying customers are always right....and aren't they have wrong too?
There are "lan si" customers too, so what shall we say here pula? So as a promoter, how to treat to kind of customer? it is defintiely not an easy task to do. Don't tell me I have to serve them like a queen or a king...
揸唔定主意很讨人厌!
