| 首先我要同大家講清楚, 相中呢位男士唔係我, 佢側邊位女士亦都唔係家母, 哈哈.. 佢哋兩位只不過係我正在睇緊, 香港TVB正在播緊, 叫做《食平3D》嘅一個烹飪節目嘅兩位主持啫.. 好喇, 好喇, 我承認我同樣喺度(好似個師奶咁)追緊套經典鉅作劇《武則天》, 之但係我唔會寫啦, 因為已有好多人寫過嘛.. 反而呢, 我個人就比較enjoy睇呢個烹飪節目噃.. 大家實感到非常驚訝喇, 點解一個好似我咁不懂得(又不能夠)煮嘢食嘅大男人, 居然會喜歡睇烹飪節目?? 哈哈.. 其實唔好齋睇外表, 我其實好享受於睇住啲食材變成一道一道美食, 然之後靚靚上檯嘅過程㗎.. 我覺得就係變緊魔術咁, 你話係唔係?? 烹飪對我嚟講係一門藝術, 所以我只會落手整啲簡易嘅, 複雜嘅需要技巧經驗嘅, 唔好旨意我啦, 因為我唔想污辱烹飪藝術嘛!! 哇哈峆, 呢個係一個同人講你唔想煮嘢嘅好原因呀!! 講笑啦當然, 對於一個連最基本嘅蔬菜/肉/魚/香料都分唔清嘅我, 煮乜鬼嘢唧?? 所以呀, 我都好佩服可以煮得一手好菜嘅人㗎..要我「煮」嘢都得, 好似呢啲完全唔駛煮嘅咪得囉!! 嘻嘻.. ▶ 點解我會鍾意睇呢個烹飪節目?? |
| first of all, let me clarify this guy in the photo is not me and the lady beside is not my mum, haha.. they are the hosts of a cooking show called "Good Cheap Eats 3" (食平3D) aired on Hong Kong TVB which i am following.. okay okay, i confess i am also following the epic drama series "The Empress of China" (武則天) like a drama-fanatic auntie, but i am not going to blog about that since many would have already done so.. instead, i find myself enjoying this cooking show more.. and you must be very surprise huh?? why a man who doesn't (and can't) cook or bake but only eats like me, yet likes to watch cooking shows?? haha.. don't judge me by my look, but i really enjoy watching raw ingredients being transformed into dishes and then nicely presented to the tables.. it's magic, don't you agree?? cooking is in fact an art to me, that is why i only hands-on on simple stuffs but not those that require skills and experience and expertise, i just do not want to "harass" culinary art!! muahahaha, a good reason to tell others that you do not want to cook!! just kidding, imagine how could i cook if i can't even differentiate the basic types of veggie and meat and fish and herbs and spices?? that is also why i always salute people who can cook.. if you really ask me to "cook"?? can also lah, simple ones like these that requires no cooking at all lor.. hehehe!! :p ▶ why i enjoy watching this cooking show?? |

| 無聊嘅時候, 我會上面卜潛吓水睇吓相睇吓短片.. 除咗主打玩游戲嘅朋友之外, 我發覺其實有幾位朋友係主打post短片嘅.. 我十分鐘意呢幾位朋友, 因為往往都會睇到爆笑非常嘅短片, 笑到碌地笑到飆眼淚架!! 就揀咗幾個自己認為超搞笑嘅同大家分享啦, 祝大家週末愉快!!! when bored, i'd normally logon to facebook to kill time.. see status updates, see photos, or watch clips posted by friends.. other than those friends who focus on games, i realised there are also few friends who focus on posting clips.. i especially love these friends because most of the time they make me watch clips so funny that i could laugh till rocking on the floor and weeping with happy tears!! i've picked a few and would like to share it here with everyone, happy weekend to all!! :) | |||

唔駛多講, 大家睇咗以下兩個短片之後, 就會明白咩叫做甘拜下風架喇.. 佢哋兩個讀水蛇春咁長嘅對白, 難道真係唔駛抖氣架咩?? 我非常好奇佢哋究竟需要NG幾多次之後先可以成功囉?? 我睇咗又再睇, 睇咗幾輪之後都係覺得好搞笑, 哈哈..

