早幾日申請喺家裡安裝呢個S????myx寬頻, 今日收到個聽講係免費嘅modem速遞.. 滿心喜悅之下哪哪臨落手落腳, 諗住安裝好啲嘢, 第日就可以開開心心喺屋企上網啦.. 點知send咗一大堆嘢過嚟, 又冇一個明確嘅指示應該點樣setup.. 啲instructions東一忽西一忽咁, 搞咗頗耐先知道要做啲乜.. 以為照住做就實冇走雞啦, 點知試過再試, 一試就試個幾廿輪都係搞唔掂.. 於是就打去個helpdesk求救, 條友仔都真係未夠班, 點我做呢樣做嗰樣, 結果咪又係咁.. 到我打第三次求救嘅時候, 幸好係另一個人attend我, 由佢口中得知其實個account都未搞掂, 貴公司尚要三個工作天先至可以完成佢所謂嘅內部configurations同activation.. 嘩, 喺咁你不如早講啦, 唔駛嘥我成日成担心機都係徒勞無功啦.. 啲instructions話搞得掂就立即上網, 但係你內部就要用咁耐時間做嘢呢回事就隻字不提.. 都不知乜嘢服務, 真係其差無比..

  4. anyway, it's over and there is no point to get frustrated over it anymore.. i'm happy now that i have broadband access at home, hahaha!!
