| 昨日收到兩份博客朋友寄來的手信, 左邊個日本靈符係去年收到(印象中冇喺呢度提到).. 多謝各位對我嘅厚愛!! 不過就讓我覺得有點慚愧, 因為我去親旅行都一定唔會諗到要買任何手信囉.. 我只會買嘢俾自己, 是但你話我自私, 不過要買手信俾其他人真係好費心思㗎.. 而且為免順得哥情失嫂意, 索性乜都唔買, 難得兩袖清風, 呵呵!! 所以讀者們就唔好對我有任何期望喇, 哈哈!! 不過今日為大家捎來一個好消息 |
| received souvenirs from two blogger friends yesterday, the japanese talisman on the left was received last year (but can't recall i have blogged about it).. thank you so much for being so sweet!! but that also makes me feel ashamed, because whenever i go travel, i would not thought of getting any souvenirs.. i will only buy things for myself, call me selfish but it's really tough to get something for other people.. furthermore to be on the safe side and not missing out anyone, i'd rather not buy anything, not bad to be empty handed also, hehe!! so dear readers, don't have any hope on me yeah?? hahaha!! anyway, i'd like to bring up a good news today |

they have these APIs for public access, just need to request and they will allow you to access but with a limit how many calls you can make each day.. I think these APIs are useful because they allow developers to communicate with them thus promotes the use of their products and services.. mutual benefits you see?? :)

pssstt... I usually buy some souvenirs for bloggers who commented to my blogs too.. but I limit to 10 only lah. But then, lucky my readers aren't that many. They were mostly cheapo stuff lah... and generic ones like handphone straps/key chains. Easy to take/bring around. ^^

I have friend who give Msian RM to oversea people as souvenir. Not much la. coins and RM1 like that
I am also generous in tipping hotel porters and taxi drivers. They need to cari extra makan mah and we go holiday so shiok. I believe that tipping is also charity cos you make them happy!
DeleteI don't tip hotel staff, but I know they earn points from recommendation and praises from guests so I usually drop a thank you note to their GM (no less!) and mention the names of the staff that gave good service.

Me too, I seldom buy souvenirs when I travel, except for food maybe! Coz souvenirs are usually useless anyway and when I give things like keychains or magnets to my friends they ended up putting in a corner (like what I do to souvenirs I get :P) So why waste money?? Buy food better! :)

and then there are also people who ask you to buy stuff, and when you bought it for them, they keep quiet about it. Never pretend to pay back or anything and assume we buy as souvenir for them! Some more items not cheap wor....
