DeleteThe pic showing the baby, so adorable. Babies can sleep anywhere regardless their position. I got a few snaps showing little Chi dozing in the car, cuteness overdose!!
ReplyDeleteI suggest you take a quick nap, for 15 mins then you would feel much fresher than before. No more yawning and doze off.
ReplyDeleteA short one is better than long nap. After waking from 2 hours nap, I feel tired, as if not enough sleep and sometimes headache comes along.
I can never take quick nap.
DeleteMy nap usually will be 2 hours. Less than that, I wake up grumpy. LOL
I try no to take nap during weekends or holidays. Cannot sleep in the night time. Become an owl and very tension looking at everyone who is sound asleep.

ReplyDeleteEasily doze off is good. Got two possible reasons.
ReplyDeleteFirst, your mind and body are young like babies. No worry, no fear, know nothing, only know sleepy and hungry.
ReplyDeleteSecond, your mind and body are old like old uncles/grandpas. Got nothing to do, watching TV and reading newspaper also can doze off like my dad.

ReplyDeleteGot too many things to think, my brain is very active. I have to skip coffee and work out to myself really tired, then only I can retire to bed easily.

DeleteIf I had huge lunch, I'll be very unproductive for the next half day. Tummy feels bloated and brain is not functioning.
Sometimes I feel like taking half day off from work and go home to nap.
I usually didnt sleep enough, and sleeping time no balance, it makes me feel sleepy all the time.
