隨著社會同科技嘅進步, 現時好多工作崗位都已經由機械取代.. 就好似最近城中四處可見嘅呢啲「交通指揮機械人」, 每日廿四小時風雨不改, 毫無怨言揮動雙手指揮交通.. 其實我覺得馬路邊忽然突出一個「人」喺度揚下揚下咁, 稍為不留神都好容易俾佢嚇親.. 日頭都尚好, 你話夜黑風高嘅晚上, 你突然間見到佢一張毫無血色又毫無表情嘅臉, 再加上街燈同車燈照射效果, 你都唔好話唔恐怖!! 分分鐘因為佢而發生更多車禍添~~ @_@"
with the ever advancing society and technology, many jobs are now performed by robots.. just like these "traffic instructing robots" that we (more and more) often see in town recently, regardless sunny or rain or day or night, they are there to wave and instruct the traffic without fail.. i actually think it can shock us with "somebody" suddenly standing by the road waving at you, especially when you are not really alert.. still quite okay during daytime, but imagine at night when you see this purely white and emotionless face, with the effects from the car and street lighting, i would say it can be rather creepy!! most probably there will be more accidents because of these robots~~ @_@"

      Monday already and it's the start of the new week. :)

      Whatever timing also, I'm fine since I always come late here. But if until 11.00pm tadak post from SK then I'd start to worry. He did say that he wants to do daily post right. Up to 11.59pm still can post a blog post. kekeke

      p.s. Anay look so handsome and macho in suit. Letchumi must be "pancut" looking at Anay dressed like that. Like first night of marriage! Hahahaa!!!!!

      Lina, that night I suddenly uttered the word "pancut" in front of jin jin. He was shocked by my new vocab. He asked me, "How you learned this word?" I replied, "From my blogger friend in HHBC." He was stunned by my new vocab "Pancut". Muahahaha! I really learned a lot of new words from you guys.

      We just learned new word over the weekend. Ku Ku Chi Pai from SP and Wu Lao Jiao Hor Lu from SK. So classic these two phrase. Laughing My As* Off la!

      Why SK got small heart 小心 that's why scared of robots? Yeah lah small heart actually means be careful. Who knows one day they can dance gangnam robot style on the streets to divert traffic. That would be fun.

      SK is right about the creepy moving mannequin, especially at night. Imagine driving on the highway, all dark and quiet and out of sudden you spot a ghostly figure on the road. I would be shocked and God knows what would happen next.

      Especially when SK is sitting or standing next to a Sweet Young Thing, when he scares that time, he sure finds chance to hide at the back of the SYT.

      wei not only SK scared la...me also will scare la.some more this construction figure is like squarish type plus with white face. Will think got hantu or what la if didnt know it's construction figure.

      Public transport not that many ghost la. Too many "human" chi there. Ghost will be scared to follow.

      One of my ex colleague went for a chinese wake. She halfway driving she pucat. Then when she got home she baru told her family for "extra" person tumpang their car just now. she didnt say earlier coz she dosnt want to scared her faily. she said she got Yum yeong ngan.

    I have seen many traffic robots like those outside my area as they are building MRT tracks. I wondered what other styles their robot hands could do? The robots must be bored flagging at one directions only.

      Not only tiring for a real man to do the job, it can be dangerous also; judging by the way we Malaysians drive.

      People got put traffic cones and want to do road maintenance also can get ploughed down by vehicles. @.@

      Also, imagine if we do this job : rain or shine. Suffer woh...

      Let robots do lah... At least no need to employ illegal workers to do it. xD

      better not wish too much, Anay. Else someone mught come up with the idea of putting traffic camera in the dummy head to snap photo of those using handphone, not wearing seat belt or speeding.

      ya lor ...what else direction u what the dummy to wave? up down ah? LOL

      good also la have robot to do the job. like lina said...safer for human also.

      hmmm...make me wonder what these dummy run on...battery or electricity or what....

    Isn't that the idea? - to shock motorists so that they stay alert. :p

    But it is true that they can be shocking esp at night. Don't know if it's just me. I sometimes get shocked easily - by shadows, trees, and other objects that sometimes appear to be like a figure in the night. I think it does happen when 'a person's luck is low' and that he/she can be easily shocked or disturbed. Maybe that's just me.

    I agree this Traffic Robat looks a bit scary at night.

    Eversince I moved back to Taiping from Penang 9 years ago. I never one time drive alone on highway. I used to drive from Taiping to Penang, Penang to Taiping on weekend before i moved back.

    Now, if you ask me to drive to Ipoh, I don't think I have the courage to do so.

    All thanks to jin jin, he doesn't let me drive alone on highway be it day or night. So, I am so relying on him now.

    I think I should get back my courage to drive on highway to make him scare. Hehehehe!

      good also la Jin jin is beside you when you drive in highway. dangerous as many crazy drivers out there who will suddenly cut infront of you.

      with Jin jin around then also not so boring la. At least can chat so not feel sleepy.

      and at night if you see these figures then wont be so shocked la. Very scary one le. The ipoh taiping to penang road very dark. No lights.

      Sigh...then now they are making the road right? two lanes will suddenloy become one lane. if not alert enough will suddenly plunge into the hole koreked in the middle of the road

    hahaha the first time i saw that i also terkejut. It was in a highway .


    Day time okay la but night time can be rather scary especially if driving alone.

    But i think maybe it's for the workers safety also la. when car drivers tired when driving at night they might in advertently hit the worker if they did not jump away fast enough.

    Maybe they should not put a white face there. should put human color face. Then people wont be shocked too much la. I rememeber when younger that time, a bunch of us what talking if see a white figure waving in the middle of the rad in the middle of the night, they would just langgar it instead of avoiding LOL
