返工嘅每個早上, 早餐都係喺公司輕便解決, 好慣性地就係(1)果汁(2)鮮奶(3)乳酪拌(4)Muesli, (3)+(4)就係在下嘅Muesli Parfait喇, 失敬失敬.. 就係咁簡單就係咁寡, 未熟悉我嘅人會非常好奇我日日如是地食啲咁嘅早餐.. 唔怕話你知道, 其實數下日子我都持續咁樣成五年喇.. 應該算係我至今最持久嘅生活習慣.. 好耐好耐以前食抄米粉, 食椰漿飯, 食麵包茶點, 一早已經變咗我早餐嘅歷史喇..
習慣咗反而變成生活一部份, 唔駛每朝一起身就煩惱要食啲咩, 每隔兩三個星期, 就去超市補倉, 一嘢揼晒入個雪櫃攪掂, 十分快捷方便.. 其實我每朝食我啲營養早餐, 同大家每日食粥粉面飯, 尚且唔係一個慣性?? 就好似有個同事每朝都係食麥當當咁, 所以唔好再問我點解食唔悶喇.. 其實我反而覺得自從食開Muesli Parfait之後, 個腸胃的確健康啲架, 極可能係啲益菌同埋纖維嘅關係.. 唔好話食得咁清可以瘦身(見人見智啫, 我唔覺可以瘦身噃, 都係一樣咁肥), 其實一日之計在於晨, 早餐質素無論食多食少都好重要, 最重要係食得健康..
i used to have wholemeal toast with butter & honey, fresh fruit smoothie with greek live yogurt for 3 years, without fail and never felt bored until i reached HK, bad habits kicked in! so i must salute you for persisting even in HK :) do you want stock up on dorsett muesli or not a?
ReplyDeleteyeah, 果然同道中人,我也是吃了老人麦片,整两年了,不过我比较斋,只是热水加麦片,偶尔会吃muesli+milk, 香肠鸡蛋是每个星期六的例牌,因为宾妹只会做这早餐!RM 1 的“热死你妈”?好久没有拿来当早餐了!

ReplyDelete你難得回來, 一定不可以錯過這裡美味的雲吞面, 雞絲河粉, 辣死你媽, 裸弟榨奶, 豬腸粉, 荳漿荳花, 豬雜粥, 豬肉粉, 肉菇板面, 抄米粉, 等等等等.. 哈哈!! 現在想念這些食物, 口水大流了嗎??
