16.02.2008 | 蚵仔麵線+炸雞扒
早幾日去某個著名商場買電腦用品, 當完成任務想離去嘅時候, 突然覺得有啲肚餓, 於是對腳就自自然然咁行去搵嘢食.. 最後眼光畀間台灣小食店(叫做士林台灣小吃)所吸引, 決定品嘗佢嘅招牌蚵仔麵線同埋XXL超大炸雞扒.. 餐牌上見個樣的確係百份百令人垂延九尺架, 其實仲有肉鬆蛋卷同埋甜不辣都好誘人, 不過當時孤身作戰未能去馬品嘗..
蚵仔麵線其實已經煮好, 就係用個煲興住佢保溫, serve時拔兩大羹落個碗, 再喺上邊放兩隻肥美鮮蚵, 雞絲同買芫茜, 快捷方便又美味.. 啲麵線煮得好稔, 同埋啲羹撈埋一齊, 一啖啖滑luet-luet入口即溶咁食落肚, 好正囉.. 跟住輪到雞扒出場, 即嗌即整所以都等咗成10分鐘, 舊雞扒真係XXL嘥士足夠兩人份囉, 炸得一啲都唔油膩, 外皮香脆(可以選擇加辣椒粉), 入邊舊雞肉肉汁鎖住, 咬落去啖啖肉感覺好痛快.. 埋單食物連飲品一共13蚊, 有啲貴但係食得好滿足, 下次真係要湊夠人一齊去食..

This frachise restaurant existed in Singapore for quite some time liao. I like the mee sua and the fried chicken also. But a bit pricy though
ReplyDeleteyeah, it's new in KL i supposed.. i saw this stall in JB also, wanted to try out but didn't make it.. i like the mee sua and fried chicken too, and yes i agree it's a bit pricy..

其實得嗰兩隻蚵有蚵味道, 拎開佢應該連唔食蚵嘅人都OK嘅.. Lowyat, Pavilion同埋Gardens都有..
