噚日拎我張(老)學生通行證去增值, 點知話我張證過咗期, 需要更新.. 好啦, 山長水遠到去銷售處更新, 又要填表, 又要身份證同學生證核實副本.. 本來以為當場可以搞掂, 點知佢話下個星期再到返嚟拎返張咭啦!!! @#$%^&* 我直頭呆咗響度, 我有好多疑問, 我接受唔到咁低效率嘅程序!!

went to top-up my (old) student travel pass yesterday, but was told that my student pass has expired and needs to be renewed.. ok, so i took all trouble to travel to the sales office, asked to fill-in forms, asked to provide certified true copies of my IDs.. thought i could get it done on the spot, but to my horrendous shock, i was told to come back to pick up my card in a week's time!! @#$%^&* i instantly stoned and see lots of question marks spinning around my head, i cannot accept such inefficient process!!

ReplyDeleteHmm what pass is that ar? So is it from the university or from Touch n Go? It is troublesome to have to wait for so long for renewal! So inefficient when all the information is already provided to them right..

ReplyDeleteSo is there any temporary pass you can use to log in and out? I remember few times forgetting to bring my pass to the office and each time I go restroom, I have to borrow from here and there... troublesome..

My office PH level also got pass to use the bathroom. Restricted use. Auntie from lower floors cannot go up and pangsai at ED's & MD's secretaries punya toilet. I also cannot use worr....
