yesterday in a restaurant, a friendly waitress put on a smile to welcome us, but when she opened her mouth to start a conversation, things happened!! though she's not a big beauty her look is at least decent, but when i saw her missing front tooth, i suddenly feel like cracking up!! that was really sudden and unexpected, of course i have to control myself from not doing so.. i know i know, she has lost her front tooth and it's already a pity for her to not look pretty, so we shall not laugh at her.. to be frank, she was actually efficient and rendered good service.. folks, that is why i would say, inner beauty is always more important than pretty look, just like yours truly~~ :D

Not only human has inner beauty, animal like Kuching, Anjing, Ayam, Burung and etc have their inner beauty.

So, we mustn't laugh at people or animal. We must try to understand them, look at them from different angle.

By the way, I don't know SK also lose his big teeth. Why I didn't notice one? Otherwise I will sure learn how to control my laughter as well.

    11. Twilight Man, Bananaz's upper molar cracked the other day and got it repaired just yesterday. Dentist suggested crowning as refill will not last long as the damage was too great. Prices ranges from RM550 for metal, RM600 for coated metal & RM800 non metal. My first thought was Twilight Man who posted about his gigi once since can't decide on the spot got it refilled first then see other options.

    15. Those have good teeth, sure kissing a lot one. I just googled and found on Your pearly whites stay cleaner,

"Though it’s certainly no replacement for brushing your teeth, kissing can break down oral plaque and prevent cavities by stimulating the creation of saliva, which helps wash bacteria away from the tooth’s surface. “Kissing is nature’s cleansing process,” says Heidi Hausauer, spokesperson for the Academy of General Dentistry. “Saliva washes out the mouth and helps remove the cavity-causing food particles that accumulate after meals.” The minerals in saliva also help rebuild tooth enamel, thereby preventing decay. So not only does kissing give you cleaner teeth, but you could actually end up saving money on your dental bills, too. "

So, everybody listen, kiss your girl friend/boy friend/husband/wife morning and night. Guarantee you won't have toothless days.

  2. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder... Besides, it is only skin deep. Usually, good-looking people are vain, self-centred,selfish...difficult...etc...etc...etc...while the not-so-good-looking ones have hearts of gold. Agree or not?

The beauty of a woman must be seen from her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart. The place where love resides"

The above of sentiment I quoted from a blog that I read.

It is so kind of SK to appreciate the waistress' effort and good service to him, albeit she has lost her front tooth.

      Delete
    2. I also encountered "tooth" story coincidentally. My daughter just had 2 of her molars filled by the school nurses yesterday.

I don't protest my kids being treated by gomen doctors and nurses, can save my $ because dental treatment is so expensive nowadays! Last time I got all filling and cabut-ing tooth free at school, hahaha!

    3. Pity also the waitress lah... SK, lucky you hold your laughter. Otherwise, so bad lah you! xD

We are toothless when we come to this world and (most of) the olds one leave the world wearing dentures.

    2. lina, definitely a lot of difference especially dua front gigi missing. Got one friend, a successful group sales manager who needs to keep hair in order, neck tie in place and dressed gaya-ly. One day while in the lift (merely the two of us) he showed me his true face without the dentures, two teeth missing and I was like..oh my gawd straight away his gaya, mutu, keunggulan nose dived from perfect 10 to zero. Of course Bananaz's first immediate reaction is lolz.

    4. LOL! Bananaz also cannot contain his laughter upon seeing hole between the teeth.

Little children like to laugh at toothless uncles / aunties. Both my kids laugh out loud when they see their grandparents without dentures. When I was small, I also laughed at my grandma when she woke up in the morning.

but those girls are harder to find..
you can find any pretty girl easily but with good hearted.. difficult

    1. Same la! If women now want to find a handsome husband is not difficult, but women want handsome and rich husband then more difficult la!

      Delete
    2. Er... but handsome husband also almost extinct already :p

Most people nowadays look for outer beauty, inner beauty comes second. Response from men on their partner, they prefer beauty over brain, unknowingly which beauty they had on their mind - inner? outer?

I believe there are no ugly girls, only lazy girls :)

      Delete
    3. Being a woman is very tough one. See, SP and SK said inner beauty is more important, but then, their eyes love watching pretty girls on street.

See, when wife isn't pretty, man has lots of excuse to keep pretty and sexy mistress. Then, mistress is normally not good hearted, if good hearted, won't be people mistress and ngap people husband and ruined people beautiful family, right or not?

So I say, men are very confusing one. Inner beauty important, men say only, men eyes are on outer beauty.

Now I further imagine SK's food is contaminated with saliva. And tomorrow SK will visit the restaurant again, and the day after tomorrow and the day after after tomorrow. Eventually SK will follow her home x_x

once in a while she removes it as a joke

    ReplyDelete
  18. my father has three teeth left haha can you imagine that?
he lost his denture years ago and he was used of it
so he prefer not to have it

    ReplyDelete
  19. i agree on what you said sk,
looks can never define a person
sometimes the best were those who wasn't as pleasing as the others

    ReplyDelete
  20. and i do believed that looks are just meant for
    first impression,
the character of a person will be the basis of everything still

    ReplyDelete
  21. and i guess nobody is ugly we are just unique in our own way
one may not be pleasing as the others but that doesnt make him/her a lesser person

    ReplyDelete
  22. but come to think of it there are ugly people,
and they were those people who has a very bad attitude,

    ReplyDelete
  23. anyway in my case losing my teeth would be the worst thing can happen haha
i just can't feature myself teethless

I think SK is those few people who could see the good service and the hardwork of the waitress, and not just focused on her appearance.

    Keep it up, SK.
