雖然我平時去買嘢未必每次都記得環保袋, 不過至少我會儘量唔要用咁多膠袋, 可以唔用就最好不過.. 以下見到兩位(睇落知書識禮嘅)人, 我覺得好佢哋連剩餘嘅一啲環保意識都冇, 非常可悲囉~~
  • 某麥當勞內, 職員已經用紙袋將所有食物包好, 顧客竟然同職員要多兩個膠袋, 將全部紙袋再一併打包起嚟!! 嘩, 脫褲放屁囉我覺得..
  • 某霸級市場內.. 顧客買咗四支1.5L汽水, 怕一個膠袋會穿, 就吩咐職員用兩層膠袋包起啲汽水!! 大隻雷雷咁, 用手托住啦唔該~~
though i don't always remember to bring along a recycle bag with me, i try my best to use the least plastic bags possible, better still if i can save any.. but i saw these two (looks very educated) person and i think they don't even have a little sense of environmental awareness, what a pity sight~~
  • in a McD, the staff already packed all food in paper bags, but this customer further requested for two extra plastic bags to for her to bag all those paper bags of food again!! oh gosh, why she need to be so redundant??
  • in a hypermarket, a customer bought 4 bottles of 1.5L drinks, worried that one plastic bag cannot support the weight, he asked the staff to pack them in two layers of plastic bag!! come on, he look so physically strong, can't he just grab them in his arms??

    I try to bring recycle bags during shopping, a good citizen to support Go Green.

    Bring 2 or 3 to put in small one.

    And big one such as diapers or milk powder, just dump them in the trolley :)

    If I couldn't finish my meal in McD, I would request for paper bag; not plastic bag. Unless if the staff gave me plastic bag... then I take lor, hihihihi

      Same with me. If people give plastic bag, I take lor. Can reuse to pack something else afterwards.

    My car always has a few recycle bags. If I forget to bring it down, I will carry the stuffs that I bought with my hands. I don't mind people look at me. I am proud that I can safe the environment a bit.

    That paperbag system McD is using is not practical when the order is large, in my opinion.

    I once ordered a few meals and everything was packed into just one paperbag. With my hands both dangling with bags of groceries, I needed a third hand to take care of the McD paperbag which was already bursting at the top. Good thing I had an extra plastic bag with me, so that saved the day. I couldn't possibly have the paperbag under my armpit.

      Rereading my comments, I found out I missed this part of the comment. Slotting it in here is in the right sequence.

      Going green is noble but it has to be practical. Besides, they can always use the biodegradable plastic. Also, when we take back plastic bag, most if not all of us reuse it for other purposes. I use them to line my trashcan otherwise I use regular trashcan liners. Basically, it's this plastic bag or the other one. Same difference or different same? Because of that, I have no qualms about forking out 20sen for each plastic bag.

      Now I'm done. Can even make a blog-post by itself, eh? LOL

      Actually that's the point when I ask for more plastic bags back then :p Now no more asking for extra one, go as green as possible.

    Yes, old habits die hard. I always bring a canvas tote bag wherever I go...and if I buy something, I'll just throw inside. Used to use a very very old Kiew Brothers paper bag till it called it a day - no masking tape, no staples could save it anymore so had to throw it away.

    其实我们从商场拿回来的塑胶袋也不是当成垃圾，是用来做垃圾袋使用，或许这些胶袋并不环保吧。
    如果是打包食物的话，我都尽量不用免洗餐具，还是用自己的餐具比较好，一来是卫生，二来是习惯，三也是环保。
    现在我去的地方都是可以把手推车推到自己的车子那边的，
    所以就算忘了带环保袋也勉强没问题。
    只是如果买很多很小的东西就会多拿一个胶带统统装在一起！

    收银员应该给予培训，装东西是要分门别类没错，不过有时候一两样东西就一个大胶袋，我看了都摇头。
    有时甚至叫他们帮我把食品类和非食品类装在一起，一般上不同种类他们会给你个别的袋子。
