Handmade Christmas Gifts (For Sale)
it's festive season and every year during this time, i would actually spend some time to handmade christmas gifts for colleagues and close friends.. a friend then told me, "you've got creative ideas and your handmade gifts are actually so nice and so sweet.. have you thought of selling??".. i have never thought of doing that but since someone suggested, why not?? i am not desperate and afterall things are only made to order.. if there are interested buyers that would be a great bonus for me to share my ideas.. if there is none who is interested, i have no loss also, haha!! so, today let me be a "thick face" to introduce what i have got to offer.. if you are interested, welcome to check out the price and details.. if you are not interested, feedbacks welcomed!! thank you in advanced~~ :p

    3. I agree with TM, 小影 and SK are indeed very creative, most importantly I think they willing to spend time and effort into thinking and designing handmade stuff. For me, I'll just go buy a gift, no need to crack my head, hehe, I admit one, I am lazy and no 天分 in this kinda thing :p

    4. hehehe, if we are both creative, then i guess i must be the one who is always showing off huh?? hahahaha, paiseh lah, just like TM said, i am so hardsell~~ ooopps!!! sorry ya.. :D

  2. Good morning everyone.. Wah, already in the festive mood jor.. I see all green & red, very nice.. I need to see every detail leh.. I can see soft toys and ornaments and jars la.. Wah, already very nice before assembling into the jars leh leh..

    1. Design A: Those fake, oops, I mean synthetic (must use high class England here), look nice leh.. But a bit “congested” inside the jar.. But overall still very nice and sweet, I like..

      Delete
    2. Design B: Sekali pandang, of course this one is nice, but of course there is also RM10 price difference, which is reasonable, considering the price of the soft toy.. But I personally think Design B is cuter, BUT design A also not bad, more affordable, and normally people just use it to “bai leng” , so I guess Design A also ok kot..

      Delete
    3. But people who like soft toys and cute stuffs, maybe can go for Design B lor.. But if people who like simple but elegant stuff, I think Design A is better..

      Delete
    4. Eh, “wa si wa”, Design A quite elegant also leh, without the toys and teddy bear and all.. Looks quite high class also.. If I support, maybe I go for Design A, elegant, and I can just put on my working desk.. if got soft toys ahh, I’m worried might attract attention leh, then everyone wana come and kacau my jar.. Maybe some itchy hands wana come and open the jar and take the soft toy out, ngam mou?

      Delete
    5. So if me, maybe I go for Design A, more elegant and old-fashioned, and people won’t itchy hands come and open my jar and try to take the toy out..

      Delete
    6. I prefer design B, got soft toy inside, looks cuter ;)

      Delete
    7. actually i have thought of targeting more people, so Design A for those who prefer more elegant and Design B for those who prefer more cute.. hopefully this way works lor.. if you ask me to choose, errr, i actually like both designs also lah, because they are my designs mah, muahahahahaha!!

    1. errr, you thought only mah, and you may not be correct with what you always have thought woh.. hehehe!! did you know the name Vivian started as only a masculine name??

      Delete
    2. What the.. how?? You mean Vivian was originally a masculine name, or Vivian was derived from another masculine name? I am so jakun.. damn.. @.@

      Delete
    3. hehehe, an extract from Wikipedia below:

... The spelling Vivian was historically used only as a masculine name, but has in the 19th century was also given to girls and was a unisex name until the early part of the 20th century; since the mid 20th century, it has been almost exclusively given as a feminine name in the United States. Use of Vivian as a feminine name in the US peaked in popularity in 1920...

  7. Wow! SK's personalized Christmas gifts. Screaming! SK is so creative and innovative. Yannie will only go to shops like the Face Shop, Cabtree and Evelyn and Shins to get some skin care or cosmetic for my best buddies. All cost more than RM50 and above la!

It is cheap to get Christmas gifts. SK's handmade Christmas gifts is very reasonable priced. I like the one with Plush toy more.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Actually Yannie plans to bake something to give to friends as gifts, but Yannie is so lazy to start baking now.

May be because Yannie has injured her right foot after a long run. Now, Yannie is limping. Yannie suffers from achilles tendonitis. Ouch! Painful. I hope I get recover before the festive and I can go for celebration, yeah!

      Delete
    2. Yannie you should buy 3 bottles and give JAM!!! Seal your wishes and pledge messages inside the bottle. That would be a sweet thing that lasts till eternity. Of course, to support our Thambee lah.
I already bought 3 bottles from him but he refused to put Fing Fing inside. Haiks! Anay is so cruel.

      Delete
    3. SK, so many people ordered from you jor, you sempat or not to make it over the weekend? *wink wink*
Wah, TM ordered 3 bottles timmm, good :)

      Delete
    4. April and May have written down their wish of Christmas gifts on a paper and put inside the Santa sock. I have to go and peep at it and get the Christmas gift for them. Heheheh!

      Delete
    5. Actually for me also will just go shops and buy for friends, or just give those products I sell... Lazy and no time to handmake anything la! Hehe.

Baking wise, normally I got share my baking with close friends also la, like muffins/cakes and so on... Those are not as gifts but just normal sharing, since my friends also share with me their bakings.

      Delete
    6. actually my order not many lah, just little kitten two three only, of course i am able to deliver them on time lah.. unless got people one shot order 20-30 from me, then i may ask for help!! hahahaha~~ :D

and my price is reasonable you all think?? hmmm, good, at first i was worried that this price is high, so i just put in a lower introductory price at the moment.. :)

  8. Design A is so Christmas. Those green leaves with Christmas ornaments. Anyone who is panicky and haven't done their Christmas gift shopping can relieve their stress and buy this instead of joining the crowds at the supermarket.

    Replies
    1. LOL, really? Got thief in the office? Hmm but I agree, it's really cute, who knows right? ;)

      Delete
  10. I suppose you can start gearing up for 2015 Valentine's Day liao. Design A can put those pretty synthetic flowers. In fact Design B is also perfect. Just put some heart shape ornaments with soft toys.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. True, but price will be different la right? Slightly more expensive liao, can add in some ladies accessories to attract the male buyers, hehe!

      Delete
    2. oh yeah, i am looking forward to Valentine's Day because gifts and flowers are surely in high demand.. so, you both want to pre-order on your spouse's behalf first?? hahaha~~ :D

Hmm good la, must thank that someone who suggested to you ho? Hehe!

Actually I check the price is reasonable and affordable la, I am sure you'll have customers, cause those gifts are nicely packed I can see, especially to the ladies, cause looks neat and it's something female will love. Or buy and give to people as a gift also is a good idea, 大方好看。
Will be a nice decorations to put in the living room/bedroom ;)

Too bad I am not into these thing anymore now, first no where to put, actually not convenient to place any decorations now since Aden is here, he is a kaypo chi, if he sees something like this sure curious and want to touch... Some more is glass one, very dangerous ma!
So I cannot 帮衬 you at the moment.. Paiseh paiseh~ But but I wish you 生意兴隆!!;)

    1. Those gifts are really nice, and you take very good photography too! Macam la those commercials one, hehe, looks like you got do some homeworks before posting ya? ;)

    2. haha, my business sure cannot compare to yours lah.. but i think i love doing creative stuffs and most happy when others also like what i am doing.. haha, no problem, i am sure you have lots of stocks in your house and even in your bedroom, sure no more space for any other decorations already~~ :p

      Delete
    3. I second Hayley. If the home has small kid like Aden, it is not suitable to put any decoration, especially those with glass bottles . Hayley has to child proof the house.

Perhaps, SK next time can think of gifts containing candies and chocolates in cans or tins. I am sure Hayley will consider buying those. hahahah!

      Delete
    4. haha, if the kid is naughty then what also won't work lah.. if the kid is a good boy or a good girl, hmmm, i think you ask him or her to touch also don't dare leh!! hahahaha~~ :p

    5. Have to wait for them to become 懂事 lo then only can start putting those decorations, now sure cannot la as he is curious about everything...

      Delete
    6. but think from the positive side, at least the thing is attractive enough to attract Aden and not 連望多眼都嫌麻煩, hahahaha!! :D
