| 大家試咗呢個新上市嘅雞肉漢堡包未?? 哈哈, 講笑啫, 其實係雪櫃有剩低嘅蔬菜, 所以先突發奇想將呢個城中最普遍嘅漢堡包「升呢」啫.. 查實大家有冇發覺到, 依家啲漢堡包裡面塊肉餅, 係越嚟越薄?? 諗諗下, 我最近食咗個漢堡包之後, 都覺得好似冇食到嘢咁, 原來都唔係子虛烏有.. 家下夾埋額外番茄, 生菜, 青瓜同燒烤醬, 即刻變成原本size嘅兩倍, 咁先係我心目中所謂嘅【漢堡包】囉.. 雖然唔係好覺塊肉, 不過多啲蔬菜應該比較冇咁罪孽感, 比較冇咁唔健康啩?? 唔該唔好再俾我哋啲亂七八糟嘅漢堡包喇, 搞到一身生菜絲, 洋蔥粒同沙律醬, 好掃興㗎嘛~~ |
| have you tried this new chicken burger yet?? haha, just kidding but it was because i have some leftover veggies in the fridge, so i had this brilliant idea to "upgrade" this most common chicken burger in town.. have you noticed that the meat patty in burgers nowadays is getting thinner and thinner?? come to think about it, no wonder i don't even feel like having eaten anything after walloping such a burger.. now stacking extra tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce with BBQ sauce, doubling the size of the original burger, this is what i'm expecting from a so-called BURGER.. though can hardly find the chicken patty but with lots of veggie, it's less sinful and less unhealthy i guess?? please don't give us a messy burger with all the lettuce, onion bits and sauce spilled all over our body anymore, if you know what i mean~~ |

Not only they cut down the size of the patty, they even serve half cheese slice for the fish burger! OMG, so stingy and turn off!
Deletehey, give me five!! i thought i am the only one tarak kenyang after having the burger, so the ladies also have the same feeling, phew!! yalor, the size is smaller, the patty is thinner, the cheese is halved, the vege and sauce also less already~~
Deleteya lor...half slice only. I wrote in and complaint their reply said if normal fillet o fish is half but if double fillet o fish is full...wahhhhh ...the photo really for ILLUSTRATION purpose only leh...cant even see the cheese if the real one
Deletehuh??!! they really responded like that?? i would expect two full pieces of cheese for the double filet o fish lor actually.. yalor, they just quietly reduced to half a piece and i think many ppl still not aware of that because their photo looks exactly like a full piece, and it's very normal we all expect a full piece right??

Don;t talk about burger bakar lah. That one, dunno why people so crazy about it.
because their patty is so thin now, i think people are starting to go for the doubles already.. but memang mahal lah, RM3 for extra piece of chicken (RM5 for the McDeluxe one), RM2 for extra piece of beef.. i might as well buy lots of veggie with RM3 and have my upgraded version.. lagi enak!!
Deleteeih long time didn't eat Ramly Burger lah.. i usually go for chicken special only around RM3 if not mistaken.. that burger bakar, i didn't even try though it's just 5 min walk from my house..
Since a new McDonalds have just opened in my area, I have been a regular there for late night ice creams!!

DeleteI love my life so much that I won't eat grass like a goat to stay slim. This goat needs to eat grass cos he was always a big glutton & on excessive alcohol binge on normal daily diet!!!!! How I wish you can see his daily menus. I always believe in you are what you eat.
hey, how nice for late night ice cream!! actually i think McD sundae is quite nice, and more importantly very cheap!! i always don't mind paying that RM1 for a sundae cone as my snack.. :D
Deleteerr, cannot all the time eat grass only, our diet has to change regularly so that our body won't get used to the same thing.. it may help to cut down weight initially, but soon after the body get used to it, it will just maintain there..

Deletevery true, i think McD is the most successful with their lunch and dinner McValue, all other fast food chains follow but yet not as successful.. anyway, i actually find the burger tasted whole lot nicer after all those grass i tambah inside.. more veggie so less sinful too~~

DeleteI agree that most burgers or sandwiches are so packed with their vegies that they spilled onto my clothes! Last night I was at Subway and they gave me maximum vegies & sauces to create a maximum mess on my fingers & pants! Bah!

Deletewhat i actually meant was, the kitchen crew just simply taruh the veggie onto the burger and then spat the sauce like they are playing games.. those burgers are so loosely packed, and when you unwrap them, everything just spill out!!

so far i like A & W packing the most. They wrapped nicely and you just need to tear the top part and eat. No need messy fingers

DeleteI ate the Prosperity burger a number of times this year but found it less satisfying than the previous years. This is because they stinged on the pepper sauce this year leaving the patty too dry, thus taking away the oomph factor.
ReplyDeleteCome to think of it, I like the sauce oozing out of the burger. The trick is not let it drip onto your clothes or down your fingers. Can be a challenge at times but very fulfilling. Yum!
DeleteBtw, have you had the chance to try out the burgers at that KawKaw burger stall or whatever the name is?
i don't fancy the prosperity burger at all, the pepper sauce they used is too over and covers the entire taste of the burger, so spicy and i can only taste pepper even with my numb tongue!! hahaha, i would love the sauce oozing out for my Ramly burger but not my McD burger..

DeleteNever been to McD for years and years now... Drove past one that night - omigawd!!! So crowded and the long queues at the counters. I hate crowds...and anything for which I would need to queue, forget it.
