中國人主食當中以粥粉麵飯呢四樣嘢為首, 其實我都唔肯定呢種講法是否有根據, 不過為咗呢個post你就當住係先啦.. 傳說中灶君旗下有粥粉麵飯四位小神仙, 可見佢哋對於「民間」嘅重要性.. 論粥粉麵飯, 我最喜歡係乜??

  1. 粥.. 嘛嘛地咁囉, 我冇咩事都唔會諗到要食粥嘅.. 不過以下呢碗炸腸粥例外..
  2. 粉.. 我應該最鐘意粉, 尤其係炒米粉, 簡單得嚟又好食..
  3. 麵.. 都得嘅, 我都幾好OK拉麵嘅..
  4. 飯.. 淨係白飯嘅話我就會婉拒喇, 但係如果啲飯係有味道嘅話, 我就會好鐘意, 尤其係炒飯同雞油飯添呀..

粥粉麵飯, 我就依自己喜好排成粉麵飯粥.. 你又最鐘意邊一樣, 會點樣講佢哋排位呢?? 唔駛驚, 唔係呃你做人性心理測驗, 隨意問吓啫.. >.<the main dishes for Chinese can be categorised into four main groups - congee, noodles (one made with wheat flour, one made with rice flour) and rice.. i have no confidence whether this is a fact, but for the sake of this post, just believe me for a moment.. even there's a legend saying the God of Kitchen has four fairies under him that rule these food, thus you can see how important they have been to the people's life.. talking about them, what do you think i like the most??

  1. congee.. nothing bothers me much, i seldom have congee though.. but exemption to the bowl of congee with deep fried intestines above, haha..
  2. rice noodles.. i would say this is my favourite, especially stir fried rice noodles, it's just simple and irresistibly delicious to me..
  3. flour noodles.. hmmm, i would say flour noodles are OK for me..
  4. rice.. plain white rice is not my top choice, but if they are cooked with flavour and aroma, then i can even eat them on their own.. i especially like fried rice and rice cooked in chicken stock..

among congee, noodles and rice, i have ranked them by rice noodles - flour noodles - rice - congee.. so which one you best prefer and how would you rank them in order?? well, no worries this is not a psychology test, it's just for the sake of asking.. >.<

    北方水餃同廣東水餃唔同。廣東水餃大粒,通常煮水。北方水餃細粒d,可以煮水,亦可以蒸或煎。我本身比較鐘意蒸水餃。

  4. I like rice and mee and bee hoon too! Mee and bee hoon sometimes different geh wor. Sometimes you cannot use mee to replace bee hoon and vice versa. :P

    Anyway, I think you make me hungry again. -_-"

  5. 無論啲西餐點靚點好吃,吃中餐始終係最滿足最過癮。我首選飯、粉、面、粥。其實四樣都唔會抗拒,只要啲餸唔係煎炸就得喇!

    有時候也是飯桶,但是要有很好喝的湯~:)嘻嘻嘻
    至於粥,很偶爾才會想要吃~;)生病的時候特別想吃

    粉-尤其系米粉,无论系汤粉,绝对要加芽菜先好食喔!我妈讲佢陀我果阵,好中意食粉,唔知系咪真系有影咧?

    粥-皮蛋粥,花生淡菜粥就最好啦,白粥就唔好预我啦~

    面-睇系乜面咯,大马过D黄色碱水面,我就唔系几OK,乌冬,大碌面啊我都几OK

    饭-饭啊,中国人唔食饭就好似唔系中国人hor?不过咧,讲真,可能由细到大屋企都有饭食,所以就唔会特别珍惜,哈~nasi lemak,sushi既话,我好OK喔!!哈哈

  18. For me, there is no ranking. I'll glup anything that is deliciously cooked. As for fried noodles, I sinfully love those crunchy bits of lard. TRES TRES YUM! Ah Pek, charkueyteow tambah "chue yau", tambah "see hum"! ^_^

    1. congee- i love my own cooked porridge, coz i will chuck everything inside, and the taste would b so nice for my liking:P
    2. fun- not really crazy abt it, but still ok lah.
    3. noodles- i have a thing for yellow noodle, dunno why :P
    4. rice- mixed rice is the most common food i have, coz i can choose various dishes to go with it, for fried rice le i love nasi goreng kampung... :)

    haha seems like you just love everything there!! :p i actually prefer beehoon more than the yellow noodles, but then most of the time i eat them combined, especially in curry laksa and gon lou..

    麵線我都OK喇, 有時吃豬肉粉會要麵線囉, 哈哈!! 吃飯配湯, 就要看甚麼湯囉, 有時家裡煮清雞湯, 我就直接把湯倒入飯, 好像潮州粥那樣, 很不錯吃的說.. 粥我也是沒事也不會想去吃的..

    sometimes i do like teochew porridge, a simple bowl of plain porridge but with lots of other dishers.. hmmm, the braised duck and toufu, yum yum~~ :)

    oh i see you actually love this kind of chap suey style?? kakakaka.. i don't really like the yellow noodle especially if they are too overdosed with the alkaline water, taste disgusting.. for mix rice, it's normal laa, but must have a good meat sauce to drizzle on the plain rice to make it more tasty lor.. nasi goreng kampung, i like, actually any kind of nasi goreng i also like lor, as long as the rice is cooked with taste and aroma.. :p

    oh, why you don't like kuay teow?? because it's too oily?? i don't have special fond on it too, normally i choose to have the yellow noodles only for fried kuay teow instead.. precisely that should be fried noodles and not fried kuay teow :p hehe, gon lou mix is nice one, trust me~~ hahaha!!

    well, actually to be precise all the four categories can be further grouped into two.. porridge are rice also, flour or rice noodles are noodles.. that means you eat everything lor.. kekekeke :D
