早幾日去銀行找卡數經過KFC, 適逢又係食晏時間, 結果受唔住誘惑決定行入去大快朵頤一番.. 其實本人都頗喜愛食KFC架, 曾經試過連續數星期每星期都食一次.. 嗰日去食, 侍應隨手遞上KFC營養指南畀每位顧客, 打開一睇, 裡邊詳細寫低每樣產品營養質料(卡路里, 脂肪, 蛋白質, 鹽份, 碳水化合物), 果然令我如夢初醒.. 點擊下圖可鏈接營養指南..
計算一吓平日一餐KFC(我通常柯打兩塊裝套餐)究竟攝取幾多卡路里:
+ 原味雞胸肉: 360kcal
+ 原味雞肋骨: 360kcal
+ 雞汁薯泥: 60kcal
+ 雜菜沙律: 150kcal
+ 牛油方包: 80kcal
+ 中裝百事可樂: 132kcal
唔計番茄辣椒醬, 一共1142kcal.. 都相當驚人嘅一個卡路里數目, 近乎一日所需總卡路里嘅一半喇.. KFC的確非常好味, 只不過calories watcher就應當小心行事喇, 哈哈..
我最后一次吃KFC是很久已前的事了。
