| 最近收到美國總公司快遞過嚟嘅禮盒, 係畀每位新同事嘅小小心意.. 入邊有一件T恤, 一個咖啡mug(為咗安全起見我當然已經擦走公司名同logo啦)同埋頂頭老細簡涵一封, 包裝都頗精緻架.. :) received a box from our HQ in US recently, a welcome gift for all newhires.. a company t-shirt, a coffee mug (of course i've smudged off the company name and logo on the photo for security reason) and a short note from our CEO, all nicely packed inside a shoe box.. :) |

| 後記: 其實有感轉工之後, 真係少咗好多上網時間, 因為咁樣就冇咩時間可以經常更新我呢個blog, 今日就算係簡短啲同大家分享啦.. p/s: i actually found out that after switching to this new job, i'm kind of deprived of time for surfing net, as such i can't really find enough time to update my blog more regularly.. anyway, just a short post to share with everyone today.. |

返新工一個星期喇, 首個星期其實都係orientation所以都無驚無險, 加上我老細又放緊假, 下星期佢返嚟恐怕就會吊頸唞唔到氣喇.. 大致上都幾唔錯, 同事都好友善, 不過需要畀時間自己習慣吓美式管理制度.. 同埋晨早8:30開工哩, 每日(瞓到最後一秒鐘都)晨七就要起身, 真係覺得每日都缺少睡眠, 冇陰公呀~~ 好啦, 下邊影啲相大家睇下啦.. :)
it's one week after i started my new job, the first week is basically orientation hence nothing bad really happened.. furthermore my boss is on vacation, but guess when he comes back next week, there will be lots of things to do already.. generally everything is good and colleagues are friendly too, but guess i need time to get used to the American management style.. also it's really a pain for me to start work at 8:30am as i need to wake up early at (and latest by) 7:00am which make me feel so deprieved of sleep everyday, gosh~~ anyway, have snapped some photo of my new office to share with everyone here.. :)

| 原本四日半嘅課程, 我將佢兩日完成, 所以咪搞到自己金睛火眼兼頭腦就快爆炸囉.. 今朝膽粗粗去考試, 皇天不負有心人, 結果趴士咗噃, 而且仲係滿分嗰隻喎!! 哈哈, 好開心架, 不過仲有一個課程要考囉, 悶~~ @_@ it's a 4.5 days course but i squeezed everything into 2 days, and that explains why i've been so exhausted till my brain is in the verge of explosion.. this morning i boldly took the certification exam, thank god i pass it and surprisingly even with a full score!! haha, i'm very happy, but then there's another certification to go, how boring~~ @_@  |

星期四晚由於突發事件, 放工返到屋企, 沖個涼食個飯之後, 就匆匆忙忙趕去某個顧客度補鑊.. 結果慢慢長夜頭埋首苦幹, 搞掂之時已是凌晨四時卅分.. 返到屋企, 略略嗑兩個鐘之後, 又要喺九點鐘前趕返去standby..
做我哋呢行, 如果衰起上嚟都真係要經常捱更抵夜, 甚至通頂架.. 試過連續幾個星期, 每日都做到凌晨兩三點(第二朝仲要準時返工), 最犀利係連踩卅六個小時不眠不休.. 有時會覺得, 點解要咁喎?? 尤其我呢個不復當年勇嘅年紀, 都係為咗餐溫飽啫, 唔辛苦咩?? 但係為咗餐溫飽喎, 人在江湖如何由己呢??
[題外話] 本來因為突發事件, 都經覺得「點解上天咁樣作弄我」架啦, 點知仲要畀我遇著個「行錯路仲要反過嚟怨乘客冇幫手睇路」嘅的士司機!! 嘩, 咩世界啊呢個??
due to some urgent issues that happened on thursday night, when i reached home from work and after a quick shower and dinner, i straight away rushed to the client's place to resolve the problems.. and it was an all-night-long of troubleshooting work, and when things were finally settled it was already 4:30am.. got back home for some two-hour power sleep, rushed back to there again as we have to be there by 9:00am to standby for the business..
it's not uncommon for such incidents to happen in our industry, and when things really get bad, you could expect yourself to even stay overnight to get things done.. i've had experience where i need to work till 3am everyday (and report to work as usual next day) for continuous few weeks, and the best record was a 36-hour of non-stop hardwork.. sometimes i really think, why is this necessary?? and especially at this age that can no longer be as energetic as 10 years ago, for just a living, is this a little too hectic?? but again for a living, no choice right??
[off-topic story] because of the sudden issue, i was already feeling like "why must god treat me like this??" then, but didn't even expect to get worse when i met a taxi driver who missed the turning and would turned back to blame the passengers for not helping to direct!! god d*mn it, what kind of world is this??

