i thought i wanted to write more about this trip, but it was such a short one afterall, there really aren't much to write, and i am always not good in long-winded stories.. four back-to-back post bombarding the readers, i knew everyone started to get less interested when i see the number of page loads and comments, better wrap it up before too late.. actually these posts were a challenge to me, from picking photos to doing research to writing to final touch-up (i just cannot pass myself to simply write a post, i'm that serious), one post took me two days to finish writing!! hence, from the initial 3-post plan to now 4 posts, i have enough, haha.. so, this is the last post for my osaka and kyoto trip, it's the end of the trip, just bear with me for another one, give face and show your support please, okay?? :p

Meow is back in action after busy with Christmas party at her library aka new home.
DeleteI was not around last week, I feel bad for not able to comment until now. 4 posts or more, I don't mind. Your post and your words are much more better than mine. You describe it very well. I guess if you've got long winded one also got people to read one. No worries lar. Maybe mine will don't have lor, unless they comment base from the photos instead.
ReplyDeletePerhaps, I can blog again about my Japan trip which is not in my blogroll too. So long already, hopefull I can still remember it. Do you know that I still keep the Japan itenarary leaflet until now. Wait I really have the time to do it just like you, TM and STP does.
DeleteSo the first photo - yellow leafy did you got something back as a souvenir? as a bookmark?
DeleteHey, you're with horizontal sweater this time. First was diamond checkered one like Aaron Kwok... Eh isn't it your style of fashioned to Kyoto and Osaka this year?... For me I don;t bother so much lor, just take photos lying down the road and snap with those yellow leaves. hug the trees and have more photo shoot here...kekeke
DeleteAngeline, I was asking SK the same question, collecting the leaves as bookmark, hehe! But I think guys hardly do that la!!
DeleteHe can actually brought back some for Meow!
DeleteHey that Nihonbashi (日本橋 Japanese Bridge) - Hubby and I took a photo here leh.
ReplyDeleteWhen we're in Japan - do not have too much worry about the food freshness - always taste good one. Their sashimi is not only fresh, it taste sweet and have crunchy bites too. Sedapnya...
DeleteHAHAHA, here comes your signature pose - photo #H
DeleteAbout their market, nothing much we can say but one word - CLEAN.
DeleteWe just passed by the Osaka Castle only. We didn't manage to visit it.
DeletePhoto #I, I prefer the left side of your photo - more handsome kekeke. Probably the right side of the photo was too bright, unless you put on your jacket maybe there's a contrast there and maybe it looks much better. Just my opinion lar..
Deletetravel tip 101: don't only see, but also listen to people around you, you may get into nice surprises!! haha. So what does it really meant here? Unless we really knows what they are talking about lor.
DeleteWoo Hoo that is a big rabbit seating there...good bunny eh? allowing you guys to snap photos with him...
DeleteSo that's all from you huh? Never mind, i'll be waiting for your spring season in Japan's travelogue next year then. Kyoto and Osaka definitely not enough... I would say, I wish to go Japan every year too. Wait for my company to send me there for training. Sigh it is impossible, I rather go there on my own. I know there will be a last post pertaining your shopping loots from there right? I can't wait for the next post.
DeleteAngeline, yea, not fun enough la if it's a company trip, must go there on our own, can take our sweet times and visit the places we want!
DeleteHaha I also cannot wait to see SK's loots xD
We'll just and wait and see
DeleteGood afternoon SK, and everyone spamming here!
ReplyDeleteIt's a wet Monday here in Taiping! How about your place?
Wow, so fast the end of your Japan travelogue? Hmm, I don't know about others but I am not bored of it yet! Reading your Osaka and Kyoto posts remind me so much of my own trip there in 2009!! Feel like visiting them again, seriously!
And that's a very beautiful photo, photo A. If we can see such beautiful scene, wake up early also worth it la!! But true, I usually wake up very early during a trip (regardless of the time difference), sometimes just cannot get used to the hotel's bed and environment =)
DeleteDid you collect some of the leaves? I remember collected a few of those autumn leaves when I was in Japan, and made them into bookmarks when I came home ;)
I too love visiting local markets oversea. There're just so many interesting things to see and eat! Just taking photos of it is a good experience already. In fact if given a choice, I'd rather visit this market than those museum/church, even though it might be just a window shop, hehe!
DeleteThat bowl of sashimi looks tempting la, though I don't do raw food ;)
Osaka castle!! I remember this! The view is spectacular! It was still drizzling when I was there, but we still made it to the top under the transparent umbrella =) It was actually a looonnng walk, very tired :p But worth it la! Everything is so beautiful there! So you din't go inside the castle?
