Yep, if it's 小影 one sure got dual languages, which is very time consuming, hehe. But should be no problem for SK la, since he also blogs in dual languages ma!

But for me, I cannot afford to blog in dual language very often, really very time consuming. Once a while ok la! Anyhow I still want to 'reward' my Chinese readers with some chinese posts, they say too much English posts make their eyes @@, haha...

      Delete
    8. No wonder I see you sometime English, sometime Chinese! Yah, I know it's very time consuming, so always write one language first then another one come on next day!!! =]

      Delete
    9. 小影,haha yalo, but honestly I prefer to blog in English, cause it's fast and convenient.
But occasionally must add in one or two Chinese post also la!
I am not as hardworking as you, dual languages all the time, salute salute!!

      Delete

    3. yeah, i think most people prefer to see photos than reading words hor?? that is why, we always find bloggers who commented rubbish, because they only scroll to see photos but don't care to read a single word, hahahaha!!

      Delete
    4. LMAO! If SK posts getai photos, I might die laughing and roll into my longkang! Thambee only watches movies and Hindi dance shows.

  7. Whoa, I like!
Sorry, forgive me, but I think I like to read short post, with simple words and also more pictures, then no need to spend so much time to read it, and also easy to follow, coz no need to use brain juice to digest the post, teehee..
Ok, I know I'm bad talking like this..

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Same question la SK, so you purposely went to this place, eat something there just for the sake of this post? But I know I cannot say like that la, you are carefree, free like a bird, with good friends around you, can always ajak them go anywhere during the weekends or when you are free.. Not like aunty ribbon here, tied up at home only..

      Delete
    2. You know ahh, aunty ribbon very cham one ahh.. Weekdays, no need say, fixed at the office.. Cannot snake, cannot go anywhere, fixed and firm at my desk from 8.30-5.30pm.. Then weekends, hands tied up with kids and all, in jail.. Really no time and no chance to go shopping, manicure or what-nots.. Even blogger’s gathering.. Really.. You see ahh, Saturday hubby working, I cannot go anywhere liao, have to takecare the kids.. Sunday early morning, hubby goes to market, then after that to buy house stuffs, or go wash his car, etc.. By the time he’s back, already noon.. Again, I’m tied up at home, so you see la..

      Delete
    3. I can only take MC or apply annual leave if I wana do my personal thing like shopping or dyeing my hair.. But if that month, touch wood, kids sick la, fever la, masuk ward la (oops, phiak my own mouth), then that month, how to take MC or leave again? Hou sien.. But I know I cannot complain.. This is what I should do and expect, as a parents..

      Delete
    4. Oops, I know out of topic, hehehehe.. Will minus marks ahh?
Aiya, minus or not, janji happy.. My comment, my sukak, my like lah, teehee..

      Delete
    5. actually not at all purposely lah.. i just take photos, or go korek my old photos.. then see how i can make up the stories to mimic the "targeted" blogger lor.. but we actually went there because we wanted to have Texas Chicken, not the other way round as written in the post, haha!!

      Delete
    6. Since so many fellas like short and sweet posts with more photos than words, I will do that soon!

      Delete
    7. Yannie's posts are always short with many pictures.Let female bloggers have short and sweet, male bloggers don't follow short and sweet la!

      Delete
    8. I like short post also and that's why I always keep mine short and simple too.

      Delete
    9. Hmm then sei lor.. If my next post is super long, yeah I mean super duper long, will readers get sick of it? Like just faster read the first and last line to see what it is about, then simply komen something for the sake of commenting ahh?

      Delete
    10. Princess - you got too many KayPoh stories to tell mah .. hehe

      Delete
    11. I don't mind reading long posts if the subject matter is of interest to me. In fact sometimes I like the long posts because after reading I feel very puas and satisfied. If too short, then I wish there was more. I tend to read the whole thing because if someone takes the time to write, I will take the time to read. If I am busy I would come back again to read slowly.

      Delete
    12. wow, Phong Hong is so dedicated in reading blogs. I like to read blogs too but I usually leave short comments.

      Delete
    13. Yea, I bet most people prefer short and simple posts la! No need to think too much one, no burden no stress.

Mummy Ribbon, well what to do? That's life wert~ Every one got their own way of lifestyle, own things to do everyday, hehe. Actually working mum and stay-at-home-mum also very busy, sometimes really feel that 24 hours a day is not enough!
Like me, I always do the same thing, my everyday routine is the same. Some might think then it will be very boring lo? Time passes slow lo? But no leh, time still flies! I always say geh, 24 hours a day is not enough! I wish I can have another 'me' at home to help around, haha!
Opps, I also terpesong already..... But never mind la, like you said, I suka ma~ xD

      Delete
    14. haha, actually i kind of find these tribute posts seem to be more popular than my usual own posts!! hahaha.. i guess i must change my style already to attract more readers instead~~ :D

  8. Ahhh SK, ...I have checked out Somewhere in Singapore before this post came out. But since I am still not so familiar, couldn't tell whose blog you mimic until I read at the end. Yes, her posts are short and sweet. More photos than words. Nice!

  11. I passed this Empire's building so many times and was attracted by its facade's contemporary architecture that looks very westernized with a relaxed feel. The income tax's building is just on the next street, that's why it has become my hang out in that vicinity which looks very eco-friendly. I think no where else in KL has this concept on a large scale. Jom kita minum teh tarek there!!

    1. Actually I saw this umbrella picture many times on my FB wall. Now only I know it is in Empire Damansara. The last trip when I was in KL, I went to Avenue K, big mall but not many people. I found H&M there, I was so happy.

    2. Yannie, I also see many of my friends posted about this umbrella pictures in Facebook. Too bad during my recent KL trip, I got not enough time to go there, I went Mid Valley and One U only, but was contented also la since I got what I planned to buy.

  21. It's funny that most of us (myself too) like short posts because it is easy to read. No need to wrack brain too much.

But then... most of us go around commenting and spam each other with comments! Bwahaha

    We are such contradictory creatures!

    But it's fun la.

Reading blogs and reading fun comments. :)
