重新啟動數次之後, 未見好轉反而仲衰添, 個螢幕索性連線條都冇, 烏黑一片!! 即刻打電話去D*LL求救, 好彩部機仲未過保證期, 今朝派位技術人員上門幫我一次過換晒母板, 顯示卡同散热器.. 係完全分文不收嗰隻噃!! 張显示卡燒壞咗, 難道是我太過勤力了?? 呵呵~~ :D
have not been updating my blog for few days, not because i was lazy, but it was because my laptop was dead.. i was working on my laptop while suddenly the screen gone haywire, remember those days when your tv antenna didn't work well?? it's exactly those curvy and edgy screen i see.. and soon later, there's even no image at all but only color stripes!! looks nice yeah, but mind you this is not my desktop wallpaper, it's really the malfunctioned screen itself..after few restarts, it didn't get better but instead worse, the screen gone totally blankly black!! i quickly called up D*LL, luckily my laptop is still under warranty, this morning they sent a technician to help me replace the motherboard, video card and heat sink all together.. all for FREE!! my video card was burnt, does that mean i have been too hardworking?? hehehe~~ :D

ReplyDeleteone of my colleague also face this problem as well but it totally black color. but it is really bad that not more warrantly. and call to D*LL cost around RM1k for that. shit... 1 years plus one. so, i take the laptop and open it i found that the cable is loose and connet it back. it works until now.
ReplyDeleteactually, i like the service of D*LL if within the warranty period. my new bought lattidxxx and the battery is not good after 6 months... i wrote a mail to fxxx fxxx them (i am bad temper guy if pay and not good items).

another case is.... the is a "ANT" stick inside the monitor... u cannot clean it... so call them to replace.

one of the D*LL after onee year can got problems!
another things i like D*LL is i can use any D*LL OS to install without doublt. not need to activate or blah blah blah. And, driver is easy to find - either DVD or internet.
the blue stripes looks nice, like pyjamas prints, haha!! lucky you that your laptop is still under warranty :)