仲記得2000年7月24日係我入行第一日, 今日足足喺呢一行打滾滿10年(!!)喇.. 果真係不經不覺, 醒起都一額汗~~
其實冇諗過自己會做IT呢行, 中學畢業有打算讀建筑設計, 唔記得後來點解跟咗班同學去讀電子工程, 拎到張沙紙之後又無端端應徵做programmer.. 嗰一日開始由低做起, 一做就係10年, 當中甜酸苦辣, 高低起伏, 百般滋味.. 10年一關口, 我唔覺自己有咩成就, 再5年再10年, 我又會何去何從呢??
i still remember it was 24th July 2000 when i started working in this industry, and today marks precisely a full 10-year (!!) i have been working in this line.. it certainly is something easily slipped off your mind, but a shock whenever you realised..
i never have thought i would end up in IT.. i actually kind of wanted to go for architecture in high school, but due to can't-remember-what reason i followed a gang of mates to pursue electronic engineering, and finally got hired as a programmer.. since then i started from the entry level, experience through combinations of ups & downs and likes & hatred over the past decade.. if 10 years is a milestone, i don't think i have any great achievement, given another 5 years and then 10 years, i ask where will i be then??

仍然好懷恨舊年某日病假, 大老細得罪個客, 無啦啦燒到我搭嚟, 毫無諒解之心仲聲大夾惡打畀我, 病咗都要我搵個客搞掂件事.. 我覺得好唔尊重, 好唔合理, 好過份!! 整件事令我非常之鄙視佢.. 好彩兩個月後佢另謀高就, 如果唔係怕且都要帶住面具同佢共事喇..
坦白講, 我幾抗拒放假或工作以外, 有人打電話畀我講工作上嘅嘢.. 同事還好, 都係一句起兩句止求證啲嘢, 可以接受.. 老細或客戶就唔好喇, 通常都係有事要你做或解決, 死人冧樓話要就要.. 將心比心吖, 有邊個鐘意被打擾架?? 所以如果知道同事/老細/客戶放假, 我絕對唔想破壞人哋個mood囉..
工作超過十年, 我越嚟越重視工作以外嘅私人空間.. 踏出公司, 我就唔希望同工作有任何瓜葛.. 呢啲基本上嘅尊重, 但係偏偏就有好多人忽視, 悲哉..
i still remember on a sick day last year, my new boss stirred up a storm in a teacup with a client and get me involved for no reason.. without any sympathy he called me up and wanted me to settle things with the client even if i was sick.. i think he was very unreasonable, unrespectful and a piss-off!! since then i really despised him, but luckily he got another offer two months later, else i guess i'm now wearing a mask to work together with him..
frankly, i am quite reluctant to calls on work while i'm on leave or outside working hours.. peers are fine since they normally just need a quick one to clarify things, acceptable.. but not bosses or clients, who calls you normally because they need you to do or resolve something within short timeframe.. put yourself into shoes of others, i guess nobody likes to be disturbed right?? that is why if i knew colleagues/ bosses/ clients out of office, i would not like to spoil their holiday mood at all..
been working for more than 10 years now, and found myself seeing personal life outside work more importantly.. out of office, i do not hope to get into anything about work.. but regret to say, this simple and basic respect is normally being ignored by many, how sad..

