唔知係唔係返老還童, 我記得以前從來都唔點樣會留意麥當勞玩具㗎, 但係近呢幾年, 我發覺自己非常鐘情於呢啲麥當勞玩具!! 又或者因為佢哋嘅marketing做得太過成功?? 當然, 我都仲係好理智嘅, 只不過係有啲時候會喜歡某啲特定嘅玩具啫.. 好似前排嘅多啦A夢同藍精靈, 以及依家呢個壞蛋掌們人兵團.. 係喇, 呢一個月內我又要比較勤力咁啃開心樂園套餐, 而且重要同其他粉絲爭玩具添噃, 因為好多分店喺幾個小時之內就已經售罄(冏)!! 哈哈, 不特止呀, 我仲托遠在英國及美國嘅朋友幫我買我哋亞洲冇推出嗰幾款添!! 我承認我係俾呢啲小生物嘅趣怪表情同搞笑動作所吸引, 佢哋真係好可愛!! 大家睇咗呢一條短片之後, 應該會明白我點解咁講喇.. 當大叔變成孩童嘅時候, 其實快樂本來就不分年齡界限㗎啦, 係唔係?? :)
i don't know if you will call this "rejuvenation", i thought i never cared about any McD toys last time but in recent years, i realized myself loving them so much!! or was it because they did better marketing lately?? of course, i am still very rational and just occasionally crazy about some particular toys wokay?? the previous doraemon and smurfs, till the current Despicable Me's Minions for example.. yes, it shall mean that i will be walloping Happy Meals more frequent this month, and trying to fight with other fans out there for these toys, because they are sold out within hours in many outlets here (OMG)!! hahaha, what's more, i even got my friends in as far as UK and USA to get me those not available in Asia!! i admit, these little creatures with priceless expressions and hilarious actions have driven me bananas, they are indeed too adorable!! watch this video clip and you'll understand why i said that.. it's uncle turns a kid, but happiness is indeed something not bound to age, agree?? :)

    But truth of the matter is, McD toys are a lot nicer and durable than the ones offered by the other fastfood outlet.

    I say you are normal for loving these cute toys. :D

      you noticed that too Happy?? yes, i have the same thought too.. McD toys are actually better quality than those offered by other fast food chain.. but i am quite disappointed with this batch of Minions though, many complained about the cheap plastic and the lousy finishing..

      I managed to buy one set of three yesterday from mcd puncak alam

      Seems they still have a lot of stock.

      True what sk said. Quality of this batch very bad as compared to previous toys by mcd

      This rounds the plastic bery brittle and the cantum finishing part not close properly. Color also like fades. Color not color properly..got out if line and got scratches.

      The one with the red kiap kiap thing also very fragile looking . Like anytime will break ..

      I think most of the mcd in shopping mall would havr been sold off long time la.

      I saw in facebook a friend borong one whole box of the toys from tesco puchong punya mcd. He said he bought the last set.lol.


      Like me la..he initially want to buy one set only but as he was at the mcd, his friends started calling him up ask him help to buy for them.

      Then suddenly saw everyone posting up this toy I baru got curioused.

      Didnt even know got website for happy meal..lol..me so jakun.

      Me la one of the kiasu people. People buy and I buy. Lol. ...saw everyone buying so yesterday i went to buy lo..mana tau the quality not good leh. Kinda disappointed at it.

      Last time my colleague's husband really crazy about mcd toys . He even have one if those glass display cabinets made at home to display all his collection.

      Sad to say j don't really take car if mcd toy. Play for a time then into the toy cabinet yhey went..forgotten till when I ask him to clean ghe cabinet he baru slowly dig out and play.

      He only play with the toy cars the most. All the rest will hv to donate to charity la when I have time to dig out his toy

      But I have to salute mcd la. Think of the two fast food restaurant I think mcd comes out with the most fads like this.

      For me I only join the kfc queue was to get the colonel sanders figures donkeys years ago. Phobia to eat kfc for a few mths after that. Lol.

      Kaldip also gila collect mcd figures if got ngum him one. Last time he collected the sesame street soft toy fr mcd. Tgat ine was very goo quality.

      Me pulak went crazy collect the mini bear back in 90s. But didn't managed to get whole collection.

      Saw in a classmate facebook where she displayed the whole set. She said buy from ebay or something. Well at least no need to queue and eat the fast food till wanna vomit la. Might even end up cheaper too.

