一輪聖誕加新年大餐食濟之後, 其實都會好想簡簡單單就咁叮個麵平衡下.. 多謝多年老友每次由倫敦返嚟都記得帶呢個香腸俾我~~ :)
after rounds of xmas and new year feasts, i find it sensible to just have some to balance up.. thanks my dear old friend who never fails to bring me this sausage everytime she comes back from london~~ :)

    I always wanted to buy a big sausage! Which is can slice into very thin pcs of HAM! :)

    and There is pork, chicken, or beef! well anything la ok! I wan big big sausage XD

    yeah... i better have my food done in a very simple way of cooking and a very simple way of presentation... after all, i am after the taste and not the looks (no wonder i love Balut hahaha)
