do you like sandwiches?? for a bread lover like me, sandwich is definitely one of my favourite food.. any kind of sandwiches especially those with loads of stuffings and varieties of colors, are sure very enticing to me..

many people can have sandwich as a meal, but in my thinking sandwiches are always under the finger food category.. to me, i must have either rice or noodles for a meal, one small sandwich just seems lacking of something and can never satisfy me.. that is why, i always admire those who can take just one sandwich as a meal, very obvious why they can stay fit while i always have to be so fat~~ :(

  18. For those thinking of losing weight, sandwich is not a good food, unless they eat the meat and vegetables and throw away the bread. Cos bread is high in carbo while meat is high in protein.

haha, i also like Subway sandwiches, but seldom eat that because the price is quite expensive, only sometimes when i was craving for it lah.. aiyah, that whole stack of sandwich is just for photography purpose lah, of course when i eat them i'll eat them one by one lah, hahaha, my mouth isn't so big lor.. yeah, i can also have bread for lunch for one whole week, that's what i did in my previous company where going out for lunch is so inconvenient..

    ReplyDelete
  39. @ Wai Kitt:
any type of sandwich filling is good for me.. fried eggg and cucumber is also simple and nice, but if can have a piece of luncheon meat, that would be so perfect, haha~~ :)

    @ foongpc:
yeah, i agree with you, i can have sandwich as a proper meal but it has to be huge with lots of stuffings, or else i can't be satisfy with just a tiny thin piece as it won't last long until i'm hungry again.. haha, you went to that shop?? well, egg sandwich is very common in HK char chan teng lah, but if you went to that shop you should indeed try their steam milk, they are very very yummy.. you are right, bread is high in carbo, so maybe just eat fresh salad (minus salad dressing) if want to go on diet, haha..

  47. Hey there!

I share your sentiments when you said sandwich is never a meal. It's just a snack or a finger food for me. I would always go for rice. Without rice, I would literally die. But hey, one time I managed to not see rice for one day and I'm still alive. Guess that ain't true. But I will die for rice.

  48. About your comment in my blog..

In my school, Psychology students, specifically girls, are expected to wear "almost party" clothes. Not too loud, not too low profile. Just something that would make other guys look twice, especially when we're walking down the hallways. Haha!

I like the whole mix too. That also gives the audience a lot of things to comment on, which is the exact reason why I put up blog posts with mini posts. I love how your blog has an english translation beneath it!

  58. 三文治,是赶时间带在身边最方便的食物吧...
    可是那么大个的三文治,吃起来有点麻烦呢,要一口一个的三文治,着就更好了...我主餐也可以吃三文治,完全没问题...呵呵呵...

    ReplyDelete
  59. 我也不会把三文治当主餐的,
    感觉吃不饱,而且我也不大爱吃面包。

  60. @ mNhL:
hmmm, bacon and ham and tuna all in one sandwich?? haha, that is somehow interesting.. yeah, i can only take it as a meal if it's a huge one, or else no way, i must have something else to go along with.. :p

    @ HalfCrazy:
hahaha, very agree with you, to me sandwiches are just snack and i could have make them into my proper meal, unless it's huge like those in subway.. oh yeah, but i'm neither a rice person too, i can survive without rice for a week i guess, haha.. thanks for stopping by, the reason i write two languages is to cater for more readers because not all readers are able to read my chinese writing, and english is more universal right?? :)

    @ Ashley:
