02.05.2007 | 重拾hiphop興趣

今日喺小君嘅慫恿之下, 終於再次踏入個hip-hop class喇.. 之前因為有一段頗長時間冇去參加, 所以就慢慢地由疏離變成遺忘, 到後來有時明明知道有個class, 但係就已經冇乜興趣參加喇.. 可能因為太耐冇跳, 所以怕脫節, 怕唔夠體力去撐嗰一個鐘.. 今日就帶啲懷疑自己能否跟足成個set嘅心情, 個導師其實就係以前一齊去class嘅同學仔, 估唔到一排唔見, 佢竟然升級變成導師喇.. 其實佢以前一路都跳得非常之好喇, 簡直就係舞技超群(我哋呢「群」超生硬hiphop舞蹈機械人, 當時我從來唔敢企喺佢隔離)啦, 所以都唔覺得驚奇.. 今日跳吓跳吓, 竟然讓我重拾對呢個hip-hop class嘅興趣, 再加上現正努力減肥嘅緣故, 所以覺得跳完一個鐘嘅舞, 不經意地就可以身水身汗咁, 都應該係個好唔錯嘅cardio燒脂運動啦.. 比起自己好悶咁對住部cardio機械, 上跳舞class的確係有趣好多啦.. 雖然自己永遠都跳得唔好, 同個導師所教嘅相差好多, 但係最緊要自己enjoy啫.. 今日之後, 我會儘量逢hiphop class必到, 嘿嘿..

  1. I missed the hiphop clasee today, again. Guess I dont really have the heart for hiphop. But the cardio dance this afternoon was a good one.

  3. yeah.. hiphop to the jam - make it last forever!!

    i actually like the hiphop class as it trains me not only on physical strength, but also to use my brain to think about how to synchronise my body to the moves.. hahahahaha!!