      Funny how this time mcd didn't impose conditions that MUST buy meals in order to buy yhe toys. This round can buy iver the counter. Weird la

      eee...Zaini so omantic la....so far kalip only got me the hello kitty one...the wedding punya. Cant get it here so ngum ngum he was in Genting with friend so he bought for me.

      Mashimaro i have but not complete set . i think i have the toilet punya....forgotten already...that one have been pack up in box.

      I find the old hello kitty quality is better than this new hello kitty la. and bigger size too.

      sometimes, fastfood outlets really have limited edition toys. Very nice...but then, if buy a lot, must find space to keep them. U have a big cabinet to store your toys ?

      true, i have to agree with you.. limited editions and they will not produce anymore, that's why they are somehow collector items with lots of fans.. errr, i just keep them on the table or in the drawer, don't have a particular cabinet for them..

      one toy is RM3 if you buy them separately.. but since i also want to eat might as well get the Happy Meal lah.. hehehe, bought 3 sets but another friend shared with me lah..

      KFC toys sometimes cost rm4.50 if im not wrong.

      Hey not tally by rm3 or 4 in the accounts very hard to find where goes wrong. Headache lor Mak Oi! Unless the amount is huge like 200k and above. Easy to trace out...hahahaha.

      Yea I like mcd toys coz better qualoty thsn its rival and cheaper too.

      Kfc toys rm4 I think snd if not mistaken have to have the chicky club card to buy in order to get duno what discount la. I rarely buy hence how much the exact price I also duno. Lol... simply pay whatever the machine say . If they take tally nasib them la. Not my problem. Anyway a few cents different the staff most probably pockeyed or pay from own pocket la. Won't have to cari till midnight. Really takut oh if in finance department. Saw my finance clerk stay back till midnight to cari 1sen. The front office staffs la simply pass vouchers when yhey cannot balance day end figures. When year end come the account cannit balance. Die die have to find where the heck the 1sen come from

      My department kena once ..6sens tak balance ...really cari cannot find...ngum ngum I had to do reporting and the next day have to submit to head office. That night I dream also dream of the 6sens. Lucky next day found where went wrong. Really feel like wanna cekok yhat fella. Duno dreaming if pak tor or what. Work don't do properly. I nearly kena the boss kns coz of the fella.

      I used to work in operations Meow. If daily balancing tarak tally, whole department stayed back.

      Last time used to go back midnight also.

      Operations teruk la. You come in early and usually you go back last in the branch also. O.O

      No doubt I'm from Finance. I have to sacrifice my time with work and family. New year eve, sometime Christmas eve, National Day eve and Labour Day eve. I always stay back. Very stressful one. I hv to monitor overall branches stock, A&P expenses need to analysis whether within the budget and salesman claims also need to verify by me. I work together with my other 2team mate.

      yea i know operation tu bad la...when u wanna go back home sharp...sure got one fella cannot tally and have shortage. Ya lor...last time operation have to stay back till found...if not then pass voucher then cham liao..appraisal then kena kau kau potong marks la...

      But back room nowadays also darn susah leh..now coz of all the ISO stuff ah...zero waiting time and all, now back room staffs have to go help counter during lunch hours. cakap aje help out two hours...but always end up 4pm baru can close counter. Then have to work at back room. kerja bertimbun....work OT Manager question pulak why have to stay back do OT. But cant blame Manager also coz higher management force manager to lower the operational cost.

      geram betul is on Manager darn bad ..when he go home 8pm he will turn off all the aircond...wah lau eh....we all also panas la...first few times we will turn on the aircond back after he berambus...but after a few times we also pack up dun wanna do OT la...

      last time OT best...we can order Pizza Hut Deliery or McDelivery ...hmmm come to think of it...why am i so stupid ah...last time should have order Mcdelivery for happy meal mah...then no need go queue up for they toys la...ish ish ish,....stupid me.

      very true, actually i think the toys were all sapu by the adults rather than the kids!! many just bought bags of the toys, some resell them at higher price to earn money, how ridiculous!!

      Last year before CNY... I donated calvin toys to the orphanage. Guess this year end will be another round. I collect old baju too for the kida at orphanage. Of cos still with good condition.

      Usually I just buy the toys only with RM4 each without Happy Meal. But this time kenot. Same like HK collection, Minions are hot items too. In order to get one of the Minions you have to get a happy meal. So for those 3 toys, me here buy 3 sets lor. Ok lar.. Share with my son and hubby.