幾日冇更新個部落, 唔係我懶, 而係因為我部電腦壞咗咋.. 前日做做吓嘢, 個螢幕無端端癡咗, 好似以前啲懷舊電視, 因為天線收唔到搞到影像又曲又跳咁!! 跟住直頭咩影都冇, 得返啲顏色線條, 係幾靚, 不過唔好以為係桌面牆紙喎, 真係個螢幕壞咗嘅效果嚟架!!
重新啟動數次之後, 未見好轉反而仲衰添, 個螢幕索性連線條都冇, 烏黑一片!! 即刻打電話去D*LL求救, 好彩部機仲未過保證期, 今朝派位技術人員上門幫我一次過換晒母板, 顯示卡同散热器.. 係完全分文不收嗰隻噃!! 張显示卡燒壞咗, 難道是我太過勤力了?? 呵呵~~ :D
have not been updating my blog for few days, not because i was lazy, but it was because my laptop was dead.. i was working on my laptop while suddenly the screen gone haywire, remember those days when your tv antenna didn't work well?? it's exactly those curvy and edgy screen i see.. and soon later, there's even no image at all but only color stripes!! looks nice yeah, but mind you this is not my desktop wallpaper, it's really the malfunctioned screen itself..
after few restarts, it didn't get better but instead worse, the screen gone totally blankly black!! i quickly called up D*LL, luckily my laptop is still under warranty, this morning they sent a technician to help me replace the motherboard, video card and heat sink all together.. all for FREE!! my video card was burnt, does that mean i have been too hardworking?? hehehe~~ :D

工作上, 我唔係個需要週圍派咭片嘅人, 一盒其實已經足夠我用好耐架喇.. 但係呢間公司做咗三年幾四年, 我喺櫃桶底竟然摷到十盒咭片咁多.. 點解呢?? 因為公司搬過一次, 再嚟前年大老細學人搞合併結果失敗, 跟住就係我個title陸陸續續轉咗四次咁多.. 每一次轉變就印兩盒, 用唔到幾張, 又再印多兩盒新嘅.. 而家櫃桶底嘅全部唔用得, 好嘥囉其實..
查實發現屋企仲有兩盒, 上次搬公司帶返屋企嘅, 嚴格嚟講一共12盒!! 大家幫手諗吓可以點樣廢物利用呢?? 攝檯腳定攝灶罅好?? 哈哈~~ :D
i don't really need to actively give out my namecards for work, and i would think one box is enough for me to last for quite some time.. but since i've joined this company three-plus years ago, i have already got 10 boxes of namecards kept inside my drawer, that's a lot man.. but why?? the company moved once, and then two years ago the big bosses was trying with some merging but finally failed, and my title has changed four times.. so i got two new boxes for every incident, not having used a few pieces, there comes another two brand new.. so all those in my drawer can no longer be used, i think it's really quite wasteful..

今日雖然就唔係星期一, 但係都叫做係一個長週末過後嘅第一個工作日.. 嘢係有做嘅, 但係唔知點囉, 成個人好似唔受自己思維控制咁, 簡單嚟講就好比一副行屍走肉咁.. 我覺得哩, 今日喺公司應該係似晒下邊隻熊仔咁嘅樣, 冇厘神氣, 連數目都會數錯囉.. 好鬼悶啊, 好想放大假啊~~
it's not a monday today, but it's the first working day after a long weekend anyway.. am working like normal but just don't know why, feel like my mind is actually not able to control my body, put it simple i mean i am like a zombie.. i think today i must have been looking like the toy bear below, so souless so spiritless, most probably will make mistakes even by just counting the numbers.. ah, so tired of work, i really need a break so badly~~

