i do tat too
ReplyDeleteShame on you doctor!!!!
DeleteI do that too... LOL..!
That's only a situational sitting posture because you can only do that when there is ample space. I'm sure he will sit in when it's crowded. You think not?
ReplyDeleteI've seen plenty who doesn't care to adjust their sitting despite a crowded train. And their tapak kasut seems to be more important than the person standing. :(
DeleteAgree with HappySurfer 'see dishes eat rice' when crowded he would risk his feet being crushed. Yeah sitting this way is causing 'badbone'.
ReplyDelete如果人多的时候就一脚踩下去啦!
ReplyDelete我最怕的还是有的人有摇脚的习惯
无论是坐什么椅子(戏院)都可以感受得到
最讨厌的了
it will block the way if there is a huge crowd inside the train == somehow malaysians are like that :)

and make people ahrd to stand in front of him too! :(
DeleteI think we should his feet to the poles! Muahahaha!
DeleteAnnoying... his way of sitting is wasting space but I think most guys sit like that XD
ReplyDeleteYes it is indeed annoying and wasting space. We should throw a cockroach onto him!!! He will jum up for sure! LOL
DeleteHi SK! And everyone!
ReplyDeleteWhere's Twlight Man?
Hello Lina..! I am here at midnight! My internet at home kaput for 3 days already and I am inside a cyber cafe right now!! Serious! So cham la, addicted to SK's blog!
DeleteI suspect SK added ganja virus in his blog postings!
DeleteThere is one more that I hate. People leaning against the pole and not let other hold the tiang. If want to hold, have to feel their body (sometimes sweaty). Cannot stand properly and straight izit? :(
ReplyDeleteHolding the tiang is okay but sometimes I grabbed sticky gums and mucous on it!!!! Yiaks!!!!!!!!
Deletethat's GROSS! I totally won't hold stairs railings because don't want to accidentally kena all those. EEEwwwwwww!!!!
DeleteWah! Your Sunday post make me go into a rant. Not good lah like this. LOL
ReplyDeleteSunday must be happy and good mood one!
ReplyDeleteHallo! I saw your funny comments on Lina's blog and came for a visit.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are giving me a headache. I'm trying to master Japanese, but on your blogs it's English and Malay and Chinese and ...It's strange to see kanji, recognize them, but KNOW it's probably not what you think it is.
Anyway. Commuters don't really sit like that on Tokyo's trains, but they have plenty of other irritating habits. >:( Ask Lina! ;)
This is probably a foreigner's nightmare of a blog. All sorts of way of communication come out here. And you have yet read how Twilight Man comments. ;p
Deletethat's how malaysian communicate.. a bit of everything but never master any!! haha~~
DeleteSK,
Deletesadly, that is a fact.
Jack of all trades and master of none.
Welcome Rurousha to this SK's Blog! it is the Number One blog in the world!!!
Deleteha ha ha, if mat salleh sit like that then would take up 3/4 of the train width....lol!
ReplyDeletesome people are actually inconsiderate
ReplyDeleteHow did you snap that picture without him realizing it? :)
ReplyDeleteSK has mad stealthy photo taking skills! LOL
DeleteNow I suspect that guy is SK himself!! LOL
DeleteSK himself? How is he going to snap his own pic liddat? Of course he wouldn't expose his "dark" side. Only Darth Vader does that :p
DeleteI also sit like that sometimes but not in the train lah haha
ReplyDeleteAnd I cannot sit like that. My old lady back will hurt if I slouch.
DeleteOh wait...I seldom sit in the train anyway so not sure I will sit like that or not! LOL!
ReplyDeleteOh while in Bangkok, no choice but to take the MRT and BTS - and I notice no one ever sits like that! Can this be found in Malaysia only?
ReplyDeleteBut I hate it if the person do that when I'm next to him - and his feet touch my leg! Grrrr!!! Think your shoes or feet so clean?!
ReplyDeleteWah! How you take the photo? Secret secret take with your handphone is it? : D
ReplyDeleteTalking about taking secret photo taking with mobiles, I nearly got into big trouble! Thambee you once posted about disgusting people who used hairdryer to blow their body parts in the gyms, right? Well I saw one guy blew the dryer inside in his towel in front of the mirror. I wanted to take his photos and post in my blog! Clicked!
DeleteMy idiot camera's FLASH mode was unintentionally on and he turned around to look at me!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!
You are kidding right? Hahaha!!
Deletehehe, you notice stuff when you're in the train too. Good observations :).. I rarely take the train, but when I do, i always feel nauseous. ><

DeleteBTW, SK.... I'm having trouble logging in to blogger from my notebook so how you count my comments ah?
ReplyDeleteVery kesian if no counted lar...
no worries lah, trust the intelligence of my scripts!! haha.. as long as you use back the same name, then you'll not loose any points..
DeleteFuyoh, Lina is so determined to keep her index~~
DeleteYvonne,
DeleteOf course! Die die must try beat you and Darth Vader! LOL
@Lina, YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!!!!!! :D
DeleteLina, you forgotten about another rising star, Twilight Man?? Remember??
DeleteHurmm.. i never take any public transportation before. but yea, those who get to sit at least sit politely la.
ReplyDeleteAs if the whole train is own by him! if not much people, then ok la, but seriously if too pack, i think ppl oso will say him! :p
ReplyDeleteOMG, I do that in my lessons! Hmmm... but I know I don't really cross my legs in trains. Especially if the train is crowded.
ReplyDeleteI love to ride in subway trains and have done so in so many countries.
