06.05.2007 | 周身酸痛

人老咗真係唔可以唔認老, 因為係咁意趁週末喺個gym 玩耐啲, 第二朝起身就即刻覺得周身酸痛.. 前幾日咪話重拾對hiphop嘅興趣, 咁呢兩日就連續踩咗兩堂hiphop class, 好似前世未跳過咁款.. 可能太耐冇跳, 依家又突然跟返, 所以跳舞時候啲大動作即刻運用晒全身每一寸肌肉.. 跳舞腳力梗係要啦, 加埋唔少轉身彎腰動作, 所以尤其係前大脾四頭肌, 小腿同埋條腰兩側就首當其衝喇.. 其實又唔至於痛得咁嚴重, 而係當上落樓梯, 或者擺某個特定鋪士嘅時候, 有啲隱隱酸痛啫.. 不過我認為都係未適應啫, 跳多幾次就唔會有事架啦.. 講到呢度, 醒起有句英文係好貼切好啱聽嘅, 就係no pain no gain喇.. 冇付出又點會有收穫啊??

  3. :) it has nothing to do with age. it is about your physical endurance to activities :) some ppl who are much younger than us would have more serious problem because they dont have a good physical characteristics :)

  4. you are true, but age is a major factor for that i would say.. :-D and i have to admit my physical endurance has not been as good as i grow older..
