早幾日係份日報既健康副刊度見到"3月21日 國際睡眠日"既標題.. 即刻俾佢吸引住喇.. 心想: "奇聞啊! 乜有咁既一個日子架? 咁係唔係全世界都要放假一日, 全人類都要好好訓番一覺咁咧?" (版主後編: 請恕我無知) 報導話呢一個國際睡眠日其實已經係5年前由一個國際性組織定落黎既啵..
講真丫.. 睡眠的確係好重要架.. 一晚睡眠既多寡同埋質素, 近則足以影響第二日既情緒架, 遠則足以影響日後既生理機能.. 以前後生唔信呢一套, 但是幾年前終於醒覺喇.. 人生有差唔多三份一時間係花係睡眠上, 點到你話佢唔重要啊??
好多野咧, 偏偏就要等到年紀大D個時候先至會靈驗架.. 不如趁自己仲未一枝花之前好好愛惜自己既健康啦.. Pamper yourself by giving yourself a healthy body..
