[#1245] i was at the post office in KLCC on saturday morning to send a parcel, call me impatient but i really cannot stand their slow and inefficient service..

there were two dedicated counters for stamps and parcels, one was closed and thus all had to queue at the only counter.. the other four so-called multi-purpose counters were manned with no queues at all, the staffs were just sitting there doing nothing, or they were just doing some pretend-to-be-occupied, none of them offered to serve the queues at the dedicated counter!! i was looking at them but none seemed to dare have direct eye contact with me~~
after 15 minutes waited to clear two customers in front of me (it was that long!!), i handed over my parcel to the trainee staff, and she whispered to her colleague coaching beside her "eih, you tanya dia lah".. horrendous!! feel inferior to speak to customers?? and then she asked "what you want to do with this??", "of course i came here to send it!!" i replied.. then only she asked properly "how would you like to send this, normal or registered?"..
fine.. after her colleague helped her to weight the parcel and guide her on the fees schedule, it was RM17, ok.. and when her colleague walked away to attend to something else, she just sat there turning her head looking at her colleague so helplessly without proceeding to give me the custom declaration form and more basically the stamps!! i waited for few minutes and only when her colleague walked back, getting his confirmation to proceed, she handed me those items..
i was like WTF!!! are those so-called multi-purpose staffs so capable that they are not able to help serve customers who just want stamps and send parcels?? and why was such an incompetent staff being placed at the counter to be responsible in serving (at that moment) all customers in the office?? if i were to be made waiting for another 5 minutes, i'll yell to see the manager!! pos mariah-shia~~
