20.11.2007 | 簡單, 就是滿足

小徽上個週末失驚無神咁由新加坡返嚟, 禮拜日晨咁早打畀我約我去食晏, 話小春喺MSN度猛叫佢去食陳記蝦麵, 攪到佢都把持唔住要去食.. 陳記蝦麵係小春至愛, 其實佢哋兩位擁躉唔喺我都唔會諗到專登去食, 所以嗰日難得有伴我就梗係一口答應啦!! 去到食晏時間, 幾乎坐滿人, 點咗例牌排骨蝦麵同埋杯冰凍青檸涼粉飲品.. 未落手大快人朵頤之前, 特登用手機影低, 稍後send畀小春等佢妒嫉一下, 哈哈..仍然保持水準, 啲湯都仍然鮮甜, 唔好睇佢紅紅咁以為好辣啊, 其實只不過係啲蝦油嚟架咋, 我仲另外加咗羹辣椒落去添.. 配料係中蝦同排骨, 都係新鮮啦, 仲有爽脆芽菜仔同粉一齊食, 好滋味架.. 杯青檸涼粉我都好中意, 甜甜地又帶點青檸dashing微酸, 個搭配好正!! 總括嚟講, 呢餐雖然簡簡單單, 但係就食得好滿足, 小徽仲有添多碗嘅衝動添!! 不過好彩最後都可以臨崖勒馬..

[注: 呢間陳記蝦麵就喺文良港中華小學對面嘅一間店舖, 冇乜人知嘅全女班老字號, 可以一試..]

This is their 'new branch' they used to own a stall near jalan gurney, my hometown. i patronised them since i was 5/6 years old ... it's our family sunday brunch hang out till i was 10 yrs old. love it still even though i must admit i miss the older version with fresh kangkung (my mom said it's more expensive than beansprout worr, so cost cutting lorr) and they used to serve in chipped porcelain bowls, those with gold fish drawings on the side, blue drawings on white porcelain ... i am getting nostalgic la! Thanks for the pictures!