上個星期一連三日嘅全天候閉門會議之後, 傾咗好多嘢, 所以有好多嘢需要跟進.. 今日一返到公司, 就好似未停過咁, 又講電話, 又回電郵, 又做文件, 又搵同事傾嘢.. 不過都叫做OK噃, 因為唔會立立亂, 可以先做完一樣再去做第二樣..
雖然話有好多嘢做, 但係都唔會覺得週身唔得閑, 陸陸續續咁樣感覺都唔錯囉其實.. 所以今日時間過得特別快, 好似一眨眼就到放工時間, 同友人去食晚飯之後返到屋子, 忽然覺得又過咗一日, 毫無monday blues, 有啲成就感咁話囉~~ :p
後記: 有時候多嘢要做會唔記得食嘢又唔會覺得肚餓, 唔錯喎, 可以幫助減肥, 呵呵!!
three days of consecutive all-day closed-door meeting last week, we have discussed and planned quite a lot of things, and so it's now time to follow up.. back to office this morning, and as if non-stop talking over the phone, reading and replying emails, doing documentations, discussion with colleagues.. but still quite OK, since things come one after another and not all at once, so i have the luxury to settle one thing before attending to another..
though quite some load, but i didn't feel busy at all, really appreciate this kind of one-after-another work actually.. hence it felt like today ends up rather quickly, it's already knock-off time when i next look at the clock.. had dinner with a friend after work, back home and suddenly realised another day has passed, no monday blues today, quite a "successful" day for me huh?? :p
p/s: sometimes when there's a lot to be done, i'll forget to eat but yet don't feel any hungry, not bad huh, at least can help on my diet plan, hahaha!!

今日應該算係我工作咁多年以嚟, 最晴天霹靂, 最沉重嘅一日.. 呢件事情嘅發生, 對我嚟講, 都有一定程度嘅影響.. 不過眼前仲有好長一段路要行, 應該要學識向前看呢個道理..
某同事同我講咗一番話: 「人去得越高, 就會見得越多睇得越遠, 高處不勝寒, 點樣都要做好本份, 懂得去保護自己」.. 另外, 某個朋友同樣忠告我話: 「工作同生活要識得分開處理, 唔好將彼此融入彼此之間, 糾纏不清係一個好難解嘅困局」.. 多謝佢哋嘅忠言..
i can say that ever since i started to work, today is the most shocking and most upset day for me indeed.. the incident that happened, to me, did bring me a certain degree of impact.. anyway, i still have a long way in front of me, the most important thing now is to look ahead..
a colleague of mine told me: "the higher you go, the wider and the more you will see, at this position you just gotta do the right things first, and also learn to protect yourself".. also, another friend of mine advised: "life and work must be separated and never be mingled together, if they do then it would be a tough strand".. thanks them for the sincere and wise advices..

當眾人仲喺度沉醉于新年嘅歡樂之中, 我今日已經急不及待去返工喇.. 今日返工嘅感覺非常之好, 唔駛人逼人, 唔駛車塞車, 少咗平時嘅緊張同埋壓迫感.. 同事全部都請晒假, 所以今日得我一個人返工, 一個人霸佔成間office, 一眼望去週圍全景無人, 好得意囉個感覺.. 冇乜騷擾, 好寧靜嘅一日, 個人覺得零舍爽朗, 所以啲嘢都做得特別快.. 如果日日都可以好似今日咁, 都真係唔錯囉..
突然間諗起開工大吉.. 個吉除咗指大吉大利, 事事順利, 如意吉祥(等等)之外, 仲代表住今日四週圍都空空如也, 哈哈!! 你又幾時先(捨得)開工呀?? 預祝你開工大吉, 步步高昇啦.. :)
while everyone is still enjoying their CNY holidays, i have already gone back to work today.. it's kind of great going to work today, i don't have to be trapped in congested traffic, i don't have to be squeezed in the aggressive crowd, really there is no tension and pressure you easily get from the normal days.. in addition, all my colleagues have taken leave for their CNY, thus i am the only one who is working in the office.. well i have the entire office space for myself, all around me was just empty spaces, kind of funny feeling though.. not much interruption and a superb quiet day, hence i really felt fresh and motivated to work, and finished off my work in just little time.. if everyday would be like today, i will be truly grateful, haha!!
the chinese say 開工大吉(kāi gōng dà jí) on the first day of work after CNY, to wish for good fortune and auspiciousness in work.. that is what 吉(jí) literally means, but it can also mean emptiness (in the auspicious context of course) as what was my office today.. so when are you going to end your CNY holidays and start work?? let me wish you 開工大吉 in advance.. :)

