I am the same always have a lot of WHY -- and MNG always find me very fan.One thing we share -- your second last question.I think I will keep asking this WHY until the day I die. Why?!?!
i think i got the answer for that: we are aging.. it's just as simple as that.. hahaha!!
well not really... it depends on how we control our diet and amount of exercise... and our determination to keep on doing so... hehehe... whenever i feel i am a bit over weight.. i will cut down fatty food and meat for a while...eat more vegi and fruits... to clear my body of stored fat and animal proteins... and do moderate excercise... within a week i will loose the excess load.
