That Day on Last Saturday
One Day Schedule on Saturday

四月一號GST(goods and services tax)之前, 大家都要有個GST(great shopping time)嘛..
ZZZZZZ
i looked at some of my old posts and i noticed that i do have a handful of posts that i just reported what i had done for the day, i even had the activities detailed in chronological order!! now i remember why i did that, i was blogging daily and this is one easy way to get done with a post, simply simple (simple as in i do not have to scratch my head for ideas, doesn't mean i don't need to spend time writing), haha.. okay, i also want to do this again today, but enhanced with interactive scripts, hehe!! anyway, i guess the last time i did this was years ago, so i am not doing this to torture you that often lah.. (or maybe i should do this more often??) :D

>> Read what i did last Saturday...
TimeActivityPhoto
09:45i actually woke up at 8:15am but since it was a weekend, i continued to sleep in, and by the time i woke up again, it was already 9:45am.. ah, non-working weekend!! :)
10:30breakfast at my usual place after washing up and dressed up for the day.. i know it's brunch time, but that's my first meal of the day and i'm not going to skip lunch later, so i call it breakfast!! :D
12:30arrived at Want-You shopping mall, found a parking in less than 5 minutes entering the mall, you call that lucky!! went straight to Celepretty Fatness for a workout before enjoying the rest of the day..
14:30quick lunch at MacRonald, obviously fast food chains are the only place you can settle a meal that comes with a drink under RM10 in a shopping mall.. i hate having to pay RM10+ for something i can have at half the price at kopitiams outside..
14:50head to JSC and watched a Cantonese movie titled "Little Big Master" (五個小孩的校長) based on a true story.. a headmistress resigned from a reputable international kindergarten, went to a kindergarten in a remote village with only 5 poor students, which was facing closure due to lack of students and funding.. the movie goes about how she get along with the kids and their parents and eventually saved the kindergarten from closure.. a simple but happy and also touching movie..
17:30after a 30-minute break, continued with the second movie of the day, "Insurgent" which i guess i do not need to introduce any further?? remember the factions Erudite, Amity, Abnegation, Dauntless, Candor and of course, the Divergent?? this is the sequel of which i find the previous instalment nicer to watch..
19:45dinner at AFC!! haha, i know i know, fast food again you probably asked?? yes, for the same reason above again.. call this day my movie and fast food day, haha!! anyway if you'd like to know, i didn't snack at all during the movie dei :p
20:15did some shopping and i guess many people also had some GST (great shopping time) before GST (goods and services tax) implements on 1st April.. bought myself two pairs of pants (two because of buy one get one free) for work, no need formal but we go smart casual..
22:30reached home, took a shower and then drafted this post (yes, i always write my posts in advance and then schedule them to be published at a later time) before i called it a day.. ZZZZZZ

I did trying to blog daily last time, but seriously if really have to do that then I've to sacrifice my sleeping time, coz not like I only have one thing to do ya...but now the age getting greater I don't let myself sleep too late because I gotta wake early also no matter what like latest is 7am have to be up already for weekend, 5am for weekdays!

I wish I can sleep until 9am or plus plus, but I got to wake up then wash clothes then eat breakfast with mom 8am so I must have to wake up roughly around 7am, right?

    3. 1U argh, I long time didn't go already, last week I went on Thursday it has so much different already, I mean the shop has different one (wait of topic, come back com back!) 5 minutes to get a parking is quite fast, I think got to depend on luck also ya, I remember last time when I first driving in Malaysia I very scared to find parking one because with my very poor skill I scared people behind my car will lose patient while for me, because P license mah, must slow slow de, if later hit then how? So what I really did last time was I must find some park spot where has no car behind me, so I can take my own sweet time to park slowly without any pressure from the car behind!

Celepretty Fatness ya, my friend always go there one leh, not sure you know her or not, hehe!! And she's now want to take the fitness test so can be lecture later there..

    1. Lucky guy you, can sleep til 9.45am wer.. Princess here wakes up what time you know? Wakeup at 6am every morning from Mon-Sun !! Coz G drinks milk around 5.30am-6am, so that’s the time I wakeup.. After wakeup, I usually dilly-dally do some house chores before the kids wakeup.. I boil water, pick up last night’s toys at the living room, mop the floor (maybe), walk around, etc.. Ok, no point picking up the toys, coz when the kids wakeup, they will scatter the place again, haiz…

      Delete
    2. Wah, wakeup jor still wana go coffeshop makan breakfast, enjoy wor.. If me ahh, I know I will be going to the shopping mall afterwards, may as well I have brunch at the mall.. Sit there, “tarn ha pui kopi sin” (slowly sip coffee), eat sandwich.. But correct geh, eat at kopitiam first before departure better la, not crowded and you get to eat your usual and favourite food..