因為銀行冇payroll facility, 所以我哋出糧要用支票, 而且重要寄去新加坡畀老細簽名.. 呢個月個個等住份糧過新年, 偏偏因為某些原因, 支票簽好晒要寄返嚟嘅時後, 竟然全數失蹤!! 結果要重新開支票, 不過咁啱唔夠支票, 所以要開張total入我私人戶口, 然之後逐個transfer返畀啲同事..

because of the lack of payroll facility of the bank, we have to issue checks for salary and from there courier to our boss in SG to sign the cheques.. this month while everyone is anxiously waiting the salary before going off for CNY, due to some reason, the signed cheques while ready to be courier back to us, all went missing!! and hence we gotta re-issue the cheques again, but so right that there is not enough cheques left.. so we have to issue one cheque for the total and bank-in to my personal account, after which i need to transfer the money to each of the colleagues..

the cheques was cleared today, and immediately i thought i could do the online transfer freely in office.. who knows the limit for transaction is 5000 per day!! no choice i just gotta get my butt up and do the transfer over the counter.. arrived at the bank in a rush, only to realised from the bank manager that i am not allowed to transfer money to colleagues directly, instead i need to issue a cash cheque to myself and withdraw the money, only to bank-in the cash to each of the colleague's account.. where would the hell i bring my cheque book with me together in such an impromptu?? i tried to explain to her that i need to settle everything by today, but she just stood still over the bank's policy.. well, nothing i can do, bank is always enforcing their power right?? so i went back home purposely just to grab my cheque book and back to the bank again.. sweat dripping, i filled in the bank-in slip one by one, so threatened by mistakenly jotting down the account number and amount, it was like 50 years i was using to complete this task!!

i really have no idea why is there such a inflexible and rigid and stupid rules?? the transactions is done exactly the same way i would think a transfer would be done, but why create unnecessary rules to beat around the bush?? absurd!! as a result of that, i left office at 11:30am and only back to office at 2:45pm.. can you imagine how tiring for an uncle to go up and down and to and fro like that??

某位同事辭職之後, 好多presales嘅工作都落喺我身上, 噚日朝早同下晝一連兩單.. 之前收到風話個客大概需要啲乜嘢, 所以都稍有準備.. 不過啲客通常都只會大略提吓要乜, 唔會太過詳細, 所以好多時候都係估估吓, 要到真正見慢慢傾過之後先會揭盅..
結果噚日真係人算不如天算, 兩單都係同一命運, 了解之後先發覺事先準備嘅其實唔係個客真正所要嘅!! [冷汗] 所以噚日兩個session都要考起我嘅臨場急智, 呢個唔得, 就要當場諗過第二個proposal, (一) 要一擊即中, convince到個客嘅buy-in.. (二) 就算要拗爆頭諗其他計仔, 都唔可以畀個客睇到你個猶疑樣, 要畀個客信心.. (三) 臨場可以即刻到show個客戶究竟個proposal係點樣行, 最後就可以解答晒個客現有嘅疑難..
之前好多前輩都同我講過, presales唔係件容易嘅差事, 的確係如此, 好有挑戰性同埋考你急智.. 阿彌陀佛, 好彩噚日兩單都順利過關, 個客都幾滿意, 就睇佢哋日後答覆啦..
since the resignation of a colleague, i gotta take charge of most of the presales activities, and it was two sessions yesterday.. got some heads-up on what customer would like to see earlier on, and at least i'm prepared.. but most of the time customers are too general and would not tell you in details until meeting up and have a good chat, hence before the meetup everything just could be quite ambiguous on the preparation..
both the sessions yesterday were not good in the beginning, as what i've prepared was not what the customers expected really!! [sweat] hence, both the sessions really scooped me up for spontaneous response, that was not good, and hence i just gotta proposed another alternative on the spot.. (1) straight to the point and must convince the customer to buy-in the idea.. (2) even though i need to scratch my head, but just cannot let the customer see my confusing face, confidence must be granted to them.. (3) able to show something on how the proposed alternative works, and better still can resolve their existing bottleneck and issues..
all my last-time seniors had told me presales is never an easy job, and yes indeed because it really is challenging and requires spontaneous respond to the customer's needs and to resolve their issues.. thanks god, the two sessions yesterday was smooth in the end, customers were quite happy with what we proposed, just waiting for their later reply then..

