經常出入廚房中意整番幾味嘅你, 可能覺得要搣薯仔皮同剝蛋殼係件頗惱人嘅事情, 除非真係巧手纖纖啦, 否則往往喺剝皮嘅時候好順手就剝埋成忽肉出嚟, 想原只上座的確不甚雅觀嘅.. 不如學下人哋用少少科學頭腦, 就可以輕而易舉咁搣薯仔皮同剝蛋殼啦..

快速搣薯仔皮, 用咗熱膨脹冷收縮嘅原理, 的確駛得!! 不過我想問, 點解唔批咗啲皮先嚟煮稔佢呢?? 不過又係嘅, 好似佢咁剝一剝, 的確係快過預先批皮嘅..


呢個新穎剝蛋殼方法, 實在IQ 200分人士先至會諗得到, 在下諗極都諗唔明究竟係咩原理呢?? 不過短短10秒鐘就可以快速簡易剝番個白學學靚蛋, 直頭要我O大個嘴啦, 下次一於傚法無誤..

  2. i have not tried that before.. but i really think the egg peeling is impressive!!

    anyway, i've tried to cook corn-on-the-cob in microwave - just wrap it with damped toilet tissue, on high power for 8min - and it works well done!!

  3. 我試過用同剥薯皮差唔多的方法剥蛋殼, 就係將隻蛋(可以多過一隻)方入一個有水(唔係熱水即可)既有蓋膠盒裡面,蓋好膠蓋, 用力左右搖佢十幾下(要所有蛋殼都已爆裂為準)跟住拎佢地出黎,d 蛋殼就話咁易可以甩晒~~ 嘻嘻, 我IQ 400 ~~~

    唔係噃, 你個步驟睇落繁複又嘥力..以後應該學學佢喇, 一吹就成隻蛋滑luet luet咁出咗嚟喇..哈哈