DeleteThat bunny is soooo cute! Don't you feel like owning it? Haha xD But I doubt so la since you already have fing fing and julius, cannot be that greedy right? :p
DeleteHey you should share with us what you bought! That'll add up to another photo in your post ;)
'Thank you for reading'? Thank you for sharing!!
DeleteIt was indeed a wonderful virtual trip for me! You're not too long winded in your travelogue la, don't worry ;)
ya lor we should say thank you to him, not saying thank you for reading. hehehe...
DeleteThe famous Tenshukaku, you been there! Been there, seen that. I love the purity in photo C.
ReplyDeleteTook a lot of the autumn leaves when I was in Beijing in November 2004.
ReplyDeleteI find some bloggers are really observant of your photos... such as small kuching...
ReplyDeleteIs the bunny real or toy?
ReplyDeletePhoto L: I prefer the one with the sand path, the one with the lake too bright...
ReplyDeleteThe fresh seafood must be sweet and tender... yummy! I am hungry...
ReplyDeleteComing back here to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and happy holiday.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and Happy Holiday to everyone!!! =]
Deletea) I love to see Autumn leaves in red, yellow and orange! Your fallen leaves made a perfect yellow carpet of Midosuji. You chose the right time to visit Japan when I thought December was actually Winter. How wrong I was.
ReplyDeleteb) Oh my god! My SK Thambee looked like a Japanese Porn Star in this sexy pose. Are you related to Masaki Koh??? Check him out http://aramatheydidnt.livejournal.com/3314828.html
Deletec) Deja Vue - I remember this lovely canal where couples can have romantic strolls! It is a place not to be missed dei. Next time walk with Kamala!
Deleted) I had no idea where the local wet markets were but I visited all the covered shopping alleys which was a haven to me. I never fail to visit all the 7-Elevens in overseas to see how their needs are....
Deletee) I will take note of this place Kuromon Shijo for my next visit in future. The Japanese folks eat nothing but fresh and raw food.
Deletef) Yeerrrr bad karma to eat live seafood dei. Imagine the pain one's teeth would cause grinding the octopus to death. How come they get thrilled???
Deleteg) Goodness! You are such a diva shopping Queen who needed to unload all your shopping goodies before going on next spree! What did you buy me?????
Deleteh) Ah! Your signature pose, Anay copied many times in Chengdu! What a shame you missed the museum. I guess you are not interested in anything old and forgotten.
Deletei) The outside perimeter of the Osaka Castle is nice and lovely to walk around the waters. Letchumy did some planking shots and the locals snapped her photos as if she was an alien.
Deletej) You are always so cleber and could mumble the gates in Japanese names!! Anay didn't even know they had Japanese names for different gates. Usually in China they would called them North, South, East and West Gates.
Deletek) Why? Why? Why? Your photos taken were nicer than mine. I guess I need to throw away my camera.
Deletel) Your castle photo looked so white dei. You looked more handsome and alive in the right shot. Next year wear Anay's scarf when you visit there.
Deletem) In Chengdu i saw tour guides provided their tourists with bluetooths to wear while the guide mumbled softly. You were lucky to overhear them for free!!
Deleten) I don't recall seeing this part of the city in Osaka. You were blessed to have an experienced friend to show you the best areas!
Deleteo) I guess that was the last time you played with the bunny and snapped its last photo before the owner made it his dinner! In Chengdu the rabbits have short lives.
Deletep) I still get nightmares hearing the name Shinsaibashi where I slept for 4 nights in 2 different hotels. Namba would have been the perfect location to save the traveling time and costs of the train rides.
DeleteTM is back in action again.
DeleteBetter put on your war outfit and brace for the Empire Strikes Back!
DeleteSo refreshing, looking at the gingko leaves on the ground! Very nice shots, all of them, however G is my fav - it gives you a certain peace. Thanks for sharing. Lucky you to have someone familiar to take you around.
ReplyDelete睇到啲相只能以一個字形容 ~ 爽
ReplyDeletePlease forgive me that I couldn't write my comment for all the pictures in your Osaka and Kyoto trip, but I actually went through all of them one by one too.
ReplyDeleteAll I can see, Osaka is a very beautiful place. So well developed, clean and unique. I wish I can make my dream comes true in the coming new year.
So lucky of Ah Boy for completing his dream to his dream places in year 2013.
Where do you plan to visit in Year 2014, Ah Boy?
I love visiting the market, especially the market looks so organized and neat in Osaka.
Delete我和你相反勒,那黄黄的街道我觉得很有"诗意" ^__^