又係一個星期一, 又係一個星期要捱, 又係要5-4-3-2-1開始倒數週末來臨.. 不過好彩今日完全冇monday blues, 瞓醒擘大眼返工做嘢放工返屋企, 「雪」一聲咁就過咗一日喇, 不過確實係幾充實, 至少時間過得快啲.. 這就是我工作的一日喇..
一早到公司, 邊食早餐邊check email, 之後開會, 然之後再做吓嘢, 跟住就出去同舊同事食晏.. 邊食邊傾, 佢八吓新公司啲嘢畀我哋知, 我哋又八吓公司啲嘢畀佢知咁囉.. 食完之後就去見客, 個客之前就係畀咗兩個字咁多講晒佢需要嘅嘢, 好鬼general囉大佬.. 所以今日就約埋傾吓偈, 結果要求好簡單, 不過出得個價錢仲簡單添囉..
再返公司做埋今日plan好要做嘅手尾.. 回覆一輪電郵之後, 打個電話畀新加坡老細傾偈, 因為我係technical背景, 所以好多人事上嘅嘢要徵求意見與同意.. 傾過之後, 再搵幾位同事閂埋房門密密斟.. 最後再做埋啲嘢, 為時已過八點鐘, 執嘢鬆人..

it's monday again, it's another new week ahead again, it's counting down 5-4-3-2-1 to the weekend again.. but all of a good luck, i didn't suffer from monday blues though, instead the day just elapsed in a blink.. anyway it's not bad at all to have such a fruitful day, at least the time passes by more quickly.. this is the flow of my day..
reached office and had my breakfast while checking emails, had a brief meeting with colleagues before starting off with my work on hand.. went out to have lunch with an ex-colleague later in the afternoon, what else, she gossiped about her new company and new job, we gossiped about the company we once work together with.. went to meet up a customer after lunch, the customer before this told us about their requirements for the system in just TWO WORDS, kind of brief and general man, and hence we met up to understand more about what they are looking for.. in the end, simple requirements, and nevertheless "simple" budgeting as well..
back to office again to finish off what i've planned for the day.. after a round of email replies, called up my boss in singapore for some advices, afterall i'm from a technical background, and when it comes to operations and human resources area, fair enough that i'm a newbie and just need opinions and approvals from the bosses.. after the talk, my turn to have private chat with the individual colleagues one-to-one.. after that finish up things, at it was eight-ish, packed my things, called it a day and left office for home..

