今日講吓我平日返工時候嘅早餐同午餐啦, 係, 我知好無聊~~ 不過我犀利喺邊呢?? 犀利在我係每日都同樣一款早餐同午餐喇!! 點解?? 咪就係因為懶得去諗要食咩囉, 哈哈!! 每日就係好標準咁, 唔駛諗, 雖然係好寡, 但係總好過費神啦~~ :D today i'll talk about my breakfast and lunch on my working days, and yeah, i know it's stupid~~ but what's so special about that?? surprise, these are things that i'm having for the same everyday!! why?? because i'm too lazy to think of what to eat, haha!! it's like a default everyday without need of thinking, bland though, at least better than to crack my head what to eat~~ :D |

早餐冇色冇色味嘅麥片,
午餐有時食飯,有時會食粉,
下午茶會食嗰包,
晚餐多數飲湯加一碗白飯,又或者湯粉、版面之類。

On working days, I' too have default breakfast & lunch, normally bread and cereal in the morning and canteen food for lunch. On weekend will look for something special to eat...:D

oh, are you feeling better now?? why did you feel dizzy?? muesli is a kind of cereal mixtures with fruits and nuts, i think they taste better than merely oats (which is always bland), and i think it's nice to have them with yogurt instead of milk, hehehehe, you should try that and i think you will love it this way.. errr, i don't know if this is considered on diet, but i guess with my weight and shape now, i seriously need to go on diet, hahahaha!! i seldom eat rice, but i guess my problem is i love to eat junk food.. oh, 6 o'clock diet?? what is that??

Powderful indeed for breakfast which I used to love eating your way and add in some fruits would be even nicer. Kinda not into it so often now as some 'experts' said milk no good for adult woh *sigh* how true? Lunch also prefer to be like yours too love cheeze man..

errr, i think you should try the ferry from TST to HK Island lah.. anytime also can lah, because i just see when can slot in this "activity" for you mah, haha!! TST East to TST not far lah, you just walk from there and then enter the Star Avenue to reach the Victoria Harbour.. but normally people do this during xmas times to see the lighting decorations lah.. wah, you want to walk from MK to TST ah?? errr, can geh, but i won't do that lor, hahaha!! just target where you want to makan, and just go there lah, walk so "xin ku"~~ oh, now they need to claim ticket already meh?? because last time no need one woh, just get into the speedboat and they'll bring you there.. but then better make advance booking lah, so that they know whether got seats left or not mah.. dunno if they will call you on foreign numbers or not woh..
