大家週末過得如何呀?? 我見悶悶地, 於是學下人家玩下煮飯仔啦.. 點呀?? 呢碗瑤柱海鮮湯底全蛋麵, 伴香味四溢嘅烤肉片, 再灑上蔥花+粟米+海苔.. 就睇個賣相, 各位認為如何?? 我整碗清底, 當然係非常好味啦, 感覺好滿足~~ :)
how was your weekend?? it was pretty dull so i decided to do some cooking.. so that's this bowl of egg noodles in scallop seafood soup, with delicious roast pork slices, garnished with spring onions corn kernels and seaweed.. by just looking at the photo, what do you think?? i cleared the bowl "bottoms up", it was surely very yummy and satisfying~~ :)

      Yeah, I used to eat instant noodles during my uni-life. And I remember my friends who study abroad, they requested to send boxes of instant noodles via sea to their doorstep.

      If go holiday around Malaysia, we always bring cup noodles or that bowl noodles, just in case got peckish in the middle of the night & lazy to go out + don;t want to waste money ordering room service. LOL

      Queen Yvonne.. everything is instant one lah, the egg noodles also instant one, the honey cured ham bought from supermarket.. so all i need to do is just to add hot water and wait for 3 minutes and lunch is served, haha!! but of course not cooking in the room lah, if inside the room eat another kind of instant noodes (i.e. mamee) :D

      Emerging Spammer Wenn.. yeah, i've seen some elderly people bringing a box of maggi instant noodles when they go traveling, especially to western countries..

      First Lady Lina.. hey, thanks for the tips!! bring a few cup noodles up to genting is a good idea!! because things up there are so so so so not nice and very very very expensinve!!

      Normal weekdays sleep at 12.30am.

      Weekends sometimes at 1am or 2am. Then sometimes can get hungry lor... easiest choice would be to cook instant noodle lor... xD

      this instant noodles is 壽桃牌 生麵皇.. haha, but you cannot read chinese hor?? can get from Jusco, they are egg noodles (like wantan mee) and not oil fried one..

    My current favourite instant noodles is the tomyam flavour. Mamee brand or Myojo. But usually buy Mamme because Myojo darn expensive.

    Then I'd put in two eggs, sausage (if I have them in stock) & a lot of kimchi + veges. Yummy!

    能煮出咁好食嘅即食面，连汤头都咁讲究，你係唔係好似桃姐咁逐粒蒜头都落足眼力去拣，连买条鱼都要打氧气浸住水带番屋企先至将条鱼正法吖？呵呵呵~~~
