DeleteAll the different languages are betul or not. As I cannot read many of the languages, I would not be able to tell even if I click on them. HHhhmmm, even if it is a real virus, we also wouldn't know right? Since most people will not have the latest virus buster installed on their machine.

and virus?? if that is a real virus, of course we wouldn't know.. because a real virus attack won't tell you so obviously that you are on alert but just does what it want to do in a stealth mode that you won't even know about the harm, agree?? so i am not creating a virus with all my nonsense here dei, i am not that advanced, haha!! :)

Astro people left around 7pm+ that day la.. Sien dou, hubby not back from work yet, and I gotto keep an eye on them.. With two kids around, aiyo.. And floor all dusty with their smelly feet, etc.. Call me OCD (yes, I memang have mild OCD), I really wana vacum the place as and when they were working on the installation (near my TV area), but I guess it's very rude to do it.. So no choice, gotta wait til they leave only I can vacum and mop lor..
I didn't take many channels la.. WLT package, Movies package (HBO, Cinemex & Fox Movies) and Variety (hubby wants the Fox channel for his zombie series thingy)..
Nice wor... I had a good time with it.. Since hubby is always working, and I'm always alone at home with the kids, it's good I have this Astro to accompany me.. Feels like I'm not alone lor.. I actually watched a few movies (full movies) alone during the weekend !!
Ooohhh sorry sorry I've run out of subject, but well, I kept my promise, I came back and report duty..

DeleteHope everyone had fun with this post and happy weekend to everyone. On a more serious note, does anyone know what to do in the event that something real like this happen? Let's just say you went to a website you have never been to before and you click on an image (but in fact you just click on an executable virus file) and then a nasty pop up appears and starts to create havoc on your computer, do you know what to do next? I think everyone should have a think about this and have a plan on what to do next to safeguard your computer.
ReplyDeleteOf course the prevention is always better than cure so the if you want to keep your computer safe, must always do the following steps:
1. Please make sure your OS (operating system) is always updated with the latest patch.
2. Install a reliable anti virus and always update the virus definition file so that it is up-to-date
3. Activate the function that says it will check websites for malicious codes and pops out an alert (real-time protection)
4. Always scan your pc for malwares and virus periodically to remove them.
Stay safe! Use an anti virus and don't go pressing every button on strange websites unless you know your laptop security is top notch!
