|三個星期前我下定決心, 戒食澱粉質食物為期一個月, 粥粉麵飯包一律可免則免.. 不過噚日同朋友飯局食日本嘢, 為免掃興, 食咗一舊相裡面嘅壽司.. 本來不愛壽司嘅我, 可能因為太耐冇米落肚, 竟然覺得猶如人間珍味, 繼續食多兩舊!! 那一刻有點罪惡感, 之後又發生咩事呢??|
就係因為呢一碟麵包糠炸豬扒, 我竟然非常豪氣咁干掉一大碗嘅白飯!! 真係罪過罪過!! @_@"
|three weeks ago i was very determined and told myself to cut down on carbohydrates for a month, avoid all rice porridge noodles bread cakes etc.. but was having japanese for dinner with friend yesterday, in order not to spoil the everyone's mood, i ate a piece of the sushi as shown in the photo above.. maybe i've not had rice for too long, i found this to be heavenly delicious and i continue to eat two more pieces!! that very moment i really felt guilty, but guess what happened later??|
because of this plate of deep fried pork filet cutlet with breadcrumbs, i walloped one whole big bowl of rice!! GOSH, it was guilty guilty and guilty!! @_@"
