網上發現呢個好有趣嘅報導, 關於十種明星最信賴嘅食物瘦身法.. 係唔係真有此事在下就唔知, 係唔係可以見效在下更加無可奉告(不過覺得攞名成份多過瘦身成份), 就係覺得有趣所以先喺度同大家分享啫, 女士們一定會睇得津津樂道, 蠢蠢欲動架喇..

There is nothing better than do cardio and work out in gym...join some group exercises will do..like body step and body attack...u can eat all u want !!!! why not?
ReplyDelete哇!是不是的? 不过有些有点过份。一天到晚只吃葡萄,迟些一定会胃酸过多而有胃病。
ReplyDeleteAnonymous, I agree on cardio and work out but I don't agree on 'you can eat all you want'. Imagine all the high cholesterol and fatty food. All your hard work in gym will go wasted.
anonymous: yeah.. cardio and workout in the gym is the best way, but rather a well controlled and balanced diet is also important though.. this is "double penetration", hehehe!!
ReplyDelete雪芬: 就是講囉, 一整天都只是吃葡萄, 一定會營養不良, 不瘦才假, 但是這樣的方法, 也不會瘦得美麗囉.. 多做運動才是最上乘的方法了.. 其實儘量低卡低carb低糖低油低熱量就很好了..
我在中国最后一年,因为做project, 也经常煮清汤米粉,不知不觉吃了瘦身法1),搞到脸青青。所以坚决反对所有瘦身法,坚持运动最重要。