    3. Fuiyoh, 12.30pm only sampai shopping mall? Wah, if princess here ahh, I would go to the mall early-early lor.. Will usually start journey around 10+, reach at 10.30-10.45am.. You know ahh, the MV ahh, you sampai at 12.30pm, HABISTTTTT !! Hard to find parking jor..

      Delete
    4. After fitness activity, go eat McDongDong, nice wor.. I usually will have double cheeseburger set (drinks replaced with Miloook no ice), plus ala carte chicken nuggets.. Wah, cheng dou.. Sik dou liam liam lei.. Usually when we sampai the mall, we walk around, bring the kids see things, or to the playland.. Then after that, brunch at one of the restaurants – with less people, and no queue those type.. Of course, will feed the kids breakfast at home since they wakeup so early..

      Delete
    5. Wooot, after lunch, go watch movie wer… Me ahh, after brunch, go home lor.. Coz the kids need to nap.. If you pass their nap time jor, they will get so cranky.. Now I can see the difference between activities with kids, and activities without kids.. Hou tai farn pit.. I want to be like you ahh, watch 2 movies wor.. Nice.. Eh, by the way, that Little Big Master ahh, never heard before ahh.. Kak ngang watch or what? Lastime ahh, when I was paktoring with hubby, that time, no nice movies also we will “kak ngang” choose one movie to watch, just to enjoy berdua-duaan inside the cinema, wah, romantic..

Forgot when did I watch Insurgent, but I guess is when it right came out like the first day or right on the first day, coz usually bug movie like this my brother in law and brother will want to watch it desperately one (argh, reminds me of Fast and Furious 7 don't know I mange to watch it or not, I really want to watch the movie, those cars inside and so cool and of coz because of PW also ya, his last movie)

Ya, I don't really like insurgent I prefer divergent more but I like the actress hair cut in Insurgent (like so off topic thing) anyway this is more like the after story story not like the previous one is very interesting storyline!

    2. So fast y, two hours then can shopped two pants already, my brother he's very yim Jim (selective) he shop whole day also don't know can found one or not! For me hor, I usually go on very early in the morning la, coz don't have to queue for the fitting room mah, I'm really like that type of people rather wake up early go early than wait wait one coz I'll lose patient in that and I feel very wasting my time if just stand there to wait to queue! Sorry ya, my every minute counts one, so have to wisely and very calculative...

    1. Yo! We think alike!... It was such a fruitful Saturday for SK anyways. He ate and he burnt all the calories. He even hibernated inside the JSC twice! I think yuppies do that all the time. This is the luxury life that should not be forsaken.

      Delete
    2. SK spent about 2 hours in the gyms, may be he could burn about 700 to 800 calories, then one burger, soft drinks, fries, and fried chicken would be close to 1000 calories. In JSC twice, SK didn't mention about pop corns and snacks here, never mind la! As long as SK happy, everything also no problem la!

      Delete
    3. Yannie responded to TM perfectly, exactly what I was thinking! And, he did not ate and burnt all the calories, he ate the calories back and more AFTER he burnt them.

But I do agree, as long as SK happy then all is well. And, who am I to comment, I am someone who doesn't even have a gym membership wakakaka! XD

  8. I enjoy reading this diary type of post. Interesting! The only things are Yannie will avoid all the fast food . Only April and May likes fast food like Uncle SK. lol!

By the way, Yannie will wake 7 am on Saturday, go to market to find some me time there. Lots of things to see and shop in the morning market. Yannie is very C9 right? I usually buy breakfast from market for April and May. I will buy Apam or Roti Canai or Dim Sum or noodles or Putu Mayong for them.

After having breakfast, I send April and May to play ping pong, then Yannie runs on treadmill and lift weight.

Then having lunch at local kopitiam. After lunch, may be take a nap. Evening, having dinner at MIL's house. After dinner, go to mall or go for movie. We watched Ah Boy to Men III on last Saturday.

    1. I also will schedule my post to publish like SK. I usually will write to post instantly then schedule the next post . I guess Yannie will only have time to blog again after GST.

  11. 12:30 - You got to the Want-You shopping mall and you got parking in less than 5 minutes at that hour! Very lucky. I wonder if this is the same mall that I usually go to. But Saturday I was working.

