ReplyDeleteBut having one is one way to feel young, right or not? ;p
ReplyDeletePublic transport in Malaysia. Prices can go up dunno how many thousand times, it still have not improved much. :(
ReplyDeleteJust change of name and few takeovers only. Put a new lick of paint on old trains and buses can change the fiasco that is Malaysia public transport, ah? :(
ReplyDeletelol! you take the LRT that often to warrant the need for this card bro?
ReplyDeleteHmm, if the card brings privilege, I see no reason not to apply, hehe :P
ReplyDeleteaiya u doesnt look old oso wat! look so cute! maybe cz of ur baby face! xD
ReplyDeleteFuyoh! syok la wei! being a student memang can get lots benefits! missing those time!! :)
ReplyDeletevery worth it la. ;) n i remember i last time watch movie at student price, very cheap! xD
ReplyDeleteHope people will not think that you've been repeating your exams...every year fail one. Muahahahahaha!
ReplyDeleteYalor, we should hv EZ link card like Singapore hor, 1 card solve all the problem, easy to upload too...!
ReplyDeleteYou are old meh? But of course older than most college students lah haha!!
ReplyDeleteWah! Got student card can save $$$!! Time to belanja me oredy from your savings! : D
ReplyDeleteHuh? Train not included?! Is it because not many students travel by train?
ReplyDeleteAnyway Malaysian public transport is hopeless. That's why I still have to drive a car!!
ReplyDeleteCome to think of it, you don't drive and now you have student card, so you must be very rich by now! Haha!!
ReplyDeletereally nice, get many discount. go holiday la, many discount on entrance fee
ReplyDeletethrifty auntie? XD
ReplyDeletetho' am a student, i dont think it's worth for me to apply for the pass. i hardly spend more than rm20 in travel fares each month. moreover, i can get motor/car rides from my frens. :p
public transportation in malaysia is a joke. even within kl, it can be a pain in the ass!
wa...go for movies also get student rate leh...
ReplyDeletewhen i was a student, i hardly go anywhere that i was not even aware we can have student's privilege! NOW that I know, too old liao.. :(
ReplyDelete(灑花灑花)
Have a great public holiday day off everyone! :)
ReplyDeleteIt makes sense for you because you take the LRT to work. To echo what Foong said, You very old, meh? MBA student card, wor, don't play play. LOL!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy a quieter KL..
Pelajar tua, muahaha! This is funny, I mean the term. Why would they come up with 'tua'? Just put student would be enough, don't you think so?
ReplyDeleteBut then again, I'm envy that you still get to enjoy the privilege despite your age, ahem...
ReplyDeleteOh ya, happy holidays and selamat hari raya!
ReplyDeletepass pelajar tua . . . so sarcastic! boo to the person who make the card haha
ReplyDeleteat first I thought u were learning the course about RapiDKL public transport study LOL!
ReplyDeletehmmm how long more u finish your study? hehehe
ReplyDeleteReply from my blog, some kissing with mocking off the dress scene kena cut la . . . haiyo . . .
RM 100 sit bus . . . sit until far far away can right? hehe or only rapid bus?
ReplyDeleteYou seldom take bus but more using the LRT and its not covered in the RM100 package or train means the commuter train only including mono rail?
ReplyDeletepelajar tua????
ReplyDeletewhy got such term one? so discriminating... pain heart...
look like the same :P
ReplyDeleteCan i make one fake one, so i can go to cinema or etc to get special diskaun.
anyhow, i wish you
"Selamat Hari Raya to you and your family!"
wow..being a student, u got lots of advantages..
ReplyDeleteOohh I didn't know got Rapidpass for students :P So this can only be used for buses?? I have never taken bus in KL before :P Usually take lrt or ktm..
ReplyDeleteSK Thambee you look so cute like a big snow baby!
ReplyDeleteYour tags reminds me of the tags I had in US which could be used for all buses and subways too. This is call thrifty lah...
ReplyDeleteSo Thambee study at Olympia College now. That one is good college. I thought you are doing correspondence with University of New Delhi.
ReplyDeleteIf only my house is nearer to LRT, then I will sell off my car! Back home, Thambee and I rode buffaloes & bullock carts! Lagi jimat dei...
ReplyDeleteYeah, your hair not yet grey and no wrinkles yet, so can still pass off as late teens! You added the word tua yourself? LOL
ReplyDeleteSome more added 2 sparkling starts to your Touch 'n Go Card! So pandai nye!
ReplyDeleteOur government should build more public transports to save fuel and reduce pollution & time wastage! Please tell them!
ReplyDeletehey, good to have student ID to enjoy additional benefits huh?? how i wish i could have that also, haha!! :D
ReplyDeleteyeah, the public transport here is really a mess!! i just wonder when we can have an integrated and improved one like in Singapore and HK??
ReplyDelete@ lina:
ReplyDeletehaha, so today is your last day of raya break?? all ready to go back to work tomorrow?? haiyoh, of course i don't simply show people my ID, or maybe not yet, haha!! i don't care if they don't believe, as long as i got discounts, hahaha!! oh, public transport in Malaysia.. i don't know how many more millions they are going to invest with different system that doesn't make sense to us at all..
@ Isaac Tan:
errr, i take LRT everyday, because my house is just nearby the station and the places i usually go are accessible by the LRT.. so why not?? :p
@ Hayley:
ReplyDeleteyeah, i am all the while using the monthly pass.. so if there's additional privilege so why not go for it right??