最近每次睇戲, 都一定會有呢個廣告.. 如果30秒內要你sell個產品, 你會點樣sell?? 呢個荷氏薄荷糖廣告, 雖然不至於係搞笑, 不過我相信都可以令到你會心一笑嘅.. 我成日都好佩服廣告創作人嘅頭腦, 呢個廣告究竟用咗幾晚通宵先度到出嚟哩?? 係邊位嘅傑作呢?? 送畀佢一個掌聲連連.. :)
this is like a compulsory commercial in the theater whenever i go catch a movie recently.. if you are given 30 seconds to sell your product, how would you sell it?? this commercial ad from Halls mints, not any hilarious but i believe it could make you really laugh out though.. i am always impressed by the creative brain of advertisers, i wonder how many sleepless nights before this idea was conceived?? kudos to the one who did it.. :)

服裝品牌Diesel上個星期舉行其30週年慶典, 於全球17個城市舉行The Diesel xXx Party大事慶祝一番.. XXX呢三個叉, 羅馬數字代表三十, 不過心邪嘅人十之八九都會睇作三級.. 就係咁, 呢個三叉派對嘅宣傳短片, 爭議性地用咗三級橋段合成電腦繪畫, 達到超級視覺享受效果, 十分過癮但係一點都唔覺得猥鎖, 點到即止引人遐想(大家一定會陰陰嘴偷笑)幾搞笑囉, 果然令人敬佩其創意無限嘅超然境界..

有時都好佩服傳媒界人士嘅創意頭腦, 可以嚴肅, 可以誇張, 可以搞笑, 可以煽情, 只要顧客想要咩效果, 都可以朝著咩方向去向大眾傳達訊息.. 尤其是某些難以啟齒嘅訊息, 通常都會用搞笑方式表達, 要做到明確但係又唔可以露骨, 好多時候都係「只可會意, 不可言傳」, 但求你明我明, 點到即止囉.. 好似以下呢個短片, 大家覺得功力如何?? **陰陰嘴笑**
sometimes we just gotta pay salute to the media for their creative imagination.. from serious, exaggerate, humorous to emotional, as long as the customers request, they could just follow the direction to effectively convey the message to the public.. especially for some not so convenient messages, most of the time humorous alternatives are choosen, to make clear the message but not obvious, often subtly stops at the point where you get what i meant, just comprehend at heart but do not shout it loud.. so, what do you think about how "well" the message is carried out in the short clip below then?? **giggling**

唔記得由幾時開始, 本地收費電視Astro開咗個新台叫做「歡喜台」, 係專門播台語劇集同台語節目嘅.. 自從有咗呢個台之後, 長年掌管Astro遙控大權嘅潮州嫂(亦即係家母喇), 已經遺棄之前一路追捧嘅「華麗台」.. 每日工作返到屋企, 每逢星期一至五晚上九點半, 電視螢幕一定見到呢套《神機妙算劉伯溫》(下圖左起: 皇帝朱元璋, 皇后大腳婆, 劉生紅顏知己阿秀, 劉伯溫, 丞相胡惟庸).. 其實都播咗好耐, 一個單元幾十集, 總共八個單元噚晚先做完第五個, 真係有排睇..
初時對呢啲咁嘅台語劇集冇乜好感, 因為印象中係拖泥帶水, 芝麻綠荳一件事都可以做個十集出嚟, 所以當時飯後一齊睇電視嘅時候, 真係覺得有啲@#$%^*.. 之不過久而久之, 竟然開始覺得幾OK喎, 劇情可算得係曲折離奇, 而且往往叫人好想追睇落去, 因為個結果好多時候都叫人意想不到嘅, 唔似得時下一般劇集咁, 睇三集就可以知道結局係點.. 所以而家呢, 全家人居然大受感染, 開始迷上呢個台語劇集喇, 每逢星期一至五晚上9:30-10:30都會坐定定睇劇集, 哈哈!! 搞笑啊, 就連我個五歲姪仔聽到首主題曲都可以跟埋一齊唱喇, 而且因為呢個劇集呢, 學識咗好多正統台語添, 嘿嘿~~
can't remember when this new Hua Hee Dai channel started in Astro, it's a dedicated channel for taiwanese drama and variety show.. since the broadcast of this channel, my mum the remote-control-controller has already gave up watching the all-the-while-watching Wah Lai Toi, and switch to this new channel almost 24x7.. since then, every working day back home, from 9:30-10:30 at night, the tv screen is definitely showing this "The Amazing Strategist Liu Bowen".. it's been showing for a very very long time, each unit has couple tens of episodes, and yesterday we just finished watching the 5th out of 8 units, hmmm, still a long way to go huh..
initially not at all keen on this channel, because to me, taiwanese drama are always long winded, and so was quite @#$%^ while somehow "forced" to watch it together.. but, there is always a but, as times go i actually found out the drama is not bad at all, at least it's not a typical taiwanese drama.. the storyline is exciting and makes you eager to watch the next episodes in order to know the outcome.. unlike most drama nowadays, you could easily guess what is going to happen later after a sneak of the first few episodes.. and so, the whole family is now influenced and has become fans of this drama, even my 5-year-old nephew could sing along the theme songs, hahaha!! and thanks to this drama, i've learnt quite some classy taiwanese too..