    3. So how long was your workout?

      Delete
    4. Phong Hong, let me try to answer on SK behalf. He was in the gym at 12.30pm. He had fast food lunch at 14.00pm. Meaning he did less than 1.5 hour gym only. Because he needed to shower and change after gym. Therefore, I think he did about an hour workout only. Kekekeke!

    5. 1 hour gym some times can burn a lot of lemak gua...depending on what he does in the gym ...But the the two fast food meal after that...haiz habis effort liao

  14. 17:30 - You watched another movie! Two movies in a day. I used to do that too when I was younger. That was the days when Rex (Petaling Street) and Cathay (Jalan Bukit Bintang) were still operational. 17. You seems like movies! I also love movies but I am quite selective, only watch sci-fi. And, I usually catch the last show as well as when the show is ending its screening soon. There will be less crowd and I can enjoy the movie comfortably. Weekends are usually crowded in the cinema.

  18. 20:15 - After dinner you went shopping. I have never shopped at night before. I always do it in the morning. I suppose it is good because after a meal, it is good to walk around and burn more calories.

    2. I believe the trend has changed that we seldom have the quality time to pen our diaries everyday. Sometimes I sat down before sleep and had to think hard how i had spent the whole day from morning till night. The worst would be if I tried to recall back the details and events that took place the day before or even 2 days earlier. It's like I have a short memory as I aged. So I decided to live the presence of each and move on.

I like to record the places of my travels in my blogs. The photos and dates would often bring happy memories.

      Delete
    3. True, sometimes I don't recall what I had done recently. I always look forward as I plan for the future rather than recalling the past. So I don't keep a diary but I also prefer to write blogs so that I can refer to them in future.

  37. Oh, so this is a diary post ya? Very detailed! And I think you had a productive day, though it's Saturday, non working day, but shouldn't waste it or cincai spend it, hehe!
I used to write diary like this, when I was much younger la, in my private diary book, recording what I did/ate, how I felt towards certain things, where I went, with who, even small small case I also wrote down (like changing bedsheet haha). Thinking back, kinda childish la, haha! Anyway I guess most of us did childish things when we were young la, right?
Erm I don't know where is the diary book now, probably already at the recycle center, recycling into new book already, hahah!
Once I was hesitating whether to throw away those diaries or not... If keep them, kinda space consuming and what if someone (like my then-bf) found them and read them? If throw away, feel a bit 不舍得 pula!
End up I guess I just don't hesitate and made a quick decision to send them to the recycle center together with those old newspapers.

    1. Oh, actually for working folks, even if it's non working day, will still wake up early one, right? Biasa already. I was like that too when I was working last time. Working day, get up by 7.30am; non working day, latest also 8am, automatically wake up one. So normally what time you wake up for work? 8.15am on a Saturday consider early lo, hehe. But you 赖床 until 9 something, haha, not bad la, can steal a few more minutes of sleep. 有时候赖床的感觉真的很棒!!:p

So your breakfast is Hokkien mee? Looks good, with quite a lot of prawns. What about drinks? Teh peng? Hehehe!

So you drove to the mall that day? I thought normally you take public transportation one? But able to find a parking so quickly is really lucky lo, considering it's KL/PJ! Those big malls usually very hard to find parking one, but looking at your time, it was 12.30pm, I guess still ok la, after 1pm onwards then will be difficult already. I notice that everytime I go KL/PJ. And speaking of finding parking, I always no luck in this one, even at here also same, I must go round and round spend times then only able to find parking, that also not near to the place I am going. What's worse is that when I walk towards my destination, I see people just drive away leaving empty parking lots, aiyoyo, kek sei!

But after we finished both the movies, we felt a bit dizzy, not because the movies were 3D or anything, just that spending too long sitting inside, looking at the screen... Wah cannot la, brain usage too high already, we swear no more next time... If really want, may be one in the morning, one in the evening... Haha!

Fast food again ar, for dinner? Haha, geng la you! For me sure will feel jelak! You had 2 meals of fast food on the same day, hope you had enough water too!

    1. It seems like the whole country and whole retail industry have been jumping wagon to take advantage of the GST to induce the shoppers' mania to grab everything from the shelves. Even restaurants scare fellas to dine and get fatter before the GST implementation. What a sick joke!

      Delete
    2. yea...everywhere i see got promotion say PRE-GST Sales. But how much saving can be done for that? Maybe end up having to pay more than after adding GST leh

I tarak go Pre-GST shopping la. Save how much? Sooner or later will kena also.