@ Caroline Ng May Ling:
hahaha?? baby face?? no lah, i don't have a baby face but a chubby face only, kekeke.. yeah, good to be a student, but i still have not use the student card for any discounts yet~~ :p
@ suituapui:
hahaha, i think so many years already it's not possible to repeat one year after another right?? haha~~ already too old for SPM lah~~ :D
@ Alice Law:
ReplyDeleteactually i think Touch and Go is already good.. but i have no idea why they are coming out with another Rabbid card?? people have octopus card, we also need an animal card meh??
@ foongpc:
hahaha, that is why people will show their disbelief seeing my college ID mah.. oh yeah, i definitely think students are given discounts in many places, but i still have no chance to use those ID yet.. cos i normally eat at hawker stalls unlike you always go to high class restaurant, haha!! errr, why you think i am rich?? i have invested all my savings into my studies, so i am now a poor student, you should be the one to belanja me makan~~ :D
@ Naomi:
ReplyDeleteoh right!! i think not so much of chances in Malaysia, but in other places they really give great discounts to students..
@ kyh:
errr, i take LRT all the time and one month i can spend like RM150, so it's really worth getting that card.. furthermore now with RM100 it's inclusive of monorail and buses.. hmmm, headache when talk about the public transportation, really wonder when it will get at least more convenient and integrated..
@ Small Kucing:
ReplyDeleteoh really?? go for movies also got student rate meh?? let me find out the details later.. because now i'm using the GSC credit card also got discount..
@ Merryn:
yeah, i also hardly go anywhere too.. but i guess now more and more places are giving discounts to students, because students nowadays have very strong purchasing power.. unlike us last time, one day only have enough money for canteen food while students now can afford starbucks!!
@ bluesky:
@ lina:
hey, so you are enjoying your holidays?? last day of raya break today, all ready to go back to work tomorrow?? :D
@ HappySurfer:
ReplyDeletehahaha, err, i am not working, i just take LRT to college, haha!! errr, of course i am old already, a lot older than those students in my college, haha!! :D
@ yvonne:
haha, no lah, the word "tua" is what i added onto the photo.. of course there's no such thing as pelajar tua lah, that's discrimination ok?? hehe, i think if i don't do it know, i will not have chance later.. you also want to pursue further studies??
@ Kian Fai:
ReplyDeletehehe, sorry but the word "tua" was what i touched up the photo lah.. of course no such thing in real lah.. i am doing MBA and the study last term got something on the public transport lah.. yeah, RM100 is unlimited ride on all LRT, monorail and buses, go anywhere also can.. good right??
@ Bananazஇ:
yeah, seldom take bus but take LRT more.. but it's still RM100 i've been paying so far that's only for LRT.. with this student package, the same RM100 includes monorail and bus.. so no lose for me, why not just in case i need to take monorail one day?? :p
@ edward:
@ Medie007:
haha, no lah, no such thing in real lah.. i just added the word tua on my photo~~ :D
@ CH Voon:
ReplyDeletehaha, i think you can do your own student ID.. with the almost perfect personal printing technology now, simple do one for yourself also can lah, then you can enjoy all those discounts mah.. :D
@ wenn:
haha, so far i've not have any added advantage other than the public transport.. maybe can get more discounts when shopping :p
@ khengsiong:
@ iamthewitch:
ReplyDeleteyeah, they just have this quite recently for students.. inclusive of unlimited rides on LRT, Monorail and buses.. hmmm, i thot you drive all the time?? don't need this lah.. :p
@ Casendra:
@ Twilight Man:
ReplyDeletehahaha!! big snow baby?? Thambee thinks because of the photos taken is too bright lah.. or Arumugam wants to imply Thambee is too fat?? hehehe, Arumugam still keep all those student tags?? can show off at the cinema and try to get discount from them lah.. oh, Thambee is still very poor in homeland, not even afford buffaloes and bullocks, Thambee only walks or runs with Kamala together.. hehe, Thambee got few strands of grey hair, and getting more and more, old already lah.. yeah!! Arumugam, you should use your relationship of the Thai big bosses and ask them to invest in malaysian public transport, so that we have more convenient and integrated one..
@ victor:
haha, you can always fake one student ID for yourself right?? then you can sure enjoy those privileges like we do, hehehe.. oh yeah, our public transport sure cannot fight those developed countries, even we have good infrastructure, the management still sucks.. haiz!! :(
wow I just noticed your September Post schedule on top... that's very nice idea haha now, your readers are aware when to expect your new post... we know when to chop too haha
ReplyDeleteAs for me... maybe I look old now or maybe more mature.. because drivers are not giving me any student discounts already... waaah pity me
ReplyDeleteif your hair turns gray and your skin starts to sag, that's the time you consider a man old SK haha so don't consider yourself old... actually you look very young at your photos
ReplyDeletegood luck to your studies by the way
ReplyDeleteBesides than transportation, what other discount we can get by using the student ID ?
ReplyDeletego to visit pyramid with cheaper entrance fee!!
ReplyDelete@ bluesky:
@ bluedreamer27:
hahaha, i think you have your own schedule for your blog too right?? yeah, that schedule helps me to manage this blog more neatly and at the same time readers can expect when they can have new post to read too.. two sharp ends right?? haha, maybe you should show the driver your student pass, then he will be giving you discount.. the student card is the best proof.. anyway, as compared to you, i am always older right?? hahaha~~ :D
@ mNhL:
ReplyDeleteerrr, i really have not idea actually.. because i have not tried with other places other than transport~~ :p
@ Naomi:
you mean the real pyramid in egypt of the pyramid at sunway?? haha.. if going to the real one, i must make sure i have great discounts on airticket and hotel first~~ :D
