Please Flush and Leave Nothing Behind
Please Flush After Use
when it says "please flush after use", it doesn't mean you can just flush-and-go but please check that you have not "left anything behind".. even if you have to shut yourself inside, almost suffocated by your own "produce" to wait for the tank to be filled again, please make sure you have flushed "everything" before you go.. your "leftover" is undoubtedly disgusting to the next person, and especially if they have been soaking in the water for a while.. if you can't think for the next person, think of yourself being the next person..

  1. This is disgusting, the toilet outside my office one, don't know who always flush the water but forgot to check back, then the flush didn't go up after she flushed, so the water is like kept on going and going...what a waste of water!! =[

    3. I also do this everytime.
I remember there was once I was at One Utama toilet, when it was my turn I went in, then only I realize the previous people din't flush the waste properly! But that time I already went in and almost close the door already, feel paiseh lo if I walk out and queue again, you know la female toilet always full house one. So tak kisah la, since I already inside, so I tried to press the flush for a while hoping the waste will go down, then only I use.
Mana tahu, the flush seems to have problem, the water keep running and can't stop from flowing!! I quickly close the lid! Luckily the water stop and the waste is no more. Phew, what an experience! That's why I can remember it until today.......

    4. Lucky you Hayley, it happens to me too at the Pavilion toilet, but my case is even worst, the water was coming out nonstop the almost flood the floor, I quickly went out (don't know anyone saw I did that or not, but still very paiseh) because at first I was thinking the lady before was just dumped it toilet paper into the toilet bowl and never flush, then who knows when I flush, all the water came out!! =.=!!!

Don't know how to say it, like the household toilet we used as unisex right, so don't know who "laosai", you know la "laosai" can't "tahan" one mah, so when get into the toilet then straightway just released everything, until the inside and under the "chi sho ban" also have the poo!! Then the person who "laosai" of coz won't be so detail check things below the "chi sho ban" right!! So only when the person who accidentally go wash it then only notice...eeeeewwwwww~~~ I met this many times, don't know who always "laosai" and never check then clean it up!! I can't imagine like guys when they go toilet they'll take up the "chi sho ban" right?? What's their face appearance gonna be argh??

Despite the "laosai" one, one thing you may not know, like us female the every month thing!! Some females don't know why never check it, sometimes you'll see the "red" thing on the floor....really have to say "wo shi wan gou, tai um dou!!" lo!!!

Talking about “produce”, I join a few mummy groups in FB, and these mummies will ask about almost anything in the world – from breast pumps to furnitures to renovation to hubby having affairs to baby poo, yes baby poo.. They will upload their baby’s poo in the thread and ask for mummies’ advise.. Errr, not that I’m against it, but early morning come in to check FB already see that big chunk of baby poo, errrr, like not so good lor..

    2. But well, back to your topic, lucky today you didn’t take picture of your own poo and upload here in your post.. Although I think some readers here might be interested to see how your poo looks like, I guess you are kind and understanding enuff not to do it kua, keke..

    3. Oh, don’t worry, I always flush before I leave the place.. And yes, I will wait and look until “everything” is flushed, before I open the door and leave la.. Already my habit since young *ahem*

    4. Even if the thingy is not 100% flushed, I would use the side hose, and “spray hard hard” on the thingy, until it “gets absorbed” into the hole.. Errrm, forgive my broken England here, hehe.. It would be too long for me to wait until the water tank finishes refilling, so I would just use the hose and “spray”..

      Delete
    5. But well, our office toilet refills quite fast, I just need to wait like, 10 seconds? So if I need to re-flush another time, I only need to wait 10 seconds.. But I know public toilets take longer time to refill, so I wouldn’t wait I guess..

How I know? Coz my office got one such person la. In the beginning we were puzzled leh . Who the heck go toilet but never flush. kept leaving pee in the toilet bowl. Then we started to observe lo. Yea...as if we have nothing better to do la. But then again the ladies are pissed off ma. Always ladies toilet kena wor.

After some observation....we notice our boss goes to ladies toilet and do biz. each time after he come out...toilet have pee there.

Then my lady boss says la...must be this fella very supersitious. Doesnt want to flush coz scared flush away his luck. Cz memang la...this boss is very kedekut one. even Chinese New Year also never gives any RM1 angpow. His assistant give RM5 angpao to all staffs leh

  19. The fact that some people have to be reminded to flush really says something doesn't it? But there are some situations when the toilet user is caught unaware. The toilet flush is out of order (don't know until after doing business and try to flush) and there is no facility to flush water into the bowl. I once walked into a toilet that was not flushed (it was the only cubicle available, no wonder!) and tried to flush it before using. And realised that it was out of order! So quickly come out and wait for other cubicles to be available :(

  28. Today post is a community service post to request people to always remember to flush the toilets after using and to ensure that the toilet bowl is clean before you leave the toilet cubicle.

Other commenters have brought up the issue of inconsiderate people squatting on top of sitting toilet bowls and leaving their dirty shoe prints on the toilet seats for the next user. This is really common here especially in places where the toilets are not clean in the first place so those users dare not sit on the dirty toilet seats so have to squat on them.

It is very true what SK advises us here - please treat others like how we ourselves like to be treated and leave clean toilets for the next user.

    ReplyDelete
  29. On the other hand, if one is really having bad luck, staying back to ensure the toilet bowl is clear may end up having one's shoes soaked in dirty water if the toilet bowl is stuck and the waste cannot be cleared and the water kept flowing in until overflowing onto the toilet floor and one is still standing there looking at the toilet bowl, then one will need to buy new shoes. But this is really a case of having very bad luck and should not deter anyone from not staying back to ensure that the toilet bowl is clean after using it.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I always make sure I use the toilet carefully. I will never leave anything behind. On top of that, I will spray the toilet bowl with the detergent if I'm at home.

  31. Wahahaha, I agree! It's a resposibility to flush, even if the flush rosak, at least use the pipe to 'flush' away the waste, even if it's just pee.
But it's even more a responsibility to check first before leaving the toilet! Especially if it's big business..
For me, I always practise this, outside or at home. I even told hubby to do this, even though it's our room, just us using the toilet, but still must do this all the time.
Erm, I don't mind la to 'help' the previous people including hubby to flush then only I use but I'll appreciate if the toilet bowl is clean.
Actually I say I don't mind may be is because I am so used to see poo poo already, haha! I see Aden's poo everyday ma, help him wash his butt everytime so I don't mind la! In fact, if I don't see his poo one day, I'll feel odd and 不自在 one, kekeke I know I am weird but is there any mummy out there who feels the same like me? :p :p
And I will be thankful when I know Aden poop already, that means he got input and got output ma, that means his 肠胃 is ok.
So with all this I actually used to see poo already la! xD

But still that same thing I wanna say, everyone should practise to wait and check and make sure there's nothing left behind before leaving.
