今日硬係覺得個肚漲漲地個肚好大, 因為昨日實在是食左太多太多野.. 諗返起都有點質疑自己點可以食左咁多野架?? 好恐怖啊..
· 10:00am – 腸仔包 + 核桃面包
· 11:30am – KFC 早餐(通粉, 雙腸, 鬆餅, 奶茶)
· 14:00pm – 提子汁 + 薯片
· 15:45pm – 麥當勞咖喱豬扒包套餐 + 士多啤梨新地
· 19:30pm – 雞粥, 燒乳鴿, 椒鹽瀨尿蝦, 蒜香豆苗
· 20:15pm – 芒果士多啤梨西米露 + 炸雪糕
· 21:15pm – 花生芝麻糊
· 10:30pm – 焗西餅兩件
其實我到依家都係覺得飽飽地咁, 有D飽到想嘔既感覺.. 唉, 減肥計劃又終告失敗..