MTV台上個星期舉行2007年度頒獎典禮上, 請嚟昔日人氣小甜甜做開幕表演嘉賓.. 在下為表中庸唔打算詳細評論, 開頭句"it's britney, bitch!"頗有major comeback收復失地之勢, 令人有所期待, 首歌(聽講都係佢自己寫嘅)都幾OK啦, 不過就係少咗以前佢啲霸氣.. 繼續欣賞, 見到佢現場一身咁嘅look即刻跌晒watt, 加上還要扭擺腰肢大拋性感(不過只令人覺得笨拙), 難怪睇到啲觀眾目瞪口呆啦.. P.Diddy擘大眼, Rihanna彎腰大笑, 最經典就係50 cents個呆晒樣嘅表情..
以前個性感小野貓去咗邊啊?? 頗真戥佢擔心要收復失地嘅大計.. 唉呀, 好似忍唔住評論得太多嘢喇呵?? 唔好意思.. 不過其實個performance都幾entertaining嘅..

呢兩日趁假期睇返《本草藥王》呢套劇集, 覺得裡邊啲藥膳好有趣, 從而學識好多聞所未聞嘅藥膳當然仲有好多從未見過, 讀都唔識讀嘅生字.. 劇中提及以下一啲例子, 應該都係有根有據呱??
- 減輕鼻鼾: 辛夷花五錢, 川芎五錢, 茜草根五錢, 茅根花五錢, 用水浸透, 用紗布袋裝好, 浸藥嘅水同清水加埋一齊, 再加一個豬鼻, 四兩海蜇, 煲成老火湯飲用..
- 肝經濕熱型臭狐: 白芷, 陳皮, 蒿本, 當歸, 桂心碾成粉, 再同魚湯一齊煲..
- 脾胃虛弱, 食慾不振: 用白朮同乾薑熬成汁, 然後將紅棗去核磨成泥, 溝入麵粉度烘成餅..
- 風疹(俗稱水痘): 杭菊, 桑葉, 牛蒡子, 桔梗, 甘草, 浙貝母, 枝子皮, 金蟬衣, 連翹, 葦莖, 木通加埋薄荷煲水服用..

間中都會收到一D朋友mail過黎既泰國廣告, 覺得D泰國廣告都幾有創意啵, 而且D泰文聽落又幾舒服.. 呢個電子付款廣告雖然有D核突, 但係真係好搞笑好creative架.. 尤其個男主角最後「忍無可忍」既表情, 簡直就係演得入木三分啦..

嘩!! 好鬼中意黃秋生個茶餐廳侍應D對白..好寫實啊!! 平時睇落超多既選擇, 竟然係短短兩分鐘內一輪嘴講晒.. 尤其是2'06"至2’28" 勁介紹燒臘味果段, 果然夠晒功力.. 哈哈!!

最近無線播映既台慶劇《東方之珠》, 應該係以70年代作為故事背景.. 當中故事人物以當時得令歌手作為藍本, 劇中當然不乏一幕幕懷舊歌舞戲啦.. 其實對於劇中D懷舊歌, 我大部份都聽過.. 雖然話D演員始終唔係唱家班, 唱D懷舊歌始終爭咁D野, 但係我其實都過晒癮咁跟住唱喎..
卡門, 像霧又像花, 往事只能回味, 梅蘭梅蘭我愛你, 一見你就笑, 我的心裡只有你, Kowloon Hong Kong, 淚的小雨, 說不出的快活, 不了情, 相思河畔, 鑽石鑽石亮晶晶, Circle Game.. 首首都回味無窮啊..