今日喺公司為咗準備禮拜五嘅presales presentation搞咗成日, 因為有三樣嘢要一次過present.. 第一樣嘢需要寫program, 所以交咗畀同事幫手, 我老喇, 呢範技能已經生鬼晒鏽啦, 不如就畀啲有魄力嘅後生做算啦..
第二同第三樣嘢其實好類似, 而且已經setup好晒, 不過衰就衰在分別裝喺唔同地方.. 如果到時要present的確好麻煩(而且又唔係咁好睇囉), 所以把心一橫決定將佢哋癡買一舊.. 自己落手落腳先將A裝入B處, 結果最後A未能完全work, 就係爭咁少少, 真係好勞氣.. 於是又掉返轉頭, 將B裝入A處, 結果輪到B唔work, 又係爭咁少少, 想點啫究竟?? 兩頭唔到岸, 真係把鬼火囉, 戰士迫戚(閩南話)..
聽日最後搏擊一試, 如果仲係唔掂嘅話, 我會用A裝入B嗰隻, 到時避輕就重再加埋臨場機智表演, 應該都唔係問題.. 醒醒定定!!
was working on the demo system for friday's presales presentation for the whole day in office today, because we are planning to show three things to the customer then.. the first one needs programming, so i've passed it on to another colleague to help out, because i'm now very rusty in this area, and that is why it's wise to let the energetic young ones do that..
the second and third ones are very similar, and indeed have already been setup properly, but unfortunately setup separately in two different system.. if i were to present separately, it would be inconvenient and more importantly it somehow reflects the integrity issue of the systems, hence i decided to combine them into one.. i first installed A into B, but came out that A cannot completely work, just a little bit behind.. hence, i tried the other way round, installed B into A, and this time B cannot work properly instead, and also it's just a little bit behind.. OMG, none is working and why was i doing so much?? d*mn it bl**dy hell and bik chik..
i'm gonna give it a last try tomorrow morning, if the outcome is still the same, i decide to use A into B, at least i can avoid what i'm not able to show the customer, plus the impromptu skillful witty interaction, i supposed the presentation should go well, wish me luck..

was working on the demo system for friday's presales presentation for the whole day in office today, because we are planning to show three things to the customer then.. the first one needs programming, so i've passed it on to another colleague to help out, because i'm now very rusty in this area, and that is why it's wise to let the energetic young ones do that..the second and third ones are very similar, and indeed have already been setup properly, but unfortunately setup separately in two different system.. if i were to present separately, it would be inconvenient and more importantly it somehow reflects the integrity issue of the systems, hence i decided to combine them into one.. i first installed A into B, but came out that A cannot completely work, just a little bit behind.. hence, i tried the other way round, installed B into A, and this time B cannot work properly instead, and also it's just a little bit behind.. OMG, none is working and why was i doing so much?? d*mn it bl**dy hell and bik chik..
i'm gonna give it a last try tomorrow morning, if the outcome is still the same, i decide to use A into B, at least i can avoid what i'm not able to show the customer, plus the impromptu skillful witty interaction, i supposed the presentation should go well, wish me luck..

放咗個長假之後, 今日係返回工作崗位嘅第一日.. 今朝專登早起, 早啲返公司, 因為知道實有一大堆電郵要讀要回嘅.. 果然冇錯, 拎咗三日假, 總共有86封電郵合共28MB, 用咗大半日時間慢慢消化慢慢回覆, 俗稱「電郵馬拉松」.. 其實都唔係可以完全專注電郵嘅, 因為人在公司, 梗係有其他同事有嘢同你傾, 梗係有顧客偶然打個電話嚟問候你, 所以係斷斷續續咁, 俗稱「電郵障礙馬拉松」..
今日處理太多電郵喇, 有啲神志不清, 所以求其是但噏一噏, 罪過罪過.. 呵呵!!
it's the first day back to work after a long vacation.. purposely woke up and left home for office a little earlier this morning, because i knew there would be heaps of emails awaiting for me in the mail server.. and bingo i was absolutely right, three days away, and i've got a total of 86 new emails counting to a size of 28MB!! and so there i went reading and replying, clearing and deleting, for a good half of a day, this i simply call it "email marathon".. however i can hardly sit still and focus on reading emails, because as long as i'm in the office, there would sure be discussions with colleagues, and adhoc phone calls with customers, thus it's kind of interrupted and that i simply call it "email steeplechase marathon"..
maybe dealt with too many emails today, a bit sluggish i am now, and hence might have been talking nonsense, thousand apologies.. haha!!
