Good Morning Bloggers!
ReplyDeleteGood morning blogger Twilight Man and all other readers of SK's! ^^
DeleteMorning, world!
DeleteAgree! Agree! They should make it free wifi onboard so that the public will look forward to train rides.
ReplyDeleteBut if trains are packed tighter than a can of sardines, can move hands to check handphone to surf internet? ;p
DeleteIn fact our whole country should have FREE WIFI throughout and it will be a favorite tourists' choice! Just add more routers only mah..... Correct?
ReplyDeleteMy phone still depends on FREE wifi as I felt many places have wifi ready for me and it automatically gets connected when I am at home, office, client's places and my regular eateries. I think that is sufficient enough to be able to read Thambee's blogs....wink! Wink!
ReplyDeleteMy handphone so old, cannot get even free wi-fi. Otherwise, can read and spam SK's blog ALL the time! LOL
DeleteLina, same here, my old and loyal handphone doesn't make me feel technology advanced here.
DeleteRather than free wi-fi, how about adding frequency of trains and also adding number of coaches? ;p
ReplyDeleteAgree! With free wifi I expect the crowd would be more. But the coaches do not get expanded, tsk tsk... suffocated le.
Deleteand so easy for people to grab all those smartphones because eveeryone is staring at them! @.@
Deleteand maybe will have increase in accidents in trains. Why? I always see people compromising their safety, prefering to stare at the phones' screen rather than look where they're going even while crossing roads. Got free wi-fi, habislah! People kena knock-over la, jatuh platform la... habis LRT kena sue afterwards. XD
DeleteHappy Saturday morning, SK!
ReplyDeleteWah! Twilight Man up so bright and early commenting on a weekend. xD
可能o羊?算吧啦!哈哈哈哈
ReplyDeleteI might sound stupid here.... is train being controlled via Internet? No train operators?
ReplyDeleteHi Yvonne. The Ampang line has a train-driver but not the Putra line. Unless things have changed.
DeleteI had a pleasant experience with an Ampang line train. I was taking my own sweet time coming down the stairs because a train had just gone by. To my surprise another train came along and stopped for a while (longer than usual). I was beginning to wonder what had happened when I noticed the train-driver waved to me to come down. I then realised he was waiting for me to come down the stairs to get on. So nice of him, I thought and I thanked him profusely, of course, being grateful that I needn't have to wait longer.
Wha.... that train driver was soo nice. Lucky you. :)
Deleteit should be hotspot everywhere..
ReplyDeleteSK, maybe you'd want to check with the ticketing staff for the password? Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
ReplyDeleteIf the connection get crosswired or something with the train operation, susah worr..
Deletesk,你就想啊~~哈哈哈
ReplyDeleteShort train rides also want wifi kah? Long train journeys, maybe lah....
ReplyDeleteI agree.
DeleteOtherwise, people purposely take long tran rides to surf for free!
Actually, I always take it for granted that I can get free wi-fi at eateries here in KL that I had a rather hard time not having the ease of finding free wi-fi in Japan.
ReplyDeleteIn Malaysia, even Mamak place can offer free wi-fi!
eh? Where's Dart Vader ah? Busy with business?
ReplyDeleteI am offline for 2 days straight ok! LOL sorry la I know you miss me :P and I am back for today (Monday), watch out XD
DeleteI think it's possible but maybe not so soon lor :(
ReplyDeleteoh i didnt know this.. haven't been on atrain for quite some time.. ><
ReplyDeleteLatest: ChurpOut At 7atenine Ascott Kuala Lumpur
哈哈哈 这样都被你想到
ReplyDelete除非是长途吧 就想飞机上啊
不然才几分钟 就休息下咯
不然用自己的3G
train的票才几块钱 还提供wifi咧
Yes they should make wifi available on trains and in fact everywhere! Haha! But I notice Malaysia still has better wifi connection compared to Bangkok. I had a hard time trying to connect to internet in Bangkok.
ReplyDeletei encountered some Transit buses offering Wifi onboard... so i think it is possible for a public train too
ReplyDeletemalls have more population that what a train can accommodate so I'm sure they can set up a wireless connection to everyone not unless it will be a threat to their security
ReplyDeleteof course if there's wifi, people will be encouraged to bring their gadgets, their mobile phones and laptops... unfortunately... it will attract snatchers and thieves too
ReplyDeleteTrain got WIFI? lol Train moving with Wifi stable or not? later move too fast then the wifi cannot catch up the speed with the train lo :X
ReplyDeleteWhy not? We can talk on the mobile phones while driving our car at 150kph....! Possible la.
DeleteWIFI on the train for all passengers, then SK will post 2 entries per day. Die la!
ReplyDelete[SK] bro! I believe that you always check and stalk people on FB via this Wifi kan? LOL
ReplyDeleteor I think it is not safe to use smart phone in public transport, some people show poker face, some people no expression, scary hahaha
hahaha If this wifi is open, sure you can use it until no body business hahaha! use it like a boss man! :P
ReplyDeletekiam siap betul la! *sigh*
why not the password put 1234 or same as user name? lol . . . try la and see!
ReplyDeletelater used! = GG XD
some wifi is unstable and not safe, wish you luck man!
Don't tell me that this is from Wangsa Maju LRT lol :X
ReplyDeleteIs there any country that provides free WIFI for whole nation? I am wondering!
ReplyDeleteI heard part of Penang Island has free WIFI...but I have yet to test them out. have you?
