已經幾乎忘記咗呢檔《老友記》靚粥喇.. 平日真係唔會去開嗰頭, 如果唔係今日唔覺意經過, 我諗都唔會有咁嘅機緣可以再次品嘗呢檔曾經令我一度瘋狂愛上嘅靚粥檔.. 想當年仲係讀緊college時候, 因為需要喺附近轉巴士, 所以晚餐時不時都踎喺度食碗靚粥攪掂..發現檔嘢比以前少咗好多食客, 換著以前一定需要等位, 就因為咁反而覺得啲伙記變得友善得多, 而且今日竟然係個老闆親自幫我落單, 於是開始質疑係唔係水準大跌watt?? 一場嚟到, 就點咗我嘅例牌豬雜粥跟多碟白切雞胸肉.. 水準仍然保持, 粥依然係幼滑, 配料依然係新鮮, 尤其勁中意佢啲酥炸豬腸, 脆噗噗咁真係好味.. 不過白切雞胸就略嫌有啲鞋, 比起以前嘅嫩滑要差幾條街.. 一碗粥加一碟雞, 承惠七蚊雞, 都唔平(好似起咗價添).. anyway總括嚟講尚算滿意, 因為街邊檔, 所以食到身水身汗, 好有feel啊..

i remember we had 'wat gai juk' for dinner with calvin and FPL, but i still like the 'heong sai yuu pien juk' from zhong wa hong.
ReplyDeletethe 'juu jap juk' is FPL and Christopher's favourite, mine is 'heong sai wan yuu pien juk'.
yummy! i remember they used ceramic bowls not plastic bowls :(
yeah, i remember that day we all went there by calvin's WAH!! hahaha.. just happened to get there by chance, and it really brings back lots of memories..
ReplyDeleteand talking about 麻香雞絲粥, you still remember my visit to you in HK few years back?? haha.. maybe you can plan to 清清地 cook this for your weekend?? hmmmmmm, yummy..
of course how can i forget? your 'virgin' meal you cooked for me, esp after coming back fr the hospital -- so warm!!! ... and you remember the chicken rice i cooked for you guys?
ReplyDeleteTalking about porridge, i was craving for nice, delicious and hot porridge lately. So i went to pudu, Jalan Sayor to try the porridge there. Not bad though... but the crowd there was surprising. So damn a lot of people in that little street. May be there are 2 TV program just introduced this street which full of hawker stalls...
ReplyDeletechoonsie: of course i remember your virgin-HK-chicken-rice specially cooked for me and ah sau.. we happily went shopping, while you 身水身汗 go to the market and 一揪二楞 rushed back to 排山倒海 cook that for us.. that was ARROY MUCK MUCK, i sure 抹齒難忘 laaa!!
