american culture definitely has influence the globe! :) Halloween is only for those americans, but now it has become a global phenomenon... oh well, frankly i dont care about that ha ha ha ha ha because it is not a public holiday

JC: i agree there is no halloween feel at all over here, anyway just take it as an excuse since there has been no festive seasons for a long time, hahahaha!!