ReplyDeletewow! in so many countries!
DeleteI seldom had a chance to sit, so I had to stand lah and could hardly see the view.
ReplyDeletestand also hardly see what view? out side of the train view? Impossibrooooooo!
DeleteThe best time to sit with legs crossed was when the train was empty like midnight!
ReplyDeleteor from the very first Station LOL
DeleteThe dirtiest trains I took was in New York City when the trains ran the Harlem - Brooklyn - Queens routes! Even the stations smelled urine all over.
ReplyDeleteThe best subway trains were in San Francisco which was fast, comfy and nice overlooking the bay area and Golden Gate Bridge with heavy clouds enveloping... So heavenly!
ReplyDeleteOur KL routes are not too bad just that when it was crowded during the peak, the sweat smell was Oooooh!!!
ReplyDeleteBO is one thing that I cannot stand. Will pengsan on the spot, lol!
DeleteImagine standing with nose straight kena somebody's armpit! @.@
DeleteEwww..... don't, somebody stop my imagination please!
Delete** recalling, I think I had that experience once with Metro bus X____X
long legs mah....how to sqeeze
ReplyDeleteit will be like adult sitting in a kidergarter chair LOL
ReplyDeletethe photo you snap one or from inet one?
ReplyDeleteprint and tampal on the train and write "WHOSE LEG IS IT" LOL
ReplyDelete我最怕有人在里面唱歌,哗,简直要喊救命。
ReplyDeleteOk lah, if nobody or not crowded...
ReplyDeleteIf crowded, cannot lor... Must be considerate of other passengers.
ReplyDeleteI hate people putting all their shopping bags on the seats...and then pretend there's nobody standing....
ReplyDeleteUmmmm...that's all! (Just so that I can have another comment. Hehehehehehe!!!!)
ReplyDeleteI hardly have the chance to commute. So never came across this scene. The very last time I used commuter, it was overcrowd and smelly :(
ReplyDeleteI guess we will always smell sweat that in Malaysia and other tropical countries. The commuters in cold countries smell so nice in packed trains during winter as their body's moisturizers are lovely! Ha ha ha ha!
DeleteOh wait, not all Malaysian are inconsiderate. When I was heavily preggie, a nice young guy offered me his seat in LRT :D
ReplyDeleteWhen I heavily pregnant, got one time a nice guy gave up his seat for me, only to have a middle-age, dressed like a mak datin woman sit in that seat and even had the cheek to thank the guy. Both of us were speechless!
DeleteOMG, wakakakakaka... sorry, but this is hilarious! That mak datin is so thick-skin!!
DeleteKekekeke...that was funny! I would have slapped that Mak Datin and shove her off the seat!!!
DeleteI think I do that too sometimes LOL, if some people want seat from me and of course I will let them sit, if not I will cover my face and act sleeping LMAO!
ReplyDeleteOMG! you are so evil! no wonder you wear the Darth Vader masks!
DeleteThis type of people is a lazy bum. Already got place to sit, somemore take up people standing place. Not considerate at all.
ReplyDeleteU know, I didnt really saw those inconsiderate people who take LRT or KTM lo, maybe KTM case is too crowded and cannot see leg, and LRT is too less people and PJ people got STANDARD :X
ReplyDeleteWhy I didnt really see this kind of problem because I sit from LRT Taman Bahagia (which is near [One of the last station]Kelana Jaya) always and I get the seat always.
ReplyDeleteIf stand also I see many people and kids just sit down and keep quiet, didn't really chat at all LOL
Dun Mad Boss! You shall be chill! Because there is 100 or 1000 of people facing this kind of problem and there is 0.1 percent of people stand up and correct them. Hopeless is it? :P
ReplyDeleteYes agree! The world has more inconsiderate commuters than kind & selfless ones. You see them on the trains!
Delete2 days didn't comment your blog and I am feel so outdated! Anyways! I am back and see that you are not satisfy with LRT or Train system with this kind of people, what to do le? You also cannot chase the person out right? Because he bought the ticket also mah :P
ReplyDeleteI noticed that the people in Hong Kong and Bangkok love to stand instead of sit when there were empty seats!!
ReplyDeleteEither they were kind to keep the seats empty to make way for needy folks or they just wanna look good standing in their designer clothings or carry their Prada bags!
ReplyDeleteOver here when our LRT is almost crowded with small space in between, I still avoid sitting in between. I feel uneasy to rub my body and get sandwiched by 2 strangers.
ReplyDeleteSoon our LRT tracks will reach Sunway and USJ with more commuters plying daily. You will have more funny sights to observe. Thambee, you should bring me along okay!
ReplyDeleteAfter LRT they have another new track plying the TTDI and Mutiara Damansara route. Which train will that be? Let's check it out then!
ReplyDeleteYou should list out the train etiquette for commuters to follow and send this proposal to our govt. I am sure you will be hired to be their PR Manager!
ReplyDeleteNow I recall that the trains in different countries have different seat layouts hence it will evade inconsiderate passengers! I think the ones in San Francisco is unique and nice. Our govt should hire you to try out all the trains worldwide and submit a report to them for better seats!
ReplyDeleteIt is 100 comments Thambee!!!! Do i get like extra 100 points for this effort?????????? Hello!
ReplyDeletehahaha!! thanks Anay, so long never see 3-digit comment counts in Thambee's blog already!! wah, 100 extra points for the 100th comments?? hmmmm, that's a good idea Thambee can consider~~ :D
Deletehaha..fun