Today all prices increased liao. Those who not supposed to charge GST also naik the harga say coz GST their cost increased so have to increase price. Report to the authority? They also in radio say they got not enough officers to go around checking prices. How? What to do? Boycott? doesn't work

    3. The GST should not bother you at all and your cool whiskers will not move at all. Your home gardening has been harvesting lots of fruits and vegetables for your dinner table. You saved 600% of monthly marketing! Now you will be getting rotten banana skins soon for fertilizers and that will give you additional bonus savings of 200%!

    1. I seldom want to do scheduled posts nowadays but I do have several unfinished posts kept inside archives of my blogspot. They are growing cobwebs inside too waiting for my lazy updates.

I have too much in my mind but seldom have the luxury of quality time to write blogs. I spend more time spamming here than anything else. I better balance my time management.

  63. What a crappy and hurtful comments from Thambee saying Anay like this >>> Oh my, a big chunk of the comments from Twilight Man are actually not quite relevant to the topic of the post. Why not spend the effort on more topic-related comments instead?? Hehehe!! :p

So I have to zip my itchy mouth and type sane comments here. Hope my percentage will escalate after today to 100% relevant matters. I thought you should be giving me more scores and stars for entertaining your readers! No?

    1. So this is your typical Saturdays! Sounds like you have this luxury yuppy's lifestyle.

09:45 OMG!! You just woke up so late! I never could sleep past 9:00am unless I am sick like a drowned sotong. Lucky you that it was a weekend and no work BUT then you are your own boss to decide what time you report to office.

    2. 10:30 Breakfast at your usual undisclosed place! Let me guess the place. It must be somewhere that serves your favourite cheesy mutton curry with chapatti and the lassi mangga!! (Bluek!) Smart Thambee to eat BIG breakfast and leave belly space to contain the bigger lunch later.

      Delete
    3. 12:30 I looked at your schedule and stimated that you took almost one hour to drive from your home to Want-You Shopping Mall! It was not that far actually but you took so long. Maybe you drove like a snail or you took your bullock cart to reach there.
Yes you were damn lucky to get a parking space in just 5 minutes which is unusual for a weekend. Normally a shopper would have to cruise around for 30 minutes up to 1.5 hours to secure a nice parking space.

Again, I calculated the time spent in the Celepretty Fatness Gym! You arrived at 12;30pm and parked your car before walking to the gym's door which could take you 30 minutes. You had to strip and change to your gym's Hercules outfit for 10 minutes. That means you had less than 60 minutes to exercise before heading to have your quick junkie lunch at MacRonald!!! Hey!!! How to slim down in less than 60 minutes of workout. Muahahahahaha!!!

    4. 14:00 I could see that you had a quick lunch as claimed but you ate for 50 minutes!! Just an under RM10 set meal and you chewed so long like a Chennai's toothless lembu!!! Wakakaka Mooooooo! Next time I suggest that you dip and soak your burger inside the coke. Let it simmer and soften to pulp before scooping out to eat with a spoon. That could speed up and your lunch would be over by 20 minutes. Just my 2 cents ok.

    5. 14:50 I thought Thambee swore to me that he never watched any pariah Chinese movies other than English and Tamil shows only. Tsk! Tsk! So I must go and watch this movie too since it was based on true story. It sounded like the story of how SEGi college was founded when the famous boss bought up the place in Sarawak after graduating law from there. It had only 6 students inside!! Look at its mighty size today!

      Delete
    6. 17:30 Wah! I would get a migraine instantly if I just took a 30 minutes break to watch the next movie. Thambee's head must be made from the iron like the wok! So I better abandon the idea to watch this Insurgent since you gave low ratings. Thanks for saving my money.

    7. 19:45 ….... OMG! You ate fast food again. What a junkie weekend you had feasting on fried burgers and fried ayam!! I won't be surprised your pants were mighty tight while watching the movie, so you dared not snack at all otherwise all the cinema patrons would hear your belt snapping with loud explosions! Muahahaha

    8. 20:15......... Wah! Last minutes shopping queen! You bought a good bargain of 2 casual pants for work @ buy One Get One FREE! I wonder what kinda pants is that? In pink and yellow with polka dots! Oh well, I just wished that I could wear casual wears to work and not the same old DAP shirt.

    9. 22:30......... You took faster time to reach home from Want-You compared to the time you took in the morning using the same distance. Either no traffic or your bullock cart ran faster. I seldom have the energy at night to prepare my blog posts. I normally would do it during the day time.
