聖誕新年盡情放縱之後, 早幾日終於的起心肝去做gym喇.. 因為太耐冇郁動過, 所以煞時間又再次激烈狂操, 所以第二日即刻見效, 唔係見到效果, 而係周身肌肉酸痛啊, 陰公.. 尤其噚日去返成個月冇去過嘅hiphop堂之後, 即刻倍感酸痛, 彎腰嘅時候最痛苦, 真係好似老伯爺公咁, 郁啲就覺痛.. 不過自己知自己事情, 已經唔係第一次啦, 因為每次隔太耐冇運動, 一定會係咁樣架喇, 唯有忍耐數天啦.. 為生鏽機械添潤滑油過後, 機器尚且會戟戟吓先至順返啦, 更何況係我呢挺懶骨頭?? 哈哈.. 其實有時都好羨慕友人WS咁fit架, 成日聽佢話一家大細齊齊去跑馬拉松喎, 畀著我, 未跑夠5分鐘就已經攤死喺地下狂嗌辛苦啦.. 唔理得咁多, 周身酸痛都要繼續狂操架喇, 鬼叫你之前咁放縱吖嗱??

我也好不了你多少,上星期差点死掉。这个星期也只能慢慢catch up,想快点恢复也不行!
